Misinformed Sales Representative. Earlier this week my wife and I went into the store on Tuesday and were given the incorrect information about the new The Biggest 5G Upgrade promotional offer from Verizon. The Sales Rep stated that the $300 mastercards for porting the line number over were only Verizon giftcards when their promotional campaign clearly states that it is to help cover the cost of switching. This is a CORPORATE STORE and they turned our sales away. So we drove over to the Mall and also called their corporate number and spoke with a Sales Rep in Irving Tx HQ location they both informed me what I believed was correct that the $300 mastercard could be used anywhere and not just at Verizon and that this would be received within 3 weeks after porting and activating to help cover the cost to switch from your current carrier. Please do your own research before going to any Verizon corporate location as they may tell you the wrong thing.

Our experience was not the best with Verizon as a company. We went to multiple locations and we always got a you can do it from home yourself answer in every single location that we went to employees did not solve our issues, contacted customer service only to speak to 3 different representatives who offer no solutions , we ended up cancelling the service after 12 days because we ran into so many problems, we waited 5 days and 4 visits to the store to walk out with working phones, TMobile did all the process for us in 45 MINUTES. The only reason Im giving this place 2 stars its because of David, he is such an amazing employee with great customer service skills but he can only do so much with what he has, make this man your CEO. 5 stars for David Morales.

We’ve had a business relationship with Verizon for 4 years , very disappointed with customer service at this location. They only care to sell you but not to SERVICE you. Store manager Ali was very unprofessional, rude and lack of customer care.Wether you’re a retail or a business customer go to a different store.If youre trading in old devices make sure you leave the old one at the same time youre getting the new one...Theyll tell you to go home back up and reset the old device and drop it off at any other time, theyre lying to you.

As new customers, my boyfriend and I faced A LOT of unnecessary obstacles with Verizon.- system is not user friendly and slow- system error incorrectly showing inventory from this store location-spending multiple hours with customer service- representatives telling us to do the process on our own- having a representative at a different location try to upsale us- not receiving service in our apartment- spent 2 full days at the store getting through the problemsLong story short, this just is not the carrier for us and I would give the experience 0 stars, BUT David went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us and the three stars are for him. David deserves all the stars because he was kind and understood our frustration and did everything in his power to help us. Thank you, David, you are amazing!!!

Went into the store today to have my new phone that was purchased there turned on. Explained I was giving my old phone to my son for his birthday tomorrow. The employee said he could not turn it on for me. He said I had to do it myself from home. I have been trying for over an hour and it is not working. First time I went in was to switch from boost mobile to Verizon. Cristal helped me out and she did a great job providing detailed information and staying late to help us out. I have been to the store numerous times after that due to questions and phone issues ( not related to Verizon it was Apple issues). But every time I went in she was very helpful and understanding to my needs and concerns. Other staff is helpful as well but I much rather prefer to work with her. Highly recommend her if you need any kind of help.Very chill store environment as well.

I was a little nervous about going here when I saw the reviews online, but I thought they did a great job. I avoid the mall if possible, so I chanced going here and was happy I did. They were busy, but I was greeted promptly and told there would be a short wait. Jose showed up to help me a minute later and got me a new phone, which is the reason I came in. Easy as could be. Jose and the guy working the front door (forgot his name) were both great and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone.

This store is extremely nice - brand new. Have gone in twice in the last week and worked with Jasper both times he was THE BEST. Has a wealth of knowledge, is relaxed instead of intense and is set on helping you make the best most informed decisions! High recommend the store, and if you can, work with Jasper. Verizon needs to make sure they keep him happy - people will approach going to stores differently if all employees are like him!

WARNING: Worst Verizon Ive ever been in. Go to any other Verizon store to save yourself the headacheIve had to go there three times.1. To get my new iPhone 5S. The salesman tried to up sell me 100 different items and would not let up. I made it very clear I just wanted to get my phone and get out. Oddly, this is the best experience I have had here.2. My second visit was to get my iPhone replaced because the speaker was broke and everyone I talked to couldnt understand me. I was told that I had to bring my phone to Apple. I went there and they replaced it for me very quickly.3. Just went there again 3 months later for the exact same reason with a new phone. Someone greeted me I told them the issue and they took my name and told me to sit down. 20 minutes went by and more and more customers were coming in and getting helped in front of me because they were looking for new phones. I ended up just leaving because it was just a bunch of incompetent young salesman that had no interest in helping a customer that wasnt interested in buying anything.

