Purchased a 2010 Camaro SS from Toy Store Auto Sales last month. Dave and the crew were awesome to work with. Drove to Salem, NH from Enfield, CT after expanding my search area for the 2010 Camaro I wanted with low miles. They had the one and it was well worth the drive, this will be the first place I look when looking for a used car in the future.

I purchased a beautiful 2007 Ford F 150 Lariat from Toy Store. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. The process of negotiating the purchase price for the vehicle was straight forward and hassle free. They fixed everything I wanted on the vehicle before I picked it up and they paid attention to every detail involved with the repairs to ensure I was satisfied. They offered a service to go to the RMV for me even though I am an MA resident and they are in NH. They handled the transfer of my plates as well as worked with my insurance company. It all went very smoothly! I would definitely buy from them again!

I was shopping around for a specific car for a month or so..I finally located one at different dealership in NJ. I saw the pictures online and pulled the trigger on it... once the numbers came back I was about to blow my top...Slime ball of a dealer. I kept quiet and told the dealer that I would pass on taking the car...He was quite upset... I put a search and I found the TOY STORE! It was like the gates of heaven opening up! I spoke to Dave and was straight to the point ...I said that I was searching for this car for a while and I just turned down a deal with some one because he tried to do the Hollywood Shuffle with my wallet! I asked Dave what could he do for me... we discussed the car and the price and he was STRAIGHT to point , no salesman song and dance , No attitude , no sly remarks... I liked that . I was in Atlanta and I got on a plane after the paper work went through...I was told what airport to come into and if I needed a ride he would send someone for me. I liked that and was unexpected. I arrived and was greeted with a smile and a handshake , all the people at the dealership /shop were very welcoming. The car was clean gas tank topped off and ready to go.... Dave threw me the keys and said Take It for a Spin! No Pressure! , he said if you do not like the car we could shake hands and part ways...I wont try to make you purchase anything you dont want. The car was EXACTLY as described! I returned after my test ride , the only complaint I had on the car was the dried bird poo on the windshield! I signed the paperwork shook hands and was on my way....I drove straight to PA! What a fantastic ride and the car did not give me one problem. I love the car and if I am in the market for another car I will get in contact with Dave first because I had a great experience and it was worth the trip! Do yourself a favor give him a shot first!

Purchased a Jeep from these guys. It was an easy no hassle buying experience. The starter went after 4 days, this was nobodys fault after all its a Jeep! Unreal customer service and politeness. The owner literally went out of his way at a minutes notice late on a Sunday for us just so we could test drive a car. He knew we would not buy that day but met us anyway. I told him i was immune compromised so he sanitized everything, kept 6 feet away and wore a mask. Just outstanding.

Sis isnt always the easiest to deal with LoL but the transaction went very smoothly from test drive to financing and Dave was very helpful. Thought I got a deal, I didnt. Ill leave it at that.Be very careful in regards to accident damage.This vehicle WAS in a frontal collision.This was not mentioned at the dealership.In less than 6 months Ive put the sale price of the vehicle in repairs.With used cars buyer beware.(Edit as theres no respond feature)I bought a black suburban for quite a bit more than it was actually worth.Im not saying youre bad guys, you were quite easy to deal with.At this point I own it its my drama to deal with now.Maybe it was just bad luck who knows?My advice going forward is be wary of dealing in collision damaged vehicles.

Bought car a little over a year ago. Have had nothing but problems currently sitting at another repair shop spending over 600.00 to have brakes redone after charged over 250.00 I paid when they did a back brake job were only the left rear brake was done. Very disappointed

These are the most stand-up guys in Salem NH. Theres a few bad reviews but after reading them and what the dealers response was they dont seem very valid.... I know from experience these guys do their best to help in anyway they can, not only are they up front and honest but they go ahead and stick their necks out for people.. I called to have my tahoe looked at they said bring it right in and they could drive me home cause i had no ride. I do live close but its snowing out and i dont know another dealer in salem NH considerate enough to offer that even in perfect weather. I really consider their customer service above and beyond. Bought a vehicle here in the past that was great and they repaired the 1 minor issue that came up with it 2 weeks after I got it for free... if your reading a review about a bad experience someone had it seems as though these people just got angry and instead of communicating with Toy store aboit the issue they just went ahead and wrote a bad review. You can see the dealer responding to each reaching out to them on those issues. Issues here are few and far apart, these are nice honest people smaller lot but I hope to see their business grow, they deserve it. Highly recommended for used vehicle purchase or minor auto repairs

