I had my lower ball joints on passenger front replaced in February, less than 6 months later I was driving north 220 in left lane. Suddenly car pulled into the right lane. Thankfully no one was in that lane. Got control of the car pulled into Kohls parking lot, because I heard a womping sound thought a tire blew, walked around my car, no blown tires, started driving car went about 5 feet, heard a loud pop and bam. My axel was in the road with my blown tire, rim busted. Transmission fluid leaking from my car. I had more than one witness who saw what happened, and said lower ball joint came out and caused this. Had it towed to my house I called Phins Auto Service at 8:30 am. Left a message for him to call me, he returned my call at 450 pm. By that time I had my car towed elsewhere, I was not going to bring it to Phins Auto Service since they are the ones who messed it up, causing all the damage and repairs that had to be done. Ive gone to Phins several times, he told me I didnt follow his protocol. The last time I was there, when I was talking, he told me not to talk. That is very disrespectful to a female.All the repairs that had to be done, due to a missing snap ring: Control arm, knuckle, lower ball joint, outer tie rod, cv joint, rim, and oil pan. The rim was cut in half by the lower ball joint.My dad did the repairs. And he replaced both lower ball joints, both CV joints, both outer tie rods, control arm, knuckle, both brakes and rotors, oil pan, & bought 4 used tires with rims. All for less than $1000.000. All new parts, except right CV joint and tires.Thanks Dad !!!

Very expensive, Prices are like taking it to dealership. He buys after market parts and charge the customer dealership prices. The quality of work does not equate the prices charged. In my true opinion he is ripping people off.

Had been going to him for years. Took my car to get diagnosed he told the the problem gave him 500 dollars to order parts never heard from him never gave me my money back had to take my car somewhere else to get fixed. Women beware.

Went in for installation of brake pads on one wheel of my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan, and putting the computer on it to see why the engine light was on. Meineke wanted $177 for the job, even with me supplying the parts. These guys charged me $68, got it done in less than an hour, checked the rotors, and installed brake pads on the other rear wheel just because it seemed like a good idea. No extra charge. I asked. I highly recommend these guys. Friendly, professional, fast, cheap, and competent. You rarely find more than 2-3 of those five attributes that all fit one shop. These guys nailed it and I will continue to patronize the establishment & refer others to it.

I took my car to this place last year to get a tune up and oil gasket change. I just discoverd that the oil gasket was never changed after having several other things done to my car to stop the leak. I was also told that a tune up was done yet my car doesnt have any better gas mileage. Now I have to wonder if the tune up was done at all. This is incredibly frustrating to say the very least. I would NEVER trust my car here again. Be very careful here.