Worst experience ever. Walked in was greeted by a young lady. I said my iPhone has been having freezing issues and other issues she says is it the iphone7? I said yeah it is. She says well they’ve been having issues due to the update and the new iPhone update doesn’t support the iPhone7 which is a lie. And I said so is there anything you can do or I can do she says nope got to wait for the new update in line 2 weeks. Didn’t offer me options to buy new phone, look at new phone didn’t ask for my name nothing. I said where’s iPhone 8 she just points in the corner over there. Horrible customer service. I called Verizon corporate and they said frozen phone is not a known issue or have anything to do with update. Need to train you’re sales staff better. Called Verizon corporate filed a complaint and will be buying a new phone elsewhere. Train your staff with better knowledge and how to help customers what a joke I walked into today

I opened a business account with Mr. Mark last July. He said If I open 3 phones line with purchasing new 2 Iphones and 1 Galaxy 10e, The Verizon will gives you credit 150 bucks each Iphone and 100 bucks with Galaxy 10e after 2 billing cycles. But I just received 300 bucks for 2 Iphones. I asked give me 100 bucks credit for Galaxy but They did not do it until now. I am not going to buy anything this store again.

I switched to Verizon after some salesman at an AT&T store tried ripping me off. The salesman at this store was awesome. Bought a few accessories to help the guy out. About a couple months later my charger stopped working. So on my lunch break from work, I headed over (I work down the street) and explained the situation to them. They told me the charger was not covered by the warranty but the manager gave me a new one free of charge anyways because he understood that my situation was extremely inconvenient and the charger was $30 (It was one of those Type-C cable Turbo chargers)

Misled on promotional offer this past weekend. Buy-one-get-one-free not as it was described my sales associate. The resolution is to upgrade to unlimited plan (sorry, this is all we can do for our deceptive sales practice). Not at all impressed.Unfortunately your reply does nothing to resolve the situation. Seems to be the trend looking at previous posts. Wish I would have reviewed before we conducted business. Next stop is corporate, it looks like to me.

Worst location ever. Not willing to help. Went there with problem with phone. Manager was absolutely unwilling to try and help. He instead of blamed the problem on phone even after it was demonstrated that problem was with SIM/profile. He still kept coming back blaming phone. I finally ended up fixing it on my own working with phone tech.On separate occasion, called to find out if they had iPhone 6 available. Sales rep checked and told me that they do. Next I asked closing time, was told till 8. When I was saying it might be problem for me to come in before 8, even without letting me finish , the rep simply said good bye and hung up. Simply unbelievable....

Helped me out big time when my screen cracked and the insurance wouldnt cover it for the cracked screen repair price because it was a Pixel (Read the fine print!). I recently upgraded to a Galaxy S10 5G which is a great phone. However I got a bit ripped off. The sales person asked if I wanted a screen protector which I always put on the phones but failed to tell me there was already one on it from the factory. No wonder they had to take the phone in the back to put the other one on, had to hide taking the factory one off. It is not enough to get a lawyer for deceptive practices but I will always ask in the future if there is already one on it, and check the OEM website but I WILL NOT be going back to that store. Dishonest at best.Makes wonder did they even put one on the phone?

I highly suggest that the VZW manager who is responsible for this authorized dealership, to seriously review this location and its employees. And obviously, the owner has not made any positive changes to improve his employees attitudes toward giving excellent customer service; as stated in his response to Ms. Banda, which she posted two weeks prior to my posting.

I visited this place to get samsung fast charger duo and as business account I suppose to get 20% discount on accessories, but then I found out this charger is not BASIC accessory. No one ever said anything about BASIC accessories, in different location they try to sell me bluetooth speaker , headphones and some other devices with 20% discount just to make me spend more money and nobody said ,,thats not BASIC accessory just save your time and dont go there.

