Went to have a conventional oil change there today. The cost shall be $42.7+tax as posed on their monitor. However, the receipt showed $64+. It turns out they used the wrong type of oil so the cost is higher. The manager told me they used the correct type of oil and thats an error on paper. He agreed to have it replaced anyway.I came back and checked the oil level as usual. Then I found their technician damaged the rectangular cold air collector when he opened it to check engine air filter. Now it is difficult to open the collector as they tried to fix it terribly using a different size of wing nuts. Now the size is not ~10 mm anymore, so I cant use my tool which is used to open it for a long time by myself. I cant believe they didnt even tell me. Shall you be responsible for the damage and replace it?

At first I didn’t think this was worth posting, but after reading the reviews, I think it it.On 4/26/2021, I approached this dealership with my daughter in hopes of buying her a new car. While pulling up, I noticed there were several “salesmen” outside. Once I parked though, I watched them scatter. At first, I didn’t think anything of it. My daughter and I began searching through the cars, reading the information just so that we could get an idea of a few that she wanted to test drive. Completely normal practice at a car dealership. At the third car, though, we were approached as if we were going to steal the car. The younger gentleman (who was not wearing a name tag of course) approached us and asked us to “not touch the cars unless we had intentions of buying”. We did though, in cash. Once again, we shrugged this off and continued to look at the cars. The gentleman then approached us again and scoffed this time and asked us to come see if we were approved. I then snapped and said “well, I’m paying in cash so no financing is necessary”. They young man then ROLLED HIS EYES and left. My daughter and I decided then to leave, all while flipping this man off. Yes, we went that low. All while my 17 year old was in tears because of what we had just experienced. I don’t want to pull the race card, but the white man that was being helped next to me was being treated much better. For stories sake, my daughter is mixed. Maybe it’s because we were two women, and the man appeared to be wealthy. What ever the case, this is unacceptable treatment.I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership in my life. Mind you, my sister has been in car sales for 7 years now. I should have just went to her, but I had hoped for the Ford Focus you had on the lot as it was $2100 cheaper on your lot. I ended up telling my sister the horrendous experience I had with Superior Toyota, and she got me a deal.You should work on hiring people that care about their commission and the customer alliances they make. I know that 9/10 times, you make more on used cars than you do on new. I personally don’t understand how you allow your salesmen to speak to people this way. I understand it’s a “dog eat dog” career, but you should really watch which customers your burn. I won’t be returning to this lot.

I was in a hurry when I posted my 5 star. Which is definitely correct. I just wanted to add how nice and helpful all of the employees are at Superior. I need to get new spark plugs for my 2008 Yaris. I had a appointment for this to be done. So I am sure that helped but I only had a 45 minute wait. And my favorite part of this visit was that all of the employees still wear mask.

I really was wanting to get my son his first car, but no. My son REALLY wanted a Toyota Camry but I had to get one from a Ford Dealership. The service at this Dealership was awful. First, we wanted to speak to the salesmen outside. I said Hello do you have any Toyota Camrys in stock, and I got no response. I asked again and still got NO response. I asked one more time in a loud tone and he said we could look around. We were looking around and my son said he found the one he wanted. He wanted to see the inside of the car and I told him to check it out. The man that we were talking to originally said, Maam you cant get inside the car with no intentions of buying. When he said that I FLIPPED. I was yelling at him but then he decided just to walk off. I went inside of the building and told them that I will NEVER be buying from this Toyota Dealership EVER again. The people inside did not care at ALL! I left and slammed the door as hard as I could. After that, my son asked if he could test drive another Camry. They said sure, I was in the car with him just to find BUGS CRAWLING ON THE FLOOR MATS. THIS WAS A TRADE-IN CAR AND IT WAS SO DIRTY!!! THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CLEAN IT. My son turned the car around at the Dollar Tree down the road. Never again!!!! If I could, I would rate this dealership -100/10 stars. It was terrible!!

The service department is one of if not the best group that I have ever had the chance to work with in 50 years of car ownership. They are very cordial and patient as well as professional in their dealings with the customer. The job, big or small, is as if I was the only customer for that day. It is completed and reviewed with the car owner before leaving. I will most likely return to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership do to the kindness of the sales staff and the details of the service department. Thank you Superior Motors for making me a believer in quality service again.

