I went in on a Saturday afternoon to replace the battery on my iphone 8. I had my iPhone for a little over two years and the battery drained really quickly. Most of the time battery didnt last an hour. Jesse was very helpful and informative. He was able to replace the battery in 45 minutes and check it was functioning properly and he explained to me how i should treat my phone in order to get the most out of the battery life. I would definitely come here for all phone troubles and phone accessories at a reasonable price.

Great friendly service and great price. I was having some battery issues with my iPhone 8 which was less 2 years old. I took it to the Apple store to replace the battery but they wouldnt repair it because it apparently had water damage, which had never been an issue. So I brought to these guys no expectations, thinking I would have to replace the phone. They were able to replace the battery within an hour and they gave me a discount on a screen protector. These guys are amazing. I recommend this place for all cell phone repairs.

Lost 6 month(40 gigs) worth of current information on my phone while paid these professionals to move all info from my other older phone with brocken screen to the one that Ive been useing now. All documents, pictures, contacts are gone.

Unfortunately terrible work. Replaced S9 plus screen for $257. Service was quick but after a few days we noticed that the screen used is not an original fit. The phone was not operating smoothly. After a few weeks, this is what the phone looks like (see below) . Now Im out of the state with a useless phone and loss of over 200 dollars. Photo shows currently what screen looks like. They said they do not have record but see attached photo for evidence. $257 dollars thrown down the drain and then they lie and pretend they didnt help us. We even had breakfast at Jojos next to as they repaired it. We are not in state customers and trusted this place unfortunately. We are not in any position to bring it back. They simply should refund the money for terrible work and an non OEM screen.

I will recommend this place to everyone I know and meet. I took my phone to another repair shop only to receive the worst service imaginable. The previous shop told me my phone would take one week to repair only to keep my phone for two weeks and give it back to me still broken! I came to this location in hopes they could work some magic on my phone. Not only did they fix my phone in less than 1 hour but they also showed me how the other shop messed up!!! I was missing the front facing camera, a plastic piece to keep my phone from over heating was missing, AND the camera flash! The service was amazing. They took the time to teach me about my phone. Miracle workers! My Nexus 5 was stuck on reboot loop, after doing my own research found out I need a new power button. My friend recommended Illinois cell phone repair. They were able to replace the button within an hour and the phone is good as new. Data on the phone was really important that wasnt backed up. Great work I highly recommend thank you guys!

I cant say enough about these guys, they have saved me lots of money over the years. Years ago they saved my life by fixing my phone that I had dropped in water and my phone just stopped turning on. These guys came highly recommended from AT&T store. My Nexus 5 was plagued with the power button defect that was becoming more and more apparent as this device ages. The phone would randomly turn off, sometimes it would act as if the power button had been pressed showing the turn off screen and other related issues before it finally quit for good. They were able to diagnosed the problem, it was the power button. This repair involved removing the old power button and soldering new one. The phone is works perfect again. I had a great experience! I broke the LCD screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I was leaving out of town for holidays. I called all over the place for reasonable price and fast repair, most of the places didnt have the screen in stock, price was too high or I had to leave the phone for few days. I called Illinois Cell Phone Repair they had the new screen in stock and they can replace the screen in an hour. I brought in my phone and waited for it, I had my phone back in less than an hour, it looks and works like brand new phone. Im glad I dont have to be without my phone on vacation. The cost was extremely reasonable and the service was super fast.Satisfied customer!

Had damaged the charging and microphone on my galaxy s6. Replaced the part and cleaned up the phone much quicker and much cheaper than if I had sent it to samsung. Even loaned us a phone for free so we could still communicate. Took only 3 days. Excellent service.

Cant tell anything good...... I went there to got my iPhone unlocked. I was told that I have two options. Expedited service 4-5 $145 days or standard 5-10 $125. I paid $145 for expedited service. After 9 days I called them and I was told that sorry there is delay, which we cant control so I told them that I want $20 which I paid for expedited service back. And they told me, sorry we cant give you anything back its not our fault its delay, and also they told me that they dont know how long it will take.So never again this location.....stay tuned.....I will let you know what will happen in next few days or weeks.

They fixed my iPhone glass and sold a tempered glass on top of it saying it will give extra protection if the phone falls down. But that glass started peeling off and a dot formed on the LCD THEY REPLACED. When I go back that guy at the shop is saying I dropped the phone and not being honest about it. He implies that I am plain lying and asks me to talk to the owner/manager, he will come tomorrow.Never trust these guys about tempered glass and their work.

I need my phone to work and dropped. With a cracked screen and lines running down the side I called for a quote. The gentleman who answered the phone quoted me and informed me that the line problem was different then just a broken screen. When I dropped the phone off another gentleman promised quick work and a fixed phone. 30 minutes and Ive got a new screen, an unbroken bank account and a smile on my face. I live in lake in the hills and will bringing all my phones here when they need fixing.

These guys are excellent, very professional and very knowledgeable. I stupidly sat on my Samsung note 4 and spiderwebbed LCD pretty badly. I googled and found IL cell phone repair, the turnaround time was unbelievable 40 minutes and done! They Saved me a lot of time and trouble going through insurance. Im glad I got the phone fixed so I didnt lose all my pictures that I didnt back up.They even made me promise to not carry my phone in my back pocket ever again and I wont!I will be recommending these guys to friends and will always bring my business to them.

The worst custumer service. They replaced the screen on my phone and as soon as I left the store, I noticed that the bottom of my screen wasnt working. I turned back right away and they closed the store. Later on, that same day, I noticed that the screen cracked on the top without dropping it or any other reason. I called the store next day they told me that the owner is not going to be there. I left a note for him. Then I went in the store when he was there and told him what was going on. He refused to replace the cracked screen and he keep saying its not his fault. So, who is at fault? He is the one who installed the screen improperly. I told him I want a refund, and he didnt even want me to have the cracked screen he took my phone and put a broken screen on it that you cant even use your phone! So this was worse than my cracked screen! I hardly conviced him to put a screen that actually works! After that he had an attitude with me and he was rude! Now the screen they put is worse than mine and it has line on it. I wouldnt go there or at any of their places since they dont know how to keep their customers.

Excellent customer serviceTo start they werent my first stop, I had stopped by two neighboring competitors in hopes to reviving my spouses iphone 6+It died while charging and never restarted, after a brief explanation the two prior competitors attempted to get it fixed but couldnt even turn it on, Illinois cell phone repair (ICPR) through the same process also attempted it and they got the phone to power on but it wouldnt reboot. they informed me the repair could be one of many things but if I was willing to wait 30 minutes I can get an accurate quote and time frame. Well the phone sadly cant be repaired the same day there is hope that it can be revived within a reasonable amount given they take it in for a few days and Ill will be notified if its useable or not.Whatever the outcome will be I am extremely satisfied in their customer service and knowledge, while others turn you down, ICPR gives you hope.I will be returning for future services.
