Have used them a few times. Always professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Wheel balancing service is top-notch, which makes for silky smooth freeway driving. What prompted my additional comments in Fall of 2021 is the last time i went in for some front end work, they said everything was within spec and repairs werent neccessary. While I still chose to proceed to upgrade front end components, many shops would not have given customers the option to save the money. Trustworthy.

Called hours before arriving to see if I could dispose of old tires, just getting general information from them.Once I arrive my interaction with one employee wasnt great, they became passive aggressive and irritated after a bit of confusion. That was because I was confused over why they wanted irrelevant information such as the make and model of my vehicle when I was just dropping off the tires which I had in the bed of my truck which I did explain to the employee.I can see how the employee though that I was another customer since they mentioned that a second individual called for the same thing except they wanted to dispose of the tires they had on their car currently. Obviously I was not that individual, I had my old tires in the bed of the truck ready to be unloaded for disposal. Eventually things got cleared up and they changed their attitude immediately.But still there was no need for the rude behaviour especially if the customer is confused over a situation when both involved were completely on different pages. Clearly the employee was impatient and was not communicating clear enough or asking enough questions. I could also imagine being charged for things that I didnt want especially if they assumed that I was the other customer, the lack in communication was high in this case and for that reason I wouldnt recommend coming here. Especially since the employee felt comfortable enough to be passive aggressive with the customer.

Free tire repairs and they do a good job of finding what you need for your vheicles tire needs. Staff is friendly.

I went in with a tire emergency the day after Christmas, Saturday the 26th, and they balanced and installed two new tires and replaced a broken lightbulb in an hour and fifteen minutes for a very low price. These guys are fantastic. I bought a new set of tires for my wifes car here about a year ago. Service was great so I went back today because I blew the sidewall on one of my trucks tires. Unfortunately they were unable to replace the exact tire, so their recommendation, go to the competitor that does sell that specific tire. But really, can they be that indifferent? Wont be back, and they probably dont need my business anyway.

As always I check on line & called the competition, once AGAIN they blow the competition out the water. The staff is professional & patient to the core. They are a local business that has a nation wide warranty on the product they sell. Any company that sells a brand of tire will honor that warranty. I buy cooper tires in Oregon & another Cooper distributor in any part of the country will honor that warranty. Amazon, walmart & the like = anti-american in my mind. If i could id give a 0. I have mixed emotions about this place because they did a great job and for an amazing price. I needed my brake disks surfaced and the car drove great after the job. 2 days later, i looked inside my wheel well and there was a coat hanger wrapped around my strut. Shady i think. I went back and the owner told me it was used to hold up the wheel. This makes no sense honestly. I have 2 15 inch speakers in my car so im guessing someone was planning on finding my home with the plate number and was gonna come steal my stuff. Beware of mechanics with ill intentions. Lets be honest were all on a budget these day and this place helps. The tire shop in Salem that had a small town feel. The owner/manager was very nice and helped me find the right tires and the mechanic who rang me up was just as friendly. Couldnt have asked for a better service or quality. Stop on in Im sure you wont be disappointed.

These guys were quick and reasonably priced! I had a tire blow out and didnt want buy just one new tire. They had a used one that fit my car and had it changed in 35 minutes or so. Which was great since I had my daughter and granddaughter with me. I will go back when I need all 4 new tires!

They are the most honest mechanics you will ever in counter they had fix my drivers window was missing a screw for free try to tip them they say no its OK my truck was liking oil something was loose they tight it up again for free I mean they could easily charge me something but they honest hard working people.

Good deal on tires. Guys seemed like they knew exactly what I needed, didnt charge an arm and leg. The wait sucked a little, but I also came in last minute so they were doing the best the could! Ive only done business with them with regards to tires, so I cant comment on the other work they do. But for tire work, they do a great job. Their pricing on tires is competitive to other physical stores, and they seem a bit more interested in building a relationship with their customers than the other big name tire shops. Its a small shop and they hire actual mechanics, not kids right out of high school, so they cant afford to have as many bodies present as the big tire shops and the wait times do suffer a bit as a result, but youre getting someone who actually knows about cars working on your car. I dont always buy tires from them because Im cheap and dont mind buying stuff online with free shipping, but when I need tires mounted, balanced, repaired, etc, I actually drive from out of town to have them take care of it. Good place, highly recommended for tire work.

I am most grateful for the care and service offered by Tire Experts. I had my vehicle alignment completed by them, but was distraught over the final results. They were in conflict with the factory recommendations, which I only learned after contacting the dealer. Nevertheless, Jesse told me to bring the vehicle back. Bernie then put me in contact with Scott, who then double checked his computer results against the book containing the manufacturers recommendations. Despite being busy, Scott then took great initiative and promptly brought my vehicle to factory specifications. He offered to make any adjustments i requested, but I explained nothing more than the factory specifications is needed. My vehicle rides great and Ive found a trustworthy alignment center. Many thanks to all you guys! Thanks for your help in researching and correcting a computers programming error. Ill see you in the future.

Great place to get ripped off for a used tire. I called and was told 20 and then charged 35. Also have a terrible wait time. Id strongly suggest going to Bobs ok tires. At least there they will charge you what they quote you.