We went to the Toy Store about a year ago to get my boyfriend a car. After finding the one he wanted we sat down and they showed us the carfax which showed no accidents. We bought the car and now are trying to trade it in for a newer car at a different dealership and multiple dealerships have shown that this vehicle has been in a TERRIBLE rollover accident back in 2015, butchering the value. Long story short they showed us the carfax to a potentially completely different vehicle in order to trick us into purchasing this car. Just go elsewhere, do not trust a word they tell you.

I purchased two cars from this place. The first experience was great. The second experience I had with them a few years later was a nightmare. They sold me a car that was in a previous accident, and they failed to inform me. They gave me a 30 day warranty, and played the bring it back so we can check it out game for the entire 30 days. When they did finally get around to fixing the issue, they wanted me to pay half. I even went as far as reporting them to the better business bureau. I believe that the dealership changed ownership in between my purchases. I will never buy a car from them again, and I wouldnt even recommend them to my worst enemy. Thank you toystore for selling me a headache!!!

I just visited 1/19/19 and had financed a year ago and decided to give them another chance. I had given them a bad review when i first bought the car because the clutch went after i had told them to replace it and now 2 employees bring up my bad review and give me a hard time with negotiation. I drove from CT to NH to purchase a 06 Dodge Charger Hemi my dream car. Right price, right milage. We left the lot back to CT and on the way home the check engine light came on. And the car would not pass CT emmissions even though this seller states they had emmissions done in NH and they passed. We took the car to a Dodge dealership in CT and were told that that Catalytic converter had been taken apart and reweldeded. This was not fixed it was a band-aid for the problem that they were facing only reason for doing this was they didnt want to spend the money to fix the problem. Im not sure if they reset the check engine light and had emmissions done not really sure how that works or if they are in cahoots with the inspector but this car should have never been sold in its current condition. I informed the dealership when I first found out it was the Catalytic converter and they offered no solution. We had the car fixed and informed the dealership they did not care and offered no help when I called prior to having it fixed and definitely not after. I would not suggest anyone buy from these dishonest people. More to come when I find out the state lemon laws selling a car that cannot pass inspection. The lemon law states something about this. I will be doing more investigations more research. Look for updates on this webside soon.Yours truly,Dooped customer. Car worth $7000 now a $9000-$10,000 car. Not in the shape they said it was!!!!!! Dont even need to go, I asked the price of a car over the phone, the salesman hesitated, and listed a price 8995....I asked the mileage, he hesitated said Ah...I think 115k So I asked if he could confirm the mileage because he sounded unsure he said a new price of 10,895 and I asked why the difference, he hung up the phone on me...?? Kinda strange, I dont think I will go there, SHADY!!

Bought a 2008 honda civic si from them, when i first drove it there were some issues. The clutch seemed to be going and for some reason the car sounded as if one of the tired were wobbling. They denied it needed a clutch even tho 4 months later the car wasnt driveable cause the clutch went. The wobbling they insisted was my spoiler because of the “down force” i let them remove the spoiler (which they did a crappy job at) and when it was done the wobbling was still there. I had asked how much it would be to install a clutch that i have already purchased and they told me 600-800 dollars. The next morning i go to a shop in methuen and got it put in for $300 and their was nothing wrong after installation. Last time i’ll ever shop there

Not going into the exact deal. But I walked in with a 2014 focus st with nice rims and a lot of bolt ons. Walked out with an 07 Silverado LT with a couple bolt ons and some badass rims and tires. In one day. Brought the st in around 2:30. Left in the Silverado around 8:30. A++ experience. Takes a little negotiating. But it is a used car dealership. Thanks guys!! -jon
