I was struggling to add an extra SSD to my laptop in a personal project -- but I have little experience and a fear of stripping screws that were giving me trouble. I brought the SSD and laptop to P&P and they added it for me quickly and for no charge. Ive used P&P once before years ago and am glad theyre here!

I have been taking service of P&P Computers for many years. They are a bunch of hardworking young professionals who value their customers. I have approached then many times with urgent computer and electronic issues and have always received timely and quality services. I recently purchased two 24 used monitors from them for a very reasonable price and they are working like new.

Before I begin this review I wanted to share the fact that I went in because I wanted my broken space bar on my laptop fixed. To show you what a good job they did I wanted to let everyone know Im typing on that very same laptop while giving this review. After a few presses the space bar feels natural to type with which more than I expected. I honestly thought that I would have to get a keyboard replacement or at least the key replaced but the guy over at P&P computers inSchaumburg didnt think I needed that. The guy was professional and fixed my issue in minutes. I highly recommend them and Ive typed this entire review without missing a space. :)

Awesome place! Needed thermal paste to reset my heat sync and they didn’t have any for sale so they just gave me a tiny one they had for free! Awesome guys!

Zac was very knowledgeable and help me with my desktop computer that was giving me issues. Very helpful in answering all my questions. Price was very reasonable! Will be returning to buy a refurbished computer in near future.

Today (3/29/2021) I visited with my laptop to P&P for repair. I was warmly received by Zac. My laptop screen was totally blank. He got it started in 5 minutes. I wanted to pay him, but re declined. I will recommend him for big raise or big bonus.

Walked in with a 4 year macbook air that failed to turn on, walked in showed it to the employee he came out in under 5 minutes with the screen back on. Would recommend coming and checking the place out if you have any tech issues

I can’t express enough gratitude for Alex and David at P&P Computers. I brought my computer there and they diagnosed it with a Power Supply failure within a few hours. Once I got the new part, they estimated it would be done by the end of the week (5 days). It ended up being done in 6 hours. Reasonable rates, friendly guys, no problems. Definitely recommend

Zac at P&P is awesome! We really needed someone who would look at our robotic vaccum cleaner. After ringing more than 10 places (vacuum cleaner as well as electronic repair stores), Zac was the first one who agreed to even look at it. Took my PS4 to get fixed. It was beyond repair and the owner waived the fee. I went in expecting a $50 fee for his time but he chose not to. That was an awesome thing to do and proves that he is a good guy. HIGHLY recommended and this will be my go to place for repairs. Thank you very much!

To Alex and David thank you both so much for fixing my Desktop. I have been searching around for computer repair shop that can be trusted to repair my PC. Its hard to trust nowadays especially when you have personal information at stake. I saw them on google and read the reviews. I decided to give them a call and I spoke to David, I asked him how much it would cost to repair a BLSD blue screen of death. I asked for an estimate and he definitely did not hesitate to give me an estimate. He is very friendly and very pleasant to talk to. Fast forward to the actual day I brought my PC to the store, David was not in that day but Alex gladly helped me ou . Answered all my questions and I even asked if my PC can be done by that Monday. I brought it in on a Saturday afternoon. He told me it will cost 40 for diagnostic and we will go from there. Here comes Monday, I received a phone call from Alex and he said my PC will be ready before the end of the Day. It did not need a Hardware replacement and it only costed me 90 dollars for everything. This is the most reasonable price in the area. Alex and David are very Honest and reliable. I will highly recommend them to anybody who needed computer or cellphone repair. I will definitely come back to them if I needed pc repairs in the future. To Alex, thank you so much for fixing my PC. My daughter was so happy that she can practice Math problems in our computer.

What an incredible experience I just had with David who quickly fixed my Sons Gaming PC.Reasonable and so efficient.Explained everything while he repaired it.I will never go anywhere else.

P&P Computer was great. My son had an issue with his compute server late in the evening near closing. I called and the gentlemen working said to bring it over so he could look at the computer. He checked it out answered all our questions and gave us a few tips. He was great, I will be going back if we have other issues.

So there is a little language barrier with the guy that helped me with the ps4 pro, But they did repair in less then 19 hours and I got it back the next day. I just wanna leave this review, so others understand they did a great job and was able to replace the hard drive with a one month warranty free. I also I should mentioned is I saw a lot of ps4 laying around, So I knew they could fix my ps4 pro no problem.

My familys tech needs have been taken care of by P&P for a while now. We go back because they do great work. Recently Zac has helped us out with two laptops and a phone. Great work, great prices, and great people.