Ive been with Verizon almost 3 years and this store has by far been the worst store to work with. They make assumptions about my needs, dont listen, and make costly mistakes. I had a plan with two lines, I needed no changes just transferring the lines to two different plans and eliminating my own. The first transfer cost $200 because they forgot to include unlimited texting (although it was originally part of mine and the new plan), they completely forgot my data plan. And my personal favorite, I when into the store with my final bill to pay and instead of crediting my account they put the payment on a completely different account and it wasnt until collections did the mess get sorted out despite me having the original bill and recite of payment. Dont bother with this store, go to the mall.

Stay away. Spent just under 1000.00 and they refused to transfer my information from old phone to new phone. Just gave me directions to do it and it just wasn’t working for me. 4 guys standing around with no customers in the store and no one would help. They actually said NO on direction from their district manager per the store manager. I left and called corporate. They said they were suppose to do that for me and apologized. Corporate sent me to the Lake street location in Addison to have my info transferred over. What a difference!!!! They were all so nice and accommodating. Ralf was just fantastic. I was treated the way I should have been at the Schaumburg location but was not. Me and my family will not go back to the Higgins Rd location ever again. We found a new location in Addison. I was treated so badly in Schaumburg. This place really needs classes in customer Service. Where is the district manager???? Apparently not training their employees.

I recently went to the Verizon store on Higgins in Schaumburg. I had stopped there because my phone was dead not only did Kyle charge my phone so I could get home he also helped me with transferring a picture from my phone to the website so I could order a picture for my son and his wife of their dogs for Christmas. This meant alot to me because I had tried numerous times last night probably at least for two hours to do it myself. Its nice to know that there are people like Kyle that took the time to help me. I have only had this Android phone for a few months and I am still learning how to use it my previous phone was a flip phone. Thank you Kyle for helping me with my phone. I really appreciate it. I just hope that Verizon wireless appreciates what a dedicated employee that you are Thanks again

WORST experience ever in this location!!!Every time I would come to this location to buy a product I was attended promptly & given a step by step instructions to troubleshoot any potential problem that might come up. Ever since my phone did an automatic update my phone has LOST alot of capabilities. Simple stuff like taking a picture, viewing my account even adjusting the volume!!!When I told the associate the problem I was told Theres only one person ahead of you & well see what we can do. I thought, no problem....... What a crock! 5 different new customers came in to buy stuff and were attended promptly while I was still waiting. At one point I was just looking at the same associate that greeted me just standing there doing NOTHING!!! Five minutes later he came up to me and said OK, lets see whats wrong with your phone.I find it coincidental that as soon as I finished paying off my phone & Im off the contract this update screws up my phone to the point that the associate mentions that Youmight have to get a NEW phone, but dont worry, I have the insurance on the phone. SMH

Yes they are considered the high end for cellular service but the old adage. Was at the store this morning right after they opened to replace my phone which a gentleman in a white sweater with black vertical stipes and black skinny jeans made me check. I waited over a half hour while this guy, I assume was the manager, was doing nothing. Their were two other reps there, but they were assisting other customers on activations. The Hamburgler looking manager was just chatting with those customers and reps and was doing nothing to assist other customers that were walking in. There was an elderly gentleman that was waiting before me and he was waiting as well. After a half hour I walked out. I had to go to work. I went to the Elmhurst store on St Charles Rd during my break and they helped me right away. This store lost a sale for the day.

Go go gadget Verizon. Ask for Eriq. Great knowledge especially for the techie. Store was pleasant and so were the sales reps Eriq and Jennifer! I give these guys a 4 (exceeds expectations). Both had great customer service skills. Jennifer was newer, so honestly answered questions if she wasnt quite sure of the answer when I asked some detailed techie stuff. She even went and got Eriq to answer the multitude of questions I had about all of their products when she realized he would be a better fit for what info I was needing. Thats an example of smart customer service! (Im thinking of switching over to Verizon so I had a ton of questions.) It looks like the previous posts were off target, or this store has been listening and has made improvements. My current carriers days may be numbered as I am pretty impressed with the offerings and customer service at this place. Nicely done. Nicely done indeed. :)

I went to this store today for upgrading my phone. A salesman (name: Christian) was sososo rude and arrogant!!! He even didnt look at me when he explained something about the phone. I wanted to come out, but the only reason I continued was my 6months old son wanted to go home sooner.I have been a version wireless customer since 2003, thus I have been several stores, but this person was THE WORST guy Ive ever met.If you go this store, PLZ avoid this guy. You will ruin your day for sure!!!!
