I just loved going into Mattress Firm south the people were so nice and sweet and courteous they really attended to what I needed. They very helpful in me picking the mattress I needed. Easiest purchase I’ve ever made. Mat was so helpful in placing the order and providing the option to pick up my items the same day! No waiting for delivery. The warehouse staff were also great and so welcoming when I picked up my merchandise. We love our Purple Harmony pillows.

Wanted a cheap mattress for my new apartment. Most of the mattress’ were out of my price range but I found one that was originally $700 and half off. I am happy with the quality of the mattress and feel that I got a good deal. The mattress came in a relatively small box and was easy to transport.

The guy was a bit rude and when we told him my sister and I were looking for a Cali King he acted like he didnt want us to have one and tried to persuade us to buy something we didnt want but we got what we came for anyways so it’s whatever.

I dont post reviews on Google too often, but I wanted to give a shout out to Mack, as he really made me feel like a valued Mattress Firm customer. I purchased a Mattress from a Mattress Firm out in Chicago about a year ago, and then another one recently when I moved down to Austin. I plan on stay in Austin for the long term, and will be buying my mattresses here as long as Im in town.

Mackensie took such good care of us. I have never met a sales associate with more knowledge or passion for his job. He did such a great job selling to us but never once felt like a sales person. I left feeling like I got a great bed, for a great price, and like I actually learned A LOT about choosing a bed, caring for it, and getting the best sleep possible.Ditch the online mattress scene and go talk to Mac. Hes the man.

Shafeena and the other associate were so knowledgeable, friendly and patient! They had their hands full but were quick to let you know they’d be right with you. Shafeena explained everything when I signed my documents as to stocking fees and return policy should that issue arise which I appreciated. Transparency is key! I went to a couple of department stores but ultimately felt Mattress Firm had the best service.

I really felt like there wasn’t any pressure in sales from them and they were really accommodating. Also, to top it off, I bought my mattress on a Saturday and it’s gonna be delivered 3 days later! We went here yesterday to shop for a new mattress and try out which type we liked. We were immediately helped by Max who was amazing and patient while we tried out the mattresses. We ended up buying a mattress for a great deal we couldn’t pass up! Would definitely recommend.

I’d highly recommend consulting with Dean on your mattress purchase. Dean gave us multiple options for different price ranges and quickly explained to us the pros and cons of each. Dean is highly professional and wasn’t pushy at all. I left without deciding on a mattress and called back near store closing time while Dean was assisting another customer. Dean stayed 30 minutes late on a weekday to help me complete my purchase.

Your Sales Person, Max was awesome! He welcomed us with a smile. Hes very knowledgeable about the mattresses/brands- from it being firm, or soft to a combined mattress of firm/soft. We choose medium Purple mattress brand! We cant wait for it to be delivered.

It was my first time going to a mattress retailer to buy a bed and I came in clueless. The representative there, Max, quickly remedied my concerns by effectively communicating with me to pinpoint what it was I wanted in a mattress. He was knowledgeable and was able to support that knowledge with his own experiences, which led me to buying a Tempurpedic in less than an hour of arriving. Glad to have made this my first experience buying a mattress!

Great service after the sale! Needed brackets to attach my adjustable base to my headboard. The associate Lauren was incredibly helpful in getting the brackets ordered and scheduled for delivery. Super service!

When we first arrived to mattress firm we were greeted by Lauren who was just great. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I think we asked every question about every mattress. After about an hour of deliberation (and some snoring) we picked our mattress and an awesome adjustable frame which Lauren found for us on clearance.Although there were a few issues getting the correct mattress frame delivered; Lauren and Nathan worked tirelessly to make us happy. The zilker park location is horrible, Ive been waiting a month for my mattress and its still not came in, every time I call them I get the voicemail and do you think they call back? Hell no! I finally got someone to answer the phone and he got rude with me for being frustrated with them. I thought with me spending so much money there I would at least get some kind of costumer care. Thanks a bunch you crooks! Totally disappointed!

Bought our new mattress from Mattress Firm - Zilker about 6 weeks ago. The sales manager Nathan taught us so much about the different mattresses in their store. The whole process was simple, fun and quick. We received our mattress two days later (they picked up our old mattress too) and are so happy with our purchase. If youre having trouble sleeping or its time to get a new mattress ask for Nathan at the Zilker location!!

This was the easiest experience of my life. My salesman, Nathan, was extremely kind and set me up with the perfect mattress based off my needs and budget. Who knew there were so many cool things you can add to a mattress set. Definitely would recommend coming here.

Went in to set up a delivery for their cheapest mattress. Walked in the door and Nathan had me try a few mattresses, got set up through financing and chose to invest in a better mattress. Wouldnt have considered doing so if I chose to order online instead of going to the store.

Nathan is amazing! We had worked with him originally on another bed for our daughter, but happen to be near the Domain when we made the decision for our bed, so we placed the order there. BIG mistake. After some delivery snafus Nathan, *even though we didnt place the order with him* was our saving grace! Our salesman was literally 0 help so out desperation I called Nathan and he was the one to finally get our delivery fixed up. When we decided we need to switch mattresses, we went back to Nathan. He is very knowledgeable about both the products and sleep science. He recommended an adjustable position for optimal sleep that I never would of though of, talked to us about how size difference would effect the way we experience the mattress, about how to get an optimal cooling effect (pull the covers down an hour before bed) and the science behind cooling.The Zilker location is a little smaller, so feel free to visit other stores if you want to try out tons of different mattresses, but when you are ready to really learn about what will benefit your sleep, and if you want your order to go smoothly, Nathan is your guy!