A few months ago my moms external hard drive stopped working, and we couldnt figure out why. This hard drive had 10+ years worth of pictures and other data on it. She was devastated to say the least. A couple of people looked at it for her but declared it kaput. By a random happenstance, I was talking to my cousin who just had the same thing happen with his external drive. He told me about P&P Computers and how they had it up and running within an hour and were recovering pictures. So I figured Id give it a try. I got the drive off of our electronic recycle pile, since my mom had given up hope, and brought it in. I told Zac everything and asked him the odds. He didnt get my hopes up or brag about being able to fix anything. He told me it depended on the problem, and what ended up being the problem only had a 20% of him recovering anything. He recovered EVERY SINGLE PICTURE and piece of information off that drive. I surprised my mom with it tonight. She screamed, then laughed, then cried all while saying I have my picture, I have my pictures. She couldnt believe it, she was beyond thrilled. Best $90 I have ever spent, and I would come here again in a heart beat.

I went in with my fathers broken iPhone today. He dropped it and shattered the screen. I called them up and got a reasonable price, short time frame for fixing the phone, and parts were in stock(iPhone 5s.) They took the phone and I got a call in about an hour or so that iPhone was fixed. Works just like it did before sans cracked screen. Very happy with the quality of parts, service, and time frame.

I went to the store to look at desktop computers for sale . Upon arriving i was taken care of immediately in a very professional manner to answer any questions i had,after telling them what i use the computer for they suggested the best system suited for my needs. i was informed of all aspects of the computer and was very satisfied with the choice and the pricing was right. After the purchase i was very happy i found this store ,they also told me to return if i had any problems using computer.These days most stores sell you something and thats the end of it but not so with p and p computers they stand behind there product.I would recommend this store to everyone i know.

One of the best computer store Ive ever been to!

I went to this establishment and they failed to fix my PS3. Twice. The second time I went back to get it, they were not upfront about what they had actually done, if anything, to fix my console after it had stopped working again. I went back for a full refund which they refused to give me. I am currently reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back.

I have came here multiple times with multiple cracked devices. The owner has always taken care of me, with no problems. Until recently, when a new employee showed up......Came in with a broken screen, walked out with a non-functioning SIM card. The employee is not knowledgable at all.Speaking to the owner is impossible, as he is rarely available.Employee did not call to let me know when hes done and if the problem was resolved. I left my phone on a Saturday morning, did not get a call that day, and was left wondering whats going on until Monday afternoon when I stopped by the store.I had to go out of my way and purchase a new phone to continue using my service.I dont recommend this place anymore, unfortunately.

I went to this establishment and they fixed both of my PS3s. When I went back to get it, they WERE upfront about what they had actually done. They did a great job with my consoles and I appreciate their hard work.

One of our computers got dropped and wouldnt turn back on. We took it to Zac and he looked it over and said that the hard drive might be ready to be replaced and the screen is cracked. The good man didnt even charge for the time it took to turn it on and diagnose the problem.

My iphone 6 screen had broke after dropping it. P&P Computers had the best price for repair and was able to repair the phone in a decent amount of time. Would use them again for future phone needs along with tablets.

I just brought my laptop here and i have to say, these guys are pretty amazing. Diagnosed it on the spot and told me it would be ready next day. The next day i got a call and everything was fixed and worked better then it has in years.

I took multi channel pre-amp there and they took it apart diagnosed and fixed it in an super fast turn around time for a very fair price, way cheaper than the manufacturer was asking. Will be my go to computer repair and parts shop from now on.

My sister dropped my iPhone 6, since its my work phone I needed it to be repaired ASAP, tried couple shops in Schaumburg area, most of them wanted to take phone for 2 days or at least for the day and I couldnt afford it. When I came to PNP and explained my problem gentlemen who worked there said me that he understand how important for me to have phone working, and gave me unexpected time estimate for the repair - 40 minutes. I was so exited because that was exactly what Ive been looking for AND for the cheapest price compare to other stores. Went here a few years back to have my car amplifier repaired. i waited there until they opened.no one showed up...20 minutes goes by and finally someone showed up to open the store. paid the diagnostic fee- was told it was ready for pickup. picked up my amp- reinstalled it in my car and it still didnt work. called them back up and was told the problem was on my end (which it wasnt). So I bring them another amp to repair (stupidly), which they made me pay yet another diagnostic fee. Luckily this time they were able to actually repair it and not lie about it.

My friends recommended this shop as my electronics repair guru. First of all, I had a problem with 46 Samsung TV - was fixed in couple days. Second: my laptop started to work slower than snail after big while of usage. Came here, for only $70 my old laptop is flying now faster than when I just got it brand new.While I was here I saw people who picked up their latest iphones with broken screens. They were like brand new. When I heard the price and turn around time, I could only say WOW good job P&P
