4/10 -Everything started out great at the beginning with the sale with Nick and then it took a left turn. Mattress purchasing and shopping is no easy task so it took a little while for me to find a comfortable mattress fit . As we started getting closer to close, Nick mentioned he had a basketball game at 8 pm & it was 7:45.pm. I felt rushed and canceled the sale completely at checkout.Of course, prior to checkout I asked what other deals and discounts were available from Labor Day, and Nick stated I was already getting a deal with the adjustable base price going from $1600 to $500 (which I still dont understand.) I asked to use a coupon from the website and he stated coupons werent allowed for the sale because I was already getting a Labor Day discount. He then stated for the delivery, if Im able to sweet talk the delivery drivers (since they are contract workers) they could bring the mattress up and set it up without the $150 fee.Majority of my customer service experiences (with a major purchase such as a mattress), the sales rep typically wont bring up closing or time as a factor - especially when the sale is over $2500. Every customers time is just as important. There are a few other stores in the area with excellent customer service and that is where I will be headed.Overall, not the greatest experience - Nick became unprofessional and after awhile, I became a bit uncomfortable.Better luck next time.

Sales experience was okay. Went into two different stores because the first store didn’t seem to even care that much. Bought a mattress that was supposedly in stock but of course it wasn’t I don’t know if any of them are. Frame I bought was out of stock and I wasn’t aware until the day before my delivery. Wrong bed was also delivered on delivery. Still waiting on the actual bed I bought weeks ago. Very little support and customer service on this issue as well. I’m severely unhappy and you guys keep pushing me links for reviews so here we are.

Nick was helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me, which I appreciated. He asked questions that helped me figure out which was the right mattress for me based on comfort, and I am very happy with my purchase.

They did a great job helping us find exactly what we were looking for, and didnt try up-selling us on more than we needed. MFB had us in and out in record time, but we didnt feel rushed - we tried multiple mattresses after they helped us narrow down our search based on what we needed in a mattress. The best part is we bought it on Friday, and itll be delivered on Sunday. Unfortunately removal of your old mattress is an extra charge, but it isnt too much, and its very worth it. Thanks!

Rodney helped me, and he was amazing! He was super helpful. Greeted me, remembered me, and took me directly to the product I was interested in, as soon as I walked in. I didn’t have my physical card with me and needed to use Apple Pay (which they don’t support). He was so patient and accommodating, and he came up with a work around that allowed me to make a web payment! Couldn’t have been happier with my experience.

When you walk into a store 15 minutes to closing, you can expect a sales person to not be interested in anything except going home. My experience was completely the opposite. I want to personally thank Keisha for staying later, explaining everything to me clearly, giving me options I didnt know of, and making me feel great about my final purchase decision. Not to mention, my delivery date is in 3 days! I didnt like the other (2) mattress firms i visited. One sales person to 3 customers and one spot let a privileged kid jump on the bed. But never-mind that, if you just go straight to Peachtree Plaza.

Finally we found mattress, Beautyrest Legend, that had all the criteria we were looking for. We purchased on the spot and got it delivered, Until we rotated the bed. We realized after 4 month my bodyweight created a dip. We ignored the issue thinking it ll inflate on the other side.After few month and few more rotation, things got worse. We contacted the customer service and we got nothing.First of all, there was nobody we could talk to you over the phone to explain. It was a two-hour process to fill out everything online.And we selected the paid service to have a real inspector come out for $79 to look at the mattress and tell us whats wrong and what they can do to fix it.Its been 3 months now we have not gotten a single call and we have followed up with them a few a times. And I doubt they will ever back up their warranty!Too bad. I had an awesome experience a long time ago with Macys bc of their return policy and I should have gone back with them. O well! A $3000 lesson!
