This is the most sheisty business in Salem! They towed my girlfriends car at 3am from our apartment complex, FROM HER DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT!! Came in all sneaky in the middle of the night! We thought the car had been stolen... When we called the police they informed us the tow company had taken it, when we called TRS the guy was completely rude and unprofessional, charged us $400 to get it back!!S C A M

Being female, I worry about being scammed and preyed on for my lack of knowledge with car problems and repairs. I have used this company twice, once for a tire change and the other was a tow. Both times I found the driver to be prompt, courteous, and personable. I will will continue to use this company for any and all of my towing needs. I trust them completely.

Adam is a really great guy. He helped me to not get my car impounded ny the city after someone stole the wheels off of it. I would 100% say if you need towing services this is your place.

Im sure if you call this company for a tow they will do a fine job for a reasonable price.my complaint is about the other side of their business where they tow cars from apartment complexes for an ungodly amount of money .my car was towed from my apartment complex because my parking permit fell off the mirror and landed on the center counsel even though it was clearly visible my vehicle make model and license plate was also clearly on the lease. my car was towed at 2:30 in the morning. And these guys wanted almost $500 for me to pick up my car a couple hours later. In cash only I might add.Im sure everybody gets a little cut of the action but anyway be careful these guys engage in shady activity...................

Of all the places I have been to for car repairs, this one takes the cake. Excellent service all around, at a great price. I brought in my Volkswagen stationwagon for brake repairs, and they had it ready for me the same day.The lead mechanic, Adam, was really great at informing me about everything that went wrong with the car and what they fixed, as well as general important information about my car that I was unaware of. I will be coming back here for any and all repairs I need for my current or future car. Bring your car here if you are looking for honest work at a great price.

Driver showed up to work with a marijuana smell in the truck. Ran the tow truck out of gas. Coworker let him borrow his vehicle and them backed into mine. Customer in the store had to inform me. driver was unprofessional and left without even saying sorry.. Beeen 2 years and never still havent seen a dime.

Horrible experience. No signs listed showing your car would be towed. Felt like Ive been tricked or cheated because I certainly wouldnt have parked in a clearly marked tow away zone.

Getting your car towed and impounded is never great. But these guys were fast to respond, were friendly and professional, and reasonable on price.

These guys were very kind to me. I needed the best deal that I could get and they went far out of their way to give me just that. Everything automotive is very competitive. Its tough to offer good customer service and still stay afloat. These people are working their tails off to be the best. Give them a shot, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Tonight, (1/18/19) a flatbed TRS tow truck dropped off a disabled car at my neighbors home. For some reason, the tow truck driver found it necessary to use my driveway and front lawn to do so. If TRS Towing s idea of customer service is to trespass onto other peoples property, I would DEFINITELY not recommend them!!!

I didnt end up getting a tow, but the owner was knowledgeable about local codes and informed me that i should wait for a police response to have someone towed that had blocked me into my driveway so that i wouldnt have a potential lawsuit on my hands. I appreciated his honesty and would have used this company if the person hadnt ended up moving their car before the police called back and gave me the ok to have them towed.

So I ran into my little brothers house parked in empty parking lot on a Sunday I am dying on dialysis stage 5 and all they would do is ask for a 125.00 dollars in cash( which is illegal) and took all my life saving dialysis equipment without even blanking this has got to be the worst tow company in history the employee good the manager bad very bad business mistake taking and murdering people my name is Daniel Lawrence and ithis is all true as of today August 4th( he said he qould wait as long as needed for the 125.ok cash...ummm thats called black mailing and is illegal extremely correct if any lawyers read this please feel free to contaxlct me please and thank you...cant beleive how horrible a service this is plus the guy was going though my backpack when I arrived 15 mins after parking to get litml brother and his new born.
