Buyer Beware. This could be a bait and switch. Tired of the runaround. About six months ago I had purchased adjustable king bed and two adjustable twin beds base. Still have not received the correct Adjustable king bed. Both twin beds were damaged on delivery. Only one has been replaced. At This point I just want my money back. So I can go somewhere else purchase what I wanted. Customer service is poor. Sales people do not call back. Things have dragged on way too long. If I were you there are plenty of other mattress stores to consider. Me, personally will not go back. Is not worth it. For the amount of money I spent $$$$.I have found in wings with the Better Business Bureau and with the state of Georgia. This could be a bait and switch.

Andrew was so helpful. His customer service was was a 30/10! He had customers before my friend and I walked in and he finished with them and helped us in so many ways. He made the entire shopping experience at Mattress Firm 5 Stars! Andrew deserves a raise and praise for his hard work!

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm and were immediately greeted by Andrew Kala. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the mattresses…and we tested quite a few. He even had an understanding of back pain, what could cause it, and which mattress would benefit the specific area of pain. So, we bought a new mattress. Yay! We can’t wait to sleep better and hopefully longer!!!

My experience at the store was great! Andrew and Romeo showed me every mattress that fit my requirements. They also made sure to let me know how to arrange the pick up/delivery so that the mattress I ordered stays reserved for me until my new place is ready. Very positive experience and definitely recommend them!

Andrew helped us explore our options on Monday and then we went back and made our purchase on Tuesday with Romeo. Both of them are very knowledgeable about the options and you don’t feel like they are trying to sell you something. One of those sleazy mattress places. Our guy was the typical salesman and when he realized our budget was 600 or less he told us to look at these mattresses that were standing up. He said you can take them down yourself and lay on them. Not only that but our car got booted right in front of the business!!! I would definitely go anywhere but here.

I am remodeling/furnishing a condo and today went to Mattress Firm in Midtown Atlanta with the intention of purchasing a new mattress. The staff were friendly and efficient. Andrew asked me just a few questions and immediately showed me a few options and in less than 20 minutes I completed my purchase. Excellent customer service!!They carry of variety of styles across many price points - but I assume there is something for everyone. I was so impressed that I recommend the same mattress to my friend who purchased it on their website - without even trying it herself.I would definitely recommend this store - ask for Andrew!

Buying a new mattress for my daughter was overwhelming until I found DeAngelo Lucas. He made it simple and easy from the beginning. He helped me decipher which mattress would be the best for us and didn’t just immediately offer the highest priced item when I inquired. He listened to my needs and helped me meet them, carefully narrowing it down to our best choices. Then, once I made my decision and we realized all the desired items were not in stock, he made sure I still received the deals I was entitled to and lined up shipping of the remaining items for me. I was originally scheduled to pick up the mattress but as my day filled up, I reached back out and he was able to help me find a way to get the mattress delivered on time (next day). Highly recommend this location especially because of the manager, Romeo. We casually went in and Romeo briefly told us what we needed to know and left us to shop on our own so we had plenty of time and could shop at our own ease. We didnt feel pushed to buy anything and were VERY comfortable testing every mattress out. Romeo showed up when we were struggling between our final options and gave us the perfect explanation for everything in a very professional and respectful manner. We went in with intentions to buy one bed but walked out with two mattresses, two adjustable beds, and four pillows. Customer service was excellent, Romeo explained how delivery would work and ensured he would call us if anything changed. Needed a twin mattress for our day bed and the salesman helped us be in and out in about 15 mins. Mattress is exactly what we were looking for, salesman helped explain the best schedule for rotating based on our day bed/ couch usage. Only reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is because their selection was limited and they just so happened to have the mattress we wanted otherwise we would have been SOL

Walked in to buy a 5k mattress. Diangelo needs to go ASAP! Never wanted to not buy something so bad all BC of the rep.

Went into the store to order a box spring and when I got home I looked at the receipt and saw a “Gold Service” charge on for $99.99. So I called the store to ask what this charge is. Rome answered the phone and when I asked him he got hostile off the jump about it saying that it is the new delivery service fee and that the one that zeroed out is the old sku. So I knew immediately something was off sounded too salesy in my opinion. So I said no need to get all mad I get it, it’s sales and commission, I get it but at least be honest about it. When I said that he got really mad and challenged my sales experience. So I told him he needs to check his attitude and hung up.But here’s where the part where Rome didn’t tell the whole truth. I got with a live customer service agent and asked what this Gold Service is and she explained its to Deliver, Set Up, and remove my old set up and that it can be removed if I don’t need a set up or removal. The delivery is FREE.But I will say the initial purchasing was a smooth process with DeAngelo. And when I got in touch with the district manager she refunded me my $99.99 and pretty much smoothed the situation over.

