You Save alot of $$$ off retail 50 to 70%. 2. Name brand mattresses. 3. Easy shopping experience. 4. Knowledgable and professional. 5. No sales fluff or smoke. Direct. CONS: 1. Very hard to get them on the phone. 2. Very small staffing. (Im sure thats why its hard to get them on the phone from what I saw while I was there.) 3. What you see is what you have to choose from. This used to be a good place with nice, helpful people. I’ve purchased three sets of bedding here. I’ve referred friends and family here. I will NEVER do that again. If you like being treated like an imposition, if you like being told “you need a foundation that is designed for this type of mattress” and having something entirely different delivered ( and I don’t mean mismatched colors, I know that’s the deal here) , and if you like to buy from a place that acts like your time and business is worth nothing, then this is the place for you.They have a website with an email address for questions and a phone number, but they don’t answer emails and straight up told me they don’t answer the phone. So, the only way you can get a simple, but important, question answered about a $1500 purchase is to drive back to Atlanta and ask them. I drove back to Atlanta. I got my answer. Of course, it was “no” and now I’ll have to buy another foundation, from somebody else, to replace the one I just bought from them on Saturday, to make my bed usable.On the positive side, it looks like I may have killed all the ROACHES that crawled out of the foundation after my delivery yesterday.You can still choose to go here, but if your experience is anything like mine, you will be sorry you did.

This is a great place to find a mattress at very discounted price. I was able to get a Beautyrest Black pillow top for 70% off (based on online retail price). Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales and she answered all my questions. She allowed me to lay as long as i liked and helped me to inspect the mattress before purchase. Cons: 1. they carry a small inventory of King mattresses. But not really a negative for me because I got a mattress I would not be able to afford at retail price. 2. The delivery is through an independent contractor and the price was expensive. We used Uhaul right around the corner to rent a truck for couple hours; so the delivery cost me less than $70.00. Very nice people, great quality mattresses--I highly recommend them!

Due to the great prices and good quality. I was able to purchase 3 twin and 2 twin XL sets for my 2 guest bedrooms. In store sales personal and delivery contractor was customer friendly.

I had a terrible experience at this location on Chattahoochee. My mother and I can in to purchase a mattress and the short women with brown hair had a terrible attitude from the second we walked through the door. She snapped at us when we would ask a question and even took it to the extend that she didnt find the need to have someone assist us with roping the mattress into the back of my jeep. She was clearly having a very bad day and took it out on us. We ended up not even leaving with a mattress because of the HORRIBLE customer service and still trying to get a refund for it. Stir clear of this place and the crazy unprofessional female that is associated with this company!!!!!!!
