The are incredibly knowledgeable and are experts in auto repairs! Had a brake job done and asked about a shimmy on my older 1990 Chevy camper van. They discovered the u-joint needed to be replaced as it was ready to break! They did an excellent job on the repairs and so quickly, all in the same day! I couldnt pick it up that day as I had to work and it was no problem with them to come the next day. Very reasonably priced for the quality job they did and for the amount of work done so quickly! Totally trust in Auto Team Service Center and will be returning for other work in the future! Highly recommended! 😁👍

Brought a used vehicle in for inspection prior to a purchase. Initial price was very reasonable (~60$). They identified some transmission issues (expensive fix) and advised me to avoid a possible lemon. Then John decided not to charge me because the inspection was quick. They were very personable and easy to work with! Would recommend them to individuals like myself with limited mechanical knowledge prior to buying a used car!

I had recently acquired a 2010 Kia Forte EX 2.0L Automatic on lease, and the girl who owned it before me did not keep up on maintenance. The engine had gave out on me, and after thoroughly looking at autoshops I finally found here.After getting a loan, I wisked my Kia over to their shop to have the engine replaced. And.... they did more than that for me. The replaced quite a few things along with recharging my AC and putting a quality oil change as well.When I finally got my car back, it ran better than when I bought it. Smooth consisting acceleration, quiet idling, smooth steering, and a comfortable cruise everyday to work. They got it in and out quickly and took very good care of it.

I would go somewhere else if I had the choice.

Got a diagnostic test at Jiffy Lube to figure out what the problem is and got a quote. It took about 10 minutes there. Jon said it could be an hour. Even though I had an appointment. I thought that was a weird amount of time but whatever-we were already there.I asked him where I should park the car because I have my 3 kids in there and I need to know where we should go to wait. He then raised his eyebrows and bugged his eyes out as if to say, “Why would you bring your kids here”? I explained to him that would be silly for my husband to take time off of work to come pick us up and drop us off a home just for a simple diagnostic test. He then said, “OK. Well that’s fine”.Jon is untactful and made me feel unwelcome, ripped off, and belittled. I am happily spending $262 and with Jiffy Lube to fix my spark plugs and one coil pack. And customer service with a smile. They never make me feel stupid for asking any questions.

Went in to get a timing belt replaced, and the experience was nothing but fantastic! The price was very reasonable, the people were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the time it took was expected for what was done. These people are the absolute best. Ive taken my vehicles here for since they opened. I love the fact that I will never be sold parts or labor that I really dont need. The next morning I drove my wife to work and the condensation on my windows were so bad because my air-conditioner didnt work!There wasnt anything wrong with my air-conditioner when I brought it in there there the day before, now there is!I went in and talked to them, and later so did my wife, about six hours later.I was yelled at, called a lier, accused of hitting their car with my stick witch is my cane!Now I understand that things brake down at inconvenience times, and that yes it could have gone out, but he said to me that there was a hole and refrig leaked out of the air-conditionerHe then told my wife that yes there was a hole but that it was bone dry!That I went crazy and just started screaming at them....It was a 1997 Subaru not a Volvo...and you say you “Never lie to customers!” But you a do and you sure are not accountable or adults or Christ like! You are definitely deplorable company!

Very professional and friendly group of guys. I brought my car in for an A/C evac/recharge but the old compressor was leaking badly, so they couldnt proceed. They didnt charge me for any of the work up to that point and were happy to revisit it after I replaced the compressor (I had a spare). The spare compressor ended up needing the clutch from the failed unit, which again they were happy to tackle. They worked late to finish it up and the final bill was very reasonable for the amount of work and number of back and forth sessions. Theyre also happy to provide rides to and from the shop.

While the office staff is pleasant I was thoroughly disgusted by their lies regarding what actually needed to be repaired on my truck.

John and the team has taken good care of my S-10 everyday driver for around the house and also for my 4 legged buddy too! They have tuned it up, recharged the AC and kept me posted on things. Last week I was going to take advantage of their brake special but John informed me that it would cost me a little more due to the condition of the calipers, as I had other things going on I had to pass for now. The guys put my wheels back on and sent me on my way with no charge, how bout that!Ill see them again soon, theyre a great team!JW
