Haya Jaffal was the star of the process. When difficulties occurred she was tenacious in seeing they were resolved. Her manager worked closely with her to resolve the problems that arose. Haya has a wonderful design aesthetic and worked to blend with my own. Never pushy and always seeking my input. The room turned out beautifully, warm and inviting.

Haya at Ethan Allen was fantastic! She helped guide us through designing our dining room table and chairs with great insights. Haya truly cared about the design process and gave us the attention we needed through this big purchase. She also did an outstanding job of updating us along the way as it was made and delivered. I recently placed an order for dining room and breakfast room furniture and a bedroom dresser. I worked with designer Stephen Scholder in the Buckhead Atlanta showroom. Stephen was absolutely great to work with, he has a very keen eye for design and ability to listen and incorporate my tastes with his suggestions to give me a transitional & updated look! I’ve been purchasing Ethan Allen for over 25 + years and have always been pleased with their products. It’s a bonus when you also have a stellar designer to work with …this is offered as part of Ethan Allen’s customer service!

Even thought the lead time to delivery was long due to global supply chain issues, Iman (Buckhead Atlanta store) was continuously communicative in the status of 2 different sofa orders. And the scheduling and delivery process was a breeze.

I ordered furniture from the Buckhead location in October 2020. It is currently June 2021 and I am still without furniture. I was told it would take 3 months to receive my furniture. Each month was a different excuse as to why my order still had not been received. When my order started to arrive it came in pieces and I was expected to be home all day to wait for delivery. My husband tried to accommodate but we both work in medicine and it is not realistic with our patient load. Finally, Iman the store manager informed me that they could cohort pieces in the warehouse for larger deliveries. Great! Nevertheless, it is now June 2021 and all of my order still has yet to arrive. February turned to March, March turned to May, May to June and June to the end of July!!!! Don’t order from this company. It’s not worth the money, time or stress. Buyers please be ware.

The store is absolutely beautiful and presents awide variety of styles and designs.They are carefully following all the virus protocols. One of their designers, Stephen, introduced himself and showed me around the store asking questions and pointing out specific ideas. We talked about possible dimensions and layout.Im looking forward to working on the specifics soon. Wonderful experience.

Designer Jenny Delara at Ethan Allens Northpoint Parkway location in Alpharetta could not have make my shopping and selection experience more stress free. Jenny is very professional. She listened and directed me to exactly what I needed and then made all of the selections (fabric, leather and wood color) enjoyable. A few days later I wanted to add another piece to the order to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. Jenny responded promptly to my text and expedited getting the item added to my original order. I could not be more pleased with my shopping experience and this will be my go to location when I am ready to update other rooms. I look forward to working with Jenny again.

Two years ago I walked in to Ethan Allen to purchase two chairs for our family room. During that visit I met Lindy. After showing me several options she offered to come to our house with fabric options and ideas. The samples she brought to our home were perfect and captured our style and taste. We purchased two chairs, new coffee table and two new rugs from Lindy. Just this past September I reached out to Lindy again to help me update my master bedroom, living room and dining room. Lindy put together a wonderful plan for new furniture, lamps, chandelier, window treatments, and accessories. Update: After a lengthy wait (a month and half) my bespoke handmade curio cabinet arrived. Stephen and Evander hand assembled the piece and made sure the lighting worked well. They were well within their allotted delivery time and I enjoyed our chats. They even helped to move other pieces to fit the new cabinet.Very crucial: The finish matches perfectly!Thanks again to Ethan Allen of Buckhead.Just settled into my home office at Skyhouse Buckhead. I needed more shelving space for items such as books and curios and also a cabinet or bookcase top to display some of my framed works of art. The new piece had to match what I already have and it must be of the same top hand-crafted-made-in-America quality. Stepped into Ethan Allen in Buckhead, a new design center, located across from Phipps Plaza. The reception immediately knew that I was after their British Classics. Stephen Scholder immediately knew what my furniture pieces were and I was out of the design center under 30 minutes. I got something that will work even better with the design of the office than what I thought I wanted and everything at a great deal! Days later I double checked the finish on my newly ordered piece and with some worry the finish didnt show up on Ethan Allens web page. Little did I realize Stephen had special ordered my finish at no extra cost. Love this place, buy your room to go here! Ask for Stephen too.

