Their products are amazing, but their customer service isnt great. Its always let me transfer you to a manager and she is horrible. Its a shame because they have amazing, unique products but if something goes wrong with one of them, you dont want to have to deal with it. The process is huge. They also dont honor their own coupon codes. Its incredibly frustrating and I just wont be ordering from them anymore.

I’ve spent so much money with this company but not anymore. Just awful customer service. Especially Samantha. Refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, which they’ve made quite a few in the last few weeks.
