I cant tell enough people of the FANTASTIC experience that my wife and I had buying a used SUV. Beth and Mason are amazing. The level of customer service and attention to detail are second to none. We drove from Michigan to Charleston, WV to buy an SUV and I would definitely make the trip again when we are in the market for our next vehicle.

Place was great! Honestly didnt think I was financeable, especially for the Dodge Challenger I bought, but they managed to get me all set. Huge shout out to my salesman Shawn Taylor! Not only did he help me every step of the way from start to finish, but he even stayed 2 hours late so I could sign everything and bring my car home that same night! Phil C. Was amazing from start to finish. We originally went in to to buy a Ford Escape due to our lease being up. We tried another dealership in the area first but got horrible customer serviceamiss having scheduled an appointment. They didnt have the car we were promised even on the lot, poor color selection and sales people loitering and having loud inappropriate conversation to name a few things..I requested a call from Astorg about seeing a car on their website. I recieved a prompt reply and ended up test driving a couple cars. We did not settle on a purchase at that first visit. In the mean time my husband lost his job. Through that Phil gave us time to regroup. My husband was hired on to a new possition and we were ready to look again. I had extended my lease a few months and decided Id like to own. Our salesman was so patient and we even ended up at another Astorg Family location and Phil went with us. We are so happy with our 2020 Jeep Renegade that we feel like were 16 again, lol. We were treated with respect and listened to every step of the way. Thank you so much Phil. Astorg beats all the competition for sure.

First time here. We live out of town. Went in this morning. Got an appointment for 2:00. In at 1:45, out at 3:15. Nice friendly service and diagnosed and solved the problem. Very satisfied.

Just another lying dealership. Purchased a pre owned certified Lincoln Navigator L. I was told there had been no damage/paintwork done on the vehicle, that they NEVER certify one that has. They lied. After bringing car home and putting on a lift, there were clearly areas that had paintwork done. Sloppy clear coat work gave it away. It gets better. They showed me a signed document of the previous owner stating that no paint/bodywork had ever been done on the car. Come to find out, that ‘owner’ worked at the dealership! Liars. This dealership did all the services on the vehicle, and the original owner purchased it there. I like the Navigator, but really dislike liars. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again, and hope you don’t take the dishonesty from them. They’re just out to make a sale, don’t have a care in the world about you.

I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion from Sean back in October, and this thing still runs like brand new. Sean still checks in with me to make sure things are running great. Fantastic salesman you have there!

Dont buy the sales pitch about non negotiable prices. Our prices are as low as we can go. And we offer the best service and stand behind our vehicles. The service dept is a joke. Good luck even getting an oil change. If they are too busy to change oil then I hope nothing major ever happens to my vehicles.

I am giving this 5 star rating to the Ford side of Astorg. I have boughten many vehicles from that side and have all of them serviced there when I could. They have never been hesitant to ask me if I need anything or willing to help. I will always recommend the Ford side used and new. Now for the Chrysler side now I give it a 5 star for the sales people and dealership side. For the service part side maybe a 2 star if lucky. I’ve been calling for about a week and a half straight here lately to get my Chrysler service recall work done that is a critical fix but they never want to answer the phone. Always put on hold forever that I hang up cause I got better stuff to do or they go to answer machines but never get a call back. Now I understand people get busy but come on now. I’m not impressed at all with the service side of the Chrysler lot at all might even lose my business and go back to Ford only.

When I bought my car from the lakeview lot I had wonderful service several years ago. Today I went to another and they wasn’t even willing to work with pricing or anything in order for me not to have a big down payment. They could of offered me more on my car or lowered the price of the car I was looking at by a little bit. They wouldn’t even offer. Obviously didn’t want to make a sale. Not happy with them and now will probably not return to them because of it.

This place isn’t fit to sell bicycles. Not only can the service department not follow simple orders they don’t like returning phone calls either. If you want to save yourself the headache drive about 10 miles north to marietta and shop elsewhere.

They must have tons of customers. So much they dont care about losing this one. 4 phone calls to myself with different prices on services and need for service. There were different $ amounts and different needs every call. All of a sudden had a deal on the last call. Had nothing done due to ridiculous price and obviously not being upfront with me throughout the process. Ended up they charged me 60 dollars for looking at my vehicle when I was bringing it in already based on a previous suggestion but the service department. Wont ever take a vehicle to astorg or purchase from astorg again.

My husband and I purchased our Ford Explorer thru Astorg Ford with Eddie Paugh. He and all the staff were wonderful. If you are looking for a vehicle I recommend going and seeing Eddie. They were wonderful and we love our Ford Explorer. Thank you Eddie.
