My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress and went to multiple mattress stores and ended up purchasing here. This location had lots of options to try at all price points. Anna worked with us and she was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without being pushy. I cannot say enough good things about her. She gave us very clear expectations on delivery, which went extremely smoothly with Sam and Jose. They showed up on time and wore masks in our home. They also took our old mattress away which was very helpful! This whole process was honestly way too easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

The female associate at this store was completely rude and unprofessional. We walked in and she immediately tried to start selling us on a mattress, despite the fact we had already bought one. I dont expect her to know we recently bought a mattress at Mattress Firm, but it would have been nice if she started by asking what brought us in today vs trying to sell us from the start. Once we explained that we wanted a base to raise the Tempur mattress up 5 and that we wanted to see what was in store, she immediately starting telling us our Tempur warranty would be void if we didnt buy Tempur. I explained that a previous associate sold us the mattress/mattress cover that Tempur prefers their branded products but not necessarily that the warranty would be void. She then undercut that employee, saying she liked the guy but he had previously screwed warranties with other customers. Seemed incredibly unprofessional.We then asked her to just show us what she had. She started showing us bases, but then 2 new customers came in looking for mattresses. She ditched us basically bca the new customers were looking for mattresses. We stood around a few min and then just left due to how rude she was.

My husband and I first visited this location back in March 2020 for a more in person information gathering and to test the mattresses so we can properly treat ourselves a few months later and to prevent price shock. He was not only great in making us feel like an important customer, but VERY knowledgeable and confident with answering every question we presented to him. When we left the store, my husband and I immediately decided to only purchase the mattress at this same exact store and only speaking with Rodney.So as of May 2020 as we planned, we returned to the same exact store and was able to speak with Rodney and had the same wonderful experience. We are VERY thankful to God and happy to have purchased the mattress set we wanted. Just bought a Purple 2 mattress from here and it was a great experience! We originally went to the Druid Hills location and they didn’t have any purple mattresses, but the salesperson Yale kindly informed us that this Buckhead Sq location had all the Purple models.Once we arrived here, the salesperson Rodney was very kind and knowledgeable, and helped us get the mattress we wanted for a great price, and without pressure. Highly recommend checking out mattresses here!

Rodney helped us with our mattress search and he was welll-informed and super helpful without being pushy. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to take my time looking at the different mattress options. He also gave me ample time to test out the mattresses on my own. My experience with Mattress Firm and Rodney was very positive and I would highly recommend shopping at the Buckhead location.

I ordered a box spring and was supposed to have it delivered on the 13th. Come the 13th the link provided by the QR code was not updating with the delivery window. I called the store to see what was going on, only to have them tell me that it wouldn’t be available until the 20th. Why did I have to call the store to be informed that it wouldn’t be arriving in time? What sense does that make? The manager was unable to give me a discount of more than $25 for my troubles so I will not be shopping here again.

Absolutely great experience at this location today! I am currently shopping for a mattress and Im in comparison mode. I came into this store at Lunch today and made sure to tell the salesperson, Jill Marie, that I was NOT going to be purchasing a mattress today and was really just there to look at prices.Well not only did this not phase her, she proved to be INVALUABLE in helping me figure out all kinds of mattress vocabulary and standards which is going to help my search TREMENDOUSLY! She was so thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable I decided to go ahead and buy a pillow just because. SHE KNEW I WASNT GOING TO BE A SALE AND SHE STILL HELPED ME ANYWAYS; WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?!She was a model of how customer service should be, and I will definitely be back to this location in the very near future!

Finally we found mattress, Beautyrest Legend, that had all the criteria we were looking for. We purchased on the spot and got it delivered, Until we rotated the bed. We realized after 4 month my bodyweight created a dip. We ignored the issue thinking it ll inflate on the other side.After few month and few more rotation, things got worse. We contacted the customer service and we got nothing.First of all, there was nobody we could talk to you over the phone to explain. It was a two-hour process to fill out everything online.And we selected the paid service to have a real inspector come out for $79 to look at the mattress and tell us whats wrong and what they can do to fix it.Its been 3 months now we have not gotten a single call and we have followed up with them a few a times. And I doubt they will ever back up their warranty!Too bad. I had an awesome experience a long time ago with Macys bc of their return policy and I should have gone back with them. O well! A $3000 lesson
