Don’t let them check on financing options for you!!We went on Memorial Day weekend to look at options and were told we could check our financing options with a soft pull on our credit. We specifically asked our sales rep Will, if it was a hard pull or not, as well as whether it would open a line of credit if we gave them our information. We were lied to on both accounts.Two weeks later a credit card shows up in the mail in my girlfriend’s name. We called this store and spoke to Rachel who then lied to us again saying we could close the account without any penalties to our credit. Now we can’t reach anyone at Synchrony Bank (who issued the card) and are left reporting Rachel and Will at this Mattress Firm to the BBB and CFPB in hopes we can have this account removed from my girlfriends credit report.No wonder Mattress Firms are always empty when you walk in. Just a bunch of sharks in bad khakis.

Rachel was wonderful. It was an unusually busy day and she was working by herself. Despite that challenge she greeted and acknowledged everyone that walked in the door. She constantly circled back to everyone answering questions a new ensuring that she hadn’t forgotten anyone.We weren’t totally sure which type of mattress we wanted, but she graciously answered every question we had. Went in to exchange damaged mattress due to warranty claim and had my last bad experience. I will encourage anyone to choose another option. These people clearly care about money only. The manager charged a new shipping fee to exchange a mattress that was defected. It appears courtesy would have encouraged him to waive our shipping fee. But he was rude and dismissive.Very disappointed.

The place was kinda busy this day, the store had one employee working this day due to call outs, however the associate handled it perfectly! We were seen and acknowledged. He answered our questions, gave us space to look around. He explained the mattresses to us, what to look for. He gave us some disposable sheets to lay own and try out the mattresses on. Explained about the warranty, the delivery, and the setup of the new mattress, all while managing other customers. No one was left alone, and both parties were treated with respect and as if they were the only customers. The only problem I would say is that, while we were purchasing our mattress and setting up the delivery, the associate asked me if I would like a bottle of water, I said yes, however he forgot to give me the water lol but as you know this was not a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed this visit. Hats off to Robert, he handled the stress extremely well, Thank you!!

We recently purchased a king sized mattress and adjustable base @ Mattress Firm. The experience was easier than we anticipated. The Store Manager, Robert Knight was very knowledgeable and gave us every opportunity to make our selection at our pace. The selection in the showroom was great and once we made our decision, the checkout process was very smooth. The items were delivered and installed as scheduled. We are very pleased with our purchase and the experience @ Mattress Firm Edgewood.

Kyle was very informative and helpful. He was a big help. Once we made our decision on a new mattress, we were done and out of the store within minutes. In other mattress stores in the past it was common for me to expect to spend a long time in the paperwork portion. The new mattress is coming in 3 days and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I definitely recommend these guys at this location, Kyle in particular. They were also safety-minded during this time of COVID so I appreciate that.

Edit: received our mattress. They sold us the wrong one. Now we get to fight fixing their screw up.Overall a decent experience. The staff is very friendly, and Kyle (manager?) had a great understanding of the build quality differences. Wed done several days of Wirecutter/Consumer Reports research ahead of time so it was nice to see they didnt misrepresent any of the options.The store has a big box feel, and I would have liked to see more options. Unfortunately there arent too many other options around Atlanta that had the brand we wanted to evaluate (Stearns and Foster).

We had two of our mattresses delivered today and it was very fast and efficient. Both delivery men were wearing face masks and offered to put shoe covers on. They were very friendly and actually were able to come ahead of our delivery time which worked great for us.

My experience has been AMAZING! Kyle took his time with us and I couldn’t be happier. I’m the new owner of a Purple mattress and an adjustable base because Kyle worked an amazing deal for me. Mr. Kyle Huling was extremely helpful in choosing my new King size mattress and 600 adjustable bases with massage and the works. I tested out both items while Kyle was typing up purchase ticket, I almost snoozed off until I realize I was at the store. I have not gotten any peaceful sleep during the quarantine due to numbness and pain from sleeping on an old mattress. Kyle reminded me that I was worth an upgraded mattress for health purposes and an adjustable base!

I just bought a new home and needed a mattress for one of the guest bedrooms. I found one I liked that was on sale at the Mattress Firm store but I wanted to look around to compare prices. After a few days, I returned to purchase the original one but it was no longer on sale. Mr. Knight, the gentleman who assisted me was kind enough to offer me the mattress at the previous sale price. I deeply appreciate this as I have a few big purchases to make for the new house and really would like to keep costs to a minimum. Mr. Knight was gracious with me from the first day I stepped into the store, patient as I decided and welcomed me back warmly. That he made such a great gesture of giving me that terrific price only added to the great experience I already had with him.

Michalis at the Edgewood location was amazing to work with! My husband and I initially spoke to him at the Smyrna location over a month ago. He spent over an hour with us answering any questions we had as a mattress is a very important purchase. We didnt end up getting the mattress that day but we wanted to make sure when we did, it was through Michalis. When we called the store we found out he had moved to the Edgewood location so we made sure we went to that location so we could be sure to work with him on our actual purchase. Again, he was very informative, made the purchase process very simple and made sure we got the best deal! We will be going back to him as we have to get another mattress for our son soon.I hope the delivery process works out as smoothly

Also, trying the power base was a life changing experience; I don’t think I’m exaggerating. I’m a cameraman, and I put a lot of stress on my back. I had never experienced the pressure relief by elevating my feet and head in a bed before, and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a normal bed frame now. Definitely worth the money, I spent!

Rodney was great! Loved working with him, no pressure, easy buying experience. The 3 stars is related entirely to Mattress Firms terrible processes. When you buy a mattress, if you want it delivered, you literally have to go to a separate companies website on your phone will sitting in the store, put in all your details, then wait for them to call you back with a drivers name so that you can give it to the mattress firm salesperson to put in the order. I ended up leaving and sending Rodney the information later, but if I had sat there and waited, I would have been there for 4 hours.I have no idea, how in today’s digital world, Mattress Firm isn’t digitally integrated with a shipping company to deliver mattresses. This is quite literally ‘the last mile’ in getting a mattress to your customers and they make the customer do all the work. Next tome, I’ll just buy the same mattress on amazon where they share my information with shippers and deliver the mattress to me free of hassle.

We visited the Mattress Firm in Edgewood to loom at their king bed selections and found a gem. Didn’t feel any pressure, was educated on our options and was able to take advantage of their great promotion happening. Robert was great and helped us find exactly what we we’re looking for!

Andrew was so very helpful in helping my fiance and I pick out our new mattress! We had purchased a Casper bed and as much as I tried to learn to love it, I just couldnt get comfortable on it because of how firm it is. We went into Mattress Firm hoping to find a mattress we could both agree on. I never felt like I was being sold to and Andrew did a great job of being there to assist us when we had questions, but also backing off while we talked things out amongst ourselves. I threw out my mattress minutes before the delivery. Delivery get here and there’s only a mattress. I call the store they are rude and combative and tell me they can only get me off the floor in over five days. Wouldn’t offer a platform bed or nothing. The whole time he tried to act like it was my mistake but he typed in the order and said it was on there. The delivery people were great and nice explained that this happens all the time because they are so horrible
