We had a laptop die and brought it in to these guys to rescue the data. Throughout the process, we got an honest appraisal of what to expect, what our options were, and how long it would take. When I picked up the equipment, the tech told me how the data was rescued (Ill skip the details but these guys are unbelievably creative) and gave me great advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. I was never talked down to but also never spoken to in technobabble. Highly recommended.

I started receiving hard drive error messages on my small business computer, an approx 7-8 year old Dell tower. I called up Zombie Techs & spoke to Brandon. He informed me that that they would be able to diagnose my problem for a small fee of $49.99. If I decided to have the computer repaired, that fee would apply to the repair cost. I brought the computer in late afternoon & the next day Omar called me with the problem; my hard drive was failing. Omar explained the cost involved in replacing the hard drive, which in my opinion was very fair. Luckily my hard drive wasnt that damaged so Zombie Techs was able to transfer all of my files & software onto the new hard drive. I picked my computer up the next day, & it is running very smoothly. I cant believe how fast it is running again. I would highly recommend Zombie Techs!

Well, I was surprised that they work with essential phone. Work wasnt perfect, but compare to the price it was really worth it. When I was trying to find a store that can fix it, the prices was like half of the brand new Essential Phone Ph-1, but not here. Shouldnt have to wait 2 days for a ipad screen repair. Last time I did it was one hour. Then I tried coming before 6 and I got there at 5:45 and the doors were already locked. Tried coming at 10. Then they dont open until a 11 Ill take that on me. Then I tried coming on Monday. No where they list holiday hours. I tried calling. They could have had it on the voicemail. And they could have had it on the website. Not on either. So been waiting for a week for a 1 hour fix. You guys have the worst hours ever. And it be wonderful if you could actually pick up the phone so I can ask when you closed today.

Brought my Lenovo laptop in for repair. These guys were fast and very reasonably priced. Very nice, I will be taking any repairs back to them. Hard to find a trustworthy place now awadays.

I took my 2019 MacBook Pro to them after a relative spilled coffee on it. They were very nice and after looking at it explained I needed a while new keyrest which was $600 plus $200 for labor and an additional $200 to clean the inside of the computer. I did some additional research and sent the computer to a tech who does repairs on MacBooks regularly. I was told that only the trackpad was bad and the total for everything was $410. I think they may just not be as experienced to handle this type of job, but I am disappointed that they almost charged me $1,000 to fix a part that wasn’t broken. I was charged a $50 diagnostic fee for a misdiagnosis of my computer. I’m sure they’re good for other repairs, but would not bring a MacBook to them for repairs.

Brought my iPhone 7 in today under the impression I needed a new battery. Scott was awesome! He was super nice and not only showed me that my phone told me how much battery life the battery had but also troubleshot my phone and found that the charging port that was recently replaced was bad or faulty. So I had him replace the charging port which the first place I had this done at told me was a full day of service , he had it done under an hour. My phone is working great and it’s the first time it’s been fully charged in months. Highly recommend zombie tech and Scott and wish I would have known about them to begin with. One day I could not hear any audio out of my laptop. My laptop is only about two years old and while I use it every day, I use it many for viewing emails, doing internet searches, viewing YouTube and other videos, and other things many people use a laptop for. So, my first step was to take it to Best Buy. Their diagnosis was that something happened to the hard drive - and they dont make those kind of repairs. At first, I purchased an external sound card and speakers, but I still couldnt participate in Zoom calls (this happened right at the start of the COVID-19 crisis). So, after going back to Best Buy they referred me to Zombie Techs. Boy, am I glad I took my computer there! They did a phenomenal job diagnosing the issue I had with my computer and had it done quickly. I would definitely recommend Zombie Techs to anyone who has computer issues. They have you put a $30 deposit down and if you chose to have them fix your laptop, they deduct that $30 off the bill.

Zombie Tech was recommended to me by my son. However, before I took my iPad Pro 9.7 in for a cracked screen, I messaged and/or called a couple places to confirm they were able to fix this specific one. I was debating about just buying a new refurbished one (I love this model and size) or taking it to Apple and paying the out of warranty cost to fix it. Zombie Tech said they could fix my model and so i called and put down a deposit so they could order the part. They called on Friday that the part was in and I drove up on my lunch (20 min drive). When I got there they told me that they would have to keep it overnight. I needed it that night so I agreed I would drop it off the next morning before noon. I then looked at another item for sale (MacBook Pro) but the guy had already left the front and gone to the back. I couldn’t wait much longer (lunchtime almost over) so I left.We arrived Saturday next day at 11 and waited for the doors to open. Dropped off my iPad and agreed I’d be back before 3 to pick it up. I even asked about how they guarantee their part would work and mentioned that I’ve had issues in the past where I replace a screen on a phone and then the touch screen doesn’t work (not here) and that I was very hesitant about dropping it off. Omar said they review with you and I purchased the MacBook Pro on sale. I showed up at 2:30 and was told the part ordered was incorrect. The Touch ID wouldn’t work. I could just take it as is with the new screen and no Touch ID and bring it back or wait until the part arrived on Monday. He said that more they take the screen on and off again the more chance it wouldn’t work due to the sensitivity and play of the part. I said I wanted it back the way I dropped it off (he agreed and said he understood) and left it there for Monday pickup.When I picked it up, the Touch ID didn’t work. No discount either (though I’d rather it worked as promised than get a discount). I waited an extra couple days and still didn’t get what I asked for throughout the transaction.This is exactly why I asked before I went there if they were able to fix it my specific model. I wanted it back they way it was or I’d have gone to Apple or an Apple tech. I am very disappointed, extremely frustrated and feel I was lied and deceived. I won’t be returning again.The only reason I give it two stars is for the service from Omar. He was friendly, knowledgeable and personable.
