We shopped at the Lenox Atlanta location and had a great experience. As should be expected, there is a sales component to your visit but Tammy was very knowledgeable about the various options and benefits while being respectful of mine and my wife’s interest in shopping around before committing. We ultimately bought a sleep number bed after visiting Mattress Firm and Casper and would recommend to anyone to visit Tammy at the Lenox Atlanta location and test out the sleep number beds. Very happy with our decision.

The customer service that I received today negates the wonderful service that I received in March 2021. The lady who “helped” me today was of no help at all and unwilling to do any research to help me make my purchase. I will definitely choose a different location for my future needs. I returned home extremely frustrated and completed my purchase online.

I did like the Casper, I was comfortable and pricing was right . Then, on a whim I walked into the Sleep Number Store in Atlanta Georgia off of Lenox Road with my best bed buddy Kate and met Tammy. At first I was a bit put off, I know the sell - but she was kind and actually seemed to care that we would get comfortable and get knowledgable She told us the basics, put us in a bed, told us to watch a video and walked away. I will say she was adamant that when the video told us to turn to our side and close our eyes to follow those instructions. We did. Holy heck. She then had us try to find our sleep number..Tammy and I have the same number ! After that she moved us to the sleep number” bed that shows the pressure - and she nailed it. At this point Kate and I where both in. She explained in great detail each and every aspect of every option of bed, without pressure. We decided that we should go and make what seemed like an obvious choice on a full stomach. We told Tammy that we’d be back after a meal and she did not pressure a purchase at all but let us know that she was available until close and would be there the next day as well and about a special you were having . All told we were at the shop for about an hour where she gave us her undivided attention. We both got into the car and turned to each other and laughed about how relaxed and rested we felt , and how much we truly liked Tammy, sale aside, shes lovely . We ate , crunched numbers and returned maybe an hour or so later. Over our meal it was decided that not just I would get a i8 but that Kate would also get one , the bed is that good. We returned with no intention of financing , but Tammy explained our options and the best way to finance the purchase of not one but two king beds. She was a absolute treat to do business with. I cannot reiterate enough how nice the whole experience was. To the team at Lenox in Atlanta Georgia I hope you all realize what a gem you have in Tammy Ive. All the Stars. She is the best. Ron was most enthusiastic and kind. He took every effort to relax my shopping experience and state the details, cover any questions, was indisciministically honest to me and my wife (right downtime middle) and used therapy that improved our living and love as a married couple.

Great purchasing experience! Ive lived in Atlanta 10 years and been through a couple inexpensive mattresses and finally decided its time to upgrade. My wife and I arrived a little later than we wanted to on Saturday and only had 30 minutes prior to the store closing. The store rep, Cody, didnt even seem to notice the time. It was our first time in a Sleep Number store, and he gave us the full experience. Two hours and new mattress later, we couldnt be more pleased with the service and comfort! It was an exemplary experience I hope all of their stores, or for that matter, any business, would follow.

We had a great experience with Tammy Ivie at the Lenox store in Atlanta. I went in to test Sleep Number beds on behalf of a friend with MS. I brought my friend with me – via speaker phone – and went through the whole process with Tammy. She has plenty of experience serving customers who have a relationship with the Shepherd Center and offered us the most thoughtful and gracious assistance. She was very attentive to my friend on the phone even though I was doing the physical testing. We got all our questions answered in that visit, saved my friend precious time and energy, and she was able to purchase the bed and start having a great nights sleep within 10 days. One of her key issues was having a mattress that sleeps super soft to cradle her aches and pains that also features a truly firm surface when sitting up, to push off from to transfer in and out of the bed. The Sleep Number bed has worked very well for her. Thank you Tammy!

One of the most frustrating buying experiences I’ve had in a long time. Mattress delivery was scheduled for the 5th and inexplicably rescheduled to the 20th without my knowledge or consent. I had already gotten rid of my old mattress to make the delivery process easier. I was offered a complimentary pillow to make my stay on the couch for two weeks more comfortable. Cancelled my order and now looking elsewhere.

I can’t comment on our mattress because we did not receive it yet, but wanted to compliment the salesperson (Cody) that helped us earlier today.I walked into the store not knowing much of anything about Sleep Number beds and walked out feeling really good and confident about our purchase.Walking in, I felt the dread of having to talk down an overzealous salesperson and it was the complete opposite. He took his time to explain everything, never pushing us to go to the highest end mattress once we told him what our budget was. He really seemed concerned about what might be best for us.He also recommended a great pillow that could help my neck pain!Hope we enjoy our mattress as much at home as we did in the store.

We went in for a pillow, and left with an $8,000 bed! Thats mostly due to the amazing sales skills of Randy Walters (ask for him by name), who has an intuitive grasp of which high-tech bed is right for each customer. In addition to being a pleasure to work with, he takes his time, never rushes you, and makes the shopping experience an adventure. Enjoy the in-store experience -- but be aware that Sleep Number uses some pretty shady folks to deliver and set up their beds. At this price point, the company could do a lot more to make sure the customer experience is a great one from start to finish -- not just while in the store itself. That said: this was definitely one of the best purchases weve ever made, and we think the price of our Sleep Number bed was a great investment in a better nights rest. Recommended.

Great experience, can’t wait until our bed is delivered. I would remove 1 star for the 3 week delivery time but the recent hurricane in the Carolinas where the bed is customs made caused delays in production. Because our sales Rep was soooo awesome I will not remove the star. Thanks Cody!!

Some miscommunication led me to getting the wrong mattress base. Normally wouldnt be a problem, but the associate in question then tried to sell me the original base I wanted with another tacked on shipping charge, not to mention he got the price wrong (which he ended up correcting after he properly researched the mistake). While I understand this is a business most likely based on commission, the associates REALLY need to pay attention to what the customer actually wants and not just focus on making a sale. And if they mess up, make it right without any extra charge (in my case, without another shipping fee).Regardless, the mattress in question is not as good as I was hoping it to be, and even to return it, I have to pay yet another $200 shipping charge. All in all, I am very let down by this business model. Just beware that if you buy a mattress here, consider that shipping charge a restocking fee. One that you wont get back.

I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted and the price I could pay. The saleswoman Tammy Ivie greeted me and agreed to help me find The right bed. Iwanted a twin daybed with a bookcase side . That limited me to the standard size twin mattress without the ajustable base. Ms Ivie and I talked about it and she gave me an exact quote on the standard twin size with lots of softness. My bed Im replacing is a Sleep Number which is 8 years old and has seen rough usage. I promised to be a better owner and she assured me that changes have been made and the new bed would be more to ny liking. Several days later I called her and made the purchase over the phone Ii wanted to be sure shre got the commission on the sale. She was very happy for me and took care of every detail through delivery and into the future! The bed I am getting is much harder to set.up and has refused to make the sale over the phone. I am disabled and cant go out there to finslize the purchase. I either have to go back there -- 45mile trip -- or there wonderful salesperson was very helpful and wont get her commission if I dont go to the store . Im trying to arrange it but have not been pleased as yet. SLEEP NUMBER has been a joy to work with!
