Zach was awesome! Fun to work with, and asked us how we slept. We tried a few different mattresses. I thought we had to buy the best mattress and pay a larger price. The last one we tried, I almost fell asleep right there in the store!! NICE!!! We bought a king mattress for our master bedroom and a queen mattress for our guest room, the same ones! I want my guests to feel just as comfortable down the hall as we are♥️

This was the greatest mattress buying experience I have ever had. Shannon was very professional. She was easily able to identify my needs as a customer and recommend the proper bed accordly. She also gave me the pertinent information when it comes to return policy, exchange and how to avoid any major pitfalls that come with large furniture sales. My only suggestion would be to have a King size bed in the store for comparison, so it is easier to identify what size works best for me.

Tiffany Thompson is who helped us today and honestly she was genuine and very competent. Our conversations extended outside the realm of mattresses, simply because of her amicable temperament and attitude. She gave us an honest take on our options and even opened us up to the possibly getting a mattress that we could invest in, and feel good about for some years to come. We were the stereotypical couple who had a fixed mindset about what our price range was, and Tiffany seemed to give us our honest options without pressuring us to make a purchase we weren’t comfortable. Ultimately we were more then pleased with our decision and our experience.

My boyfriend and I have been on the search for a mattress for some time with no direction of which way to lean. Keisha seemed awesome. She eagerly dragged out mattresses for us to try and was very helpful and knowledgeable.UPDATE: She didn’t give me the mattress cover I purchased. I called the next day and she wasn’t there and the guy who answered was not helpful so I ended up having to call a manager who was at a different store to find some literate to talk to. I was super disappointed that he expected me to drive 10 miles back to the store to get it. They should’ve mailed it.Delivery was a nightmare. She had told me it would be a 2 hour window but failed to look at the schedule for my delivery area which was a 13 hour window. I wouldn’t have ordered it had I known. Keisha and the manager both wrote instructions on how to get to my house (bc it’s hard to find) which we’re not given to the delivery company- so I had to explain it to them for a 3rd time. All of the communication with the delivery company were automated which was infuriating when the options you need are not an option. There was absolutely no option to talk to a person. Buy beware.

Missed our delivery window because they came early.. Just asked Keshia if they could wait until we get there at the scheduled time she said no. I asked her what are we supposed to do, just sleep on our couch tonight? she delightfully said yes. Offered no alternative solution, no remorse.. just a “you already paid us so deal with it” attitude. When you spend 2100 on a mattress, you expect to be treated better.Also, they give people discounts for leaving reviews which sways them to leave positive reviews so don’t buy into that.

Great mattress selection and prices. We were looking for a high end mattress and ended up buying the Dream-bed Lux. This mattress is so comfortable, I would give it the highest rating possible. We compared it to the Sleep Number and there was no comparison in comfort, quality and price.As part of the sale we also bought a Rize bed frame that raises your head and feet. That is also incredibly comfortable to rest in as it takes a lot of pressure off of your back.We have had the bed for about 4 months and couldn’t be happier with Mattress Firm.