I am quite familiar with Ethan Allen but walked in the other day, skeptical that I would find any answers to my furniture needs. I have very specific likes and dislikes which often contradict what is currently trending. However, Lindy patiently showed me some options that got things started, resulting in a visit a few days later that included my husband. In short, were thrilled about the sofa style we picked out along with the fabric (which style wise is out of the norm for us) plus two chairs to complete the room. We couldnt be more excited and so appreciate Lindys patience, input and expertise!

Haya came to my home to ensure the fabrics we were selecting coordinated with the rest of my home, and she listened to my feedback to ensure I selected fabrics I would be happy with for a long time. The turnaround time was excellent and the entire experience from beginning to end was smooth. I will definitely work with Haya and Ethan Allen again in the future.

She came out to see the house, measured, and got our interior wall colors. She also talked to everyone in the family to understand what we all wanted and asked us to send pictures of rooms we liked. When we went to the store, she had wonderful displays set up for each room for us to see. Our furniture has since been delivered and Michelle has stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend working with Michelle.

This was my first time purchasing anything from Ethan Allen and from start to finish the service was great. My sales person Stephen was personable, knowledgeable and very patient. My delivery was even delivered earlier than promised. And everything looks great. It costs more than I wanted to spend but in the end it was worth it. Will definitely shop here again.

He is knowledgeable about the products, knowledgeable about design, and adept at figuring out OUR tastes and goals for the overall project.He was available and flexible and patient. He understood when we made last minute changes that made our final order perfect. I ordered the Emmett bed, 2 night stands and a chest of drawers in early April. I moved to Atlanta at the end of June. The night stands and chest of drawers were delivered the week I moved to Atlanta. I was told that the bed had oversold and was backordered. After spending a week and a half on my sofa I called the manager. I asked for a bed frame to be delivered until my bed was delivered and the manager agreed. No bed frame was delivered. Then my bed was delivered and the delivery guys told me that the bed I received was the floor model. Huh?

Adrian has been a dream to work with. From her friend personality to her amazing skills, she is the reason Im completely sold on EA! Not only did she sell me furniture but she sold me a service that is invaluable! My bachelor pad reflects my style as well as an extremely well coordinated tone.

If you want all of your pieces delivered together and on time, this will (most likely) not happen. It takes a very long time to get what is ordered. Plus they charge a delivery fee which most companies do not do. They do have a nice selection of furniture and I do love my bedroom furniture once it all arrived. Ditto with my new kitchen table and chairs.

Nan was our interior designer from Ethan Allen who helped us to pick out rug, sofa, chair, lamp and pictures for our living room. She visited our home first to take measurements of the room and helped us to pick everything for the room. She was very professional and friendly. She listened to what we wanted and helped us pick the right items. She came to our home at the time of delivery and helped to place everything correctly. I would highly recommend Nan for anyone who needs help with interior decoration.

Julie Ann took over for me after my 1st consultant left the company. What a good thing that was for me. I had some issues with choices I had made and Julie Ann walked me thru them and found me the best possible solutions. Her expertise was so very appreciated and needed. My wife, Linda, and I would like to commend highly Stephen Scholder of Ethan Allen in Buckhead (Atlanta, GA) for his assistance in helping us choose new Hunter Douglas shades to replace the ones that had been installed in our new home several years ago by the previous owner. At his place of business and subsequently in our home, Stephen advised us of 1) how we could get the motor in the rod holding a previous shade controlled by a remote repaired under the original warranty, and 2) helped us choose from among the many options if we decided to replace the old shades with new ones. He displayed great interest in helping us make our decisions without trying to pressure us toward the second option. We found his advice excellent in all respect and appreciated his spending considerable time with us as we reviewed the options and looked at the various swatches of new shades that we might decide to purchase.