He had soo much patience because I knew i was taking too much time but he never complained abd he had a great attitude through out the process. I gave them three stars for general purposes I didnt purchase anything because theyre kind of expensive for my needs. I may not have purchased anything if price wasnt an issue because the representative was too aggressive and condescending I felt. You never asked a person how much do they want to spend which he did. I should have told him nothing. Which ultimately was the outcome. I hope they read this and reconsider their approach to getting the customer to buy something.

Within 3 hours I had my new mattress delivered to my home! Also, the delivery guy took my old mattress away. I will be sleeping like a baby tonight, and I didnt even have to leave my home. So many problems. Terrible customer service. Misrepresented inventory. I canceled my order and had to move heaven and earth to get my refund. Dont go to this Mattress Firm. Heres why.1) Salesperson had his mask intermittently on and off while we were in the store. Not consistently on. I shouldve known and left then.2) In my opinion, the salesperson (Romeo, though his name is different on my invoice) did not adequately explain that the mattress we were purchasing (from an outlet, because the one we wanted was out at regular stories) would be pre-owned. He gave us a nice little spiel about how maybe it sat out at a store for a little while, but never used the word pre-owned. I saw that word only when looking more carefully at my invoice the night before delivery, and then I did some research. Glad I saw this. I canceled the order.3) When I called to cancel, Romeo was very rude and short with me. He said he explained this all to me. I just threw myself under the bus so I could get my money back, saying it was my misunderstanding. He said my credit card refund would come in 10-15 biz days, but probably sooner. He was downright mean. When I said I wanted to cancel, he snapped at me, sarcastically: Oh, whats wrong with your mattress? He knew my mattress hadnt arrived. I no longer wanted a pre-owned mattress because it came with ZERO OPTION to return once delivered. I got confirmation that it was canceled, and Romeo very unceremoniously hung up on me.4) Romeo called back the next day - suddenly MUCH nicer, cheerier and wanting to sell me another new mattress. No, thank you. Again, I was very polite. I told him Id think about it and talk to my partner. Really, I wanted to be sure I got my dang money back. He again promised 10-15 days, but probably sooner.5) Shocker - refund never came when promised. I called Romeo again. I explained. He said, Oh, you financed that, right? No, sir. Its on my credit card, and needs to go. He had a whole long explanation about how he had to escalate this to a regional manager, and I couldnt possibly get the name or number or be copied on that persons email. He also said no, there was no corporate number for me to call. Well, I dont give up that easily. I chatted on Mattress Firms website with customer service, and opened a case. I was promised a call back within 24 hours from district manager Amber G. That call never came! So I took to social media. I tweeted, Instagrammed and Facebookd my utter disbelief, anger, and disappointment at the situation.6) I guess public shaming on social media is what it takes for a response. I got immediate responses, and a new case was opened. I was told it takes 14 days to process a refund, then 5 to post to my card. Hmmmmmmmm. By day 18, I had my refund posted to my credit card.In the meantime, we bought a lovely, comfortable, beautiful mattress from Casper at Ponce City Market. The down-to-earth, non-smarmy, non-commissioned salesperson was wonderful. When delivery came and some items werent exactly as ordered, our delivery fee and some other things were refunded as a courtesy, without my having to ask or say a thing. And whaddya know, that refund took ONE DAY. To the same credit card. If I have a problem with my Casper mattress, the sale certainly isnt final - I have 100 nights to return for a full refund of everything. Even with a regular-priced Mattress Firm purchase, Id have had to pay all sort of hidden fees for that.Stay away from Mattress Firm on Ponce, and any Mattress Firm for that matter. You can find all sorts of stories like mine. This is not a company that cares about customer satisfaction or its reputation.

Warning Purchase with Caution! Associates Professional, Process and Procedures Need to be Reviewed!The sales associates were nice when making the initial purchase. They were knowledgeable about their products and helpful.The delivery process and procedures must be reviewed for better customer service. I waited an entire day with no delivery or notification. I had to call to express my concerns. I was advised to wait and to call back the next day to speak with the Manager. When I called the next day to cancel my purchase and to express my concerns again. I was advised that I was scheduled for a redelivery. I did not receive any no notifications about a redelivery. On the day of the delivery, I finally received my items at 1945 ( the sun had set, it was raining, and it was dark).Last but not least, the delivery associates were nice and professional.Eventhough I received my products, overall I was not satisfied with my first experience with this company.* I highly recommend you ask someone personally ( who you trust) about their experiences with a company or a referral before making a purchase to prevent the experience that I went through.

Not only was I disappointed with the product itself but the salesperson has absolutely no clue about the features and benefits of the product.
