By far the best HomeGoods I’ve ever been to! Very clean, well organized and well stocked! They have high end and reasonably priced items! It was not crowded when I went and the staff was friendly (Hey Raquel!). I have gone to different Homegoods within the metro area and have left empty handed because of the low inventory. I left the store with a item I’ve been searching everywhere for. I live about 45mins away and will make the trip up here just for their great selection!

Great selection, and well organized but JEN at the cash register has a disgusting attitude and very hostile body language. Don’t know what the problem was but she left me feeling off.

I was extremely uplifted by this store and the professional staff here. I had just left another Homegoods located in Buckhead where I had felt like I was getting insulted by a gentlemen that worked there. All I was trying to do was purchase my spatula set. Anyway, the guy had me feeling like I wanted to just go home because sometimes people don’t think what others are going thru and don’t realize how their behavior effects someone but I didn’t allow him the power. I googled up the nearest Homegoods and glad I did. Found exactly what I was searching for and although it was t on clearance it was what I wanted and the complete set so it was worth me paying full price. I ended up at a register with a beautiful lady named Ms. Deb who I expressed to her when she asked if I found everything okay that I did and I was happy as hell that I didn’t allow that last gentlemen to discourage me. She noticed I had nothing but Mickey and said that she actually was a Minnie lover. I told her my story as to why I love Mickey Mouse and we just continued from there. Before I left I felt I had to share my experience with her about the last story visit she respectfully nudged it off and said aren’t you glad you came here and said I truly would’ve given that to you half price. 😊 I said well guess what if he would’ve I wouldn’t have found exactly what I was looking for would I? 💕 I just want to say thank you Ms. Deb for cheering me up. People like you are what’s needed to help make a change in the world. She was truly genuine and understanding and I loved it. Will be taking another 50 minute drive to shop some more.

Located Powers ferry /North Buckhead , Lux cars line decent parking spaces, busy mid day and evening, next to Petco and Roadrunners store ,you mind blazing music Cycle workout next door.

Customer service can be better. One of the cashier ladies refused to check a price because it had a tag, a price check would have taken no more than 2 seconds. Other than that I enjoy shopping at this store.

Great place and prices. You need to go off and as their inventory changes often.If you like something by it it might not be there when you go back to get it

I love HomeGoods in McDonough! The store is ALWAYS clean and never has junk in the aisles. The staff are always very friendly.

Great choice of items. Man in charge did the very minimum required at checkout. I had several large bags and other items. He didnt offer any help, closed register, commented on how difficult of a situation I was in, and walked off. I havent been back even though I love the selection. Ugh

The customer service was good. Store is organized

The store seemed to have a decent selection but definitely smaller store than Perimeter or Sidney Marcus. My negative experience was with a sales associate. I was looking at a shower curtain and asked the sales lady if I could open the package to see it better (rather than take it home just to open and return if I didn’t like it), and she said “y’all do what you want to do anyway, so whatever”. I said I’m sorry I don’t understand. She says nobody wants to buy a curtain that’s been opened. I said, I see what you’re saying, but it won’t be used and I just need to see all of the colors in the curtain to know if it will work. And again she repeated “y’all just do what you want regardless”. She told me to look at the picture on the box. I responded with letting her know she was rude. And I left the store and will not return. I still don’t know who “y’all” are that she’s referring to? the customers that come in to spend money? Too bad “y’all “ is a problem for her. I went straight to the Sydney Marcus store and spent a couple hundred dollars that her store lost out on and will continue to lose. I am not done with my project and will be making many more trips to a home goods, but definitely will not be this location. I’ll drive out of my way to perimeter or Sydney Marcus. I will not give any store business with rude sales people that think it’s okay to speak like that to their customers. Management needs to know how their customers are treated. When you’re in retail, customer service should be number one priority. She had zero customer service skills.
