Purchased a sofa in second week of June, was given a delivery time of 3 weeks. The delivery never happened, apparently the delivery agent could not get in touch! Got a new delivery timeline now which is two weeks further out. Essentially, a 5 week wait-time, why dont dont you give that timeline upfront, one can make decision to purchase or not? The customer service is bad to say the least (put on hold for 2 hours) and lastly the store is just as useful as the customer service (a new person talks to you every time, promises an update and then nothing). So it was an enormous waste of time and energy. One of the worst experiences I have had in recent times.

I purchased a sectional online, and Tony was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure quality service.

They sold me a couch and set delivery for June 10th. When they showed up on delivery day they had the wrong couch. They left me the couch and set up a new delivery to get me the correct item I order. Two weeks later the driver was a no show.I am now scheduled for an August 28th delivery. I am appalled at how poorly the customer service team and sales team handled me. I have called dozens of times and sent countless emails to no success.Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

1st time buying from R2G and had a very positive experience. It was the 1st of 6 stores I shopped in a short period of time. I cam back to R2G because they had the style, design and price point I liked the most, and who can beat 60 months free financing? Its like you dont notice the money gone for the small payments if needed. Most importantly, my salesperson was top shelf. Ask for Kellie! She was knowledgeable, professional, no nonsense and no high pressure. She was kind to give me her card and I was able to text her follow up questions before and after the sale. She got me through the order, credit and delivery scheduling process efficiently even while dealing with multiple customers. I would highly recommend checking out this store if you are in the market!

Even though I came in pretty much knowing what I wanted, Jon was so helpful with finding a sofa that was immediately available, as well as fit the aesthetic that I was looking for. He was able to figure out what I was going for, and my style, and recommended a coffee table/ side table that I loved. He was so kind and made the process quick and easy!

I had a great experience here, Richard was very kind and helpful. I had come in a couple weeks earlier looking for living room furniture, and he gave me his card. I saw a collection that I really liked (The Sofia Vergara West Loft in teal...), and spent a couple of weeks mulling the decision over. For very personal reasons, making the decision to redecorate and select furniture was something of a big deal, and I had a little anxiety over it.He walked me through the collection and color choices, and the team at the store even moved the ottoman from another area of the store over to the loveseat so I could see them together.He explained the protection plan (I have 2 cats, this was a big plus), and got delivery scheduled.The furniture is beautiful and I’m looking forward to owning it in a few weeks. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re shopping for furniture, and please ask for Richard. He was great to work with.

I got it today and everything was excellent. The delivery was fast and I loved the couch which was easy to assemble!

My daughter have been waiting on a mattress and box spring for three weeks which she was told it would be delivered in one week. The first week she sat all day waiting for the delivery no one called and told her that they could not deliver the mattress due to a sick employee she was told that after she called to inquire what was holding up the delivery. So she had to reschedule to same thing happen again no one called to inform her that they were not going to make the delivery. This time when she call to inquire about the delivery she was told that they were short staff and that the employees that are working had made enough delivery for the day and they were tired. Delivery service is very unprofessional for a brand as big as Roomstogo. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed , called to speak to a manager still waiting on his or her call. If you want to avoid stress shop elsewhere.

I went in looking for a new mattress with adjustable base. Chad helped me find exactly what I needed. He was patient and spent time walking me around the store explaining the various mattress types and bases. He asked questions to give recommendations for what he thought would be most comfortable. My partner and I purchased a beautiful leather sofa and chair from RTG; however, it turned out not to be the right fit for us. No matter how hard we tried to reconcile the purchase it still was not comfortable for my guy to lounge on it after a hard days work. Something had to give. After contacting the store manager Josh and explaining our issue, he asked us to come in to discuss our options. We explained that we did NOT want a refund BUT comfortable furniture. Josh was exceptional...not because he was a manager but because he took the time to listen to our issue and answered all of our questions about the quality of our purchase. Afterwards he told us to take our time in choosing our replacement furniture. He explained the next steps in detail in what could have been and uncomfortable situation Josh made very comfortable and easy. We chose an upgraded leather sofa and chair set and walked away very happy with the purchase and ecstatic with the service from Josh. During our original purchase our sales associate Tony was exceptional however, he was off helping another customer. My husband & I had been looking for a specific lamp for months with Rooms to Go, We held out buying them when we first saw them and when we finally decided to shop for them we were told that they were discontinued by R2G. We were disappointed thinking that we had waited to late and had missed our opportunity but a manager at manager at the R2G in Perimeter (I think) called the buckhead location & checked to see if they were in stock there. It must have been our lucky day because they were! The manager spoke with Oakley who said they had them in stock and was told we were on the way.We quickly rushed over to R2G in buckhead and was greeted by a sales associate who called Oakley over for us. Our exchange with Oakley was beyond pleasant! Oakley was very warm and conversational with us. He told us about using warm light bulbs in the lamp which gives you a home-y ambiance and he was totally right! We ended up buy another set of lamps which were 4 in total and Oakley was very patient while we looked around & yay or nayed lamps. Haha, at one point when after we decided to choose a lamp that I had nayed (& finally decied to get) my husband asked to add it onto the order in which Oakley jokingly stated that it had to be okay with the Mrs first. We both found that hilarious & enjoyed the ease we felt when conversating with Oakley.Also we had a discrepancy with billing due to a glitch with the computer which we did not realize until after we had left. Well we called back to the store and thought we were going to have to drive back (which we live a good hour from buckhead) but Oakley being the amazing person he is figured out a way to fix the transaction and got the money returned back to our card without us having to drive back. We were again very pleased with Oakley & him going above and beyond to make us happy customers.Oakley definitely deserves a raise!! His customer service skills are beyond amazing & hes such a personable, likeable person. Thank you Oakley for making our experience one to remember!

Our experience was quite terrible yesterday. There were no associates available to help us buy the furniture we had already picked out before we showed up. After about 15 minutes of wandering around we found someone to help.As we were being helped with our purchase, the associate tried to keep upselling us on other upgraded features of the product and would not take no for an answer even after we told her that we were fine with what we had. She was incredibly pushy and had a bad attitude once we told her no.After the administrative piece, she asked us to pay without even telling us the total or explaining all of the ancillary charges. She even added in the $96 protection plan without asking us and tried to pass it off. If we would not have asked to see the bill then we would have paid for something we didnt want. All in all it was a terrible show of customer service, shady business practice, and lack of professionalism. We will be not be giving Rooms To Go any future business.

Literally every order gets messed up. I ordered a table, only for it to come with a broken chair. I ordered a sofa that never was received. The staff both in the store and on customer service is ghetto. To make things worse they literally take 45 mins to answer your call if you call customer service dont believe me try calling their customer service line. They will literally sit by the phone and not answer it.I have been told I would be called back and havent received a call in weeks. If you ordered through this company and it hasnt arrived cancel it as more than likely you will not receive your order or your order will be screwed up. There are tons of other companies. I recommend not dealing with this one.