This specific dealership is not one I would recommend. The lack of care and respect for its customers has proven itself time and time again. I, as a woman was looking for a car to purchase as a tesla is not a family car. I was interested in a more family oriented car and the men outside wouldn’t give me the time of day. I tried many times to strike conversation for them to do THEIR JOBS and help me but I was ignored. I gave up on trying to outright buy a car from them and headed back to my vehicle parked on the lot. I was then bombarded by these lecherous men who asked if that was my car. Only when they saw what I had, were they interested in putting their time and effort. I was so disappointed that I will be making sure no one I know comes into contact with this facility. You can find reliable cars and any other place, but this location is not worth it I PROMISE!

Terrible service all around. Went to look at a car and the “sales people” I say that very loosely…. Wouldn’t even get up to help me and made it seem like I was a bother to them. They only wanted to help when they knew my dad was a very well known person in town. This dealership is a JOKE and Toyota is ridiculous for letting it be ran like this. The management obviously doesn’t care and I hope it fails….

The folks at Superior were no less than fantastic to work with. Ryan was our “salesman” who helped us out with our test drive, but the entire team at Superior really made the sale. From start to finish we had the team asking questions and getting us more details to better our car buying experience. If you are looking for a new Toyota definitely give these guys a shout.

I wanted to test drive a car, so when I asked I got blank stares and lack of communication. I was willing to buy a brand new Toyota and all but that didn’t seem to interest any of the staff. Long story short I ended up going to McClinton Chevrolet where I was greeted by phenomenal staff and bought me a Silverado. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Mags a mill seemed to have the same problem.

I was shopping for a new vehicle and looked into this dealership. Excellent response time in getting back with me. I submitted my information online and was called the very next morning over my interest and was there 24 hours later to get a new ride. Friendly staff, extremely understanding, had all vehicle information available with accurate photos online for digital research before even arriving. I left Superior with the vehicle I wanted/needed and look forward to future business. If you are looking for a new ride this is the place to go. Excellent Work!!!

Will NEVER shop at Superior Toyota ever again. Me and my fiancé recently stopped by to take a look and see if they had a Hyundai Genesis. As soon as we arrived all of the salesman scattered, so I ended up having to go inside of the dealership and have someone come help me. He was an older gentleman and flat out said that he was not going to check his inventory because it doesn’t look like we’re able to afford it being so young. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about this dealership, but I thought I’d test the waters. Bad idea. I ended up giving my business to Pioneer Buick GMC in Marietta and got ourselves a 2014 Hyundai Genesis. Thanks a lot douchebags!!

This place is ridiculous. I was not acknowledge by any sales people until I expressed my frustration about being ignored. Then, it was very clear that helping me was an inconvenience to the associate who showed me one car and didnt answer a single question I had. A very disheartening experience overall and I will be discouraging anyone from buying from this dealership simply so they dont have to go through what I had to. I was not even a person in the eyes of these salesmen, much less a customer.

Had my pet rat in the seat, the sales person looked at me absolutely disgusted and said they werent gonna handle any business with me and my “disgusting” creature. I needed a car pretty quickly. I called and talked to Jeannette Frazier. I told her what I was looking for. She had me come in the next morning. She showed me one vehicle. I test drove it, but didnt care for it. When I told her I would check back with her, she told me to hold on. She had a vehicle she thought i would love. She and her boss had worked out some numbers while i was test driving the other. And she was correct. I loved the 2014 Toyota Highlander she showed me. It had all I needed and then some. We went to her office and did the paperwork. And I drove my new vehicle home that day!!🙂

I have had my wifes Sienna in the body shop twice for minor deer collisions. Both times we have had to bring the van back because the front bumper doesnt line up properly and keeps popping out. They have still been unable to fix it.I recently scheduled an appointment to have a recall performed on my Tundra. They never ordered the necessary parts to complete the recall despite the appointment being made weeks in advance.They are not the worst Toyota dealer, but I feel like there is a lack of communication and follow through every time I do business with them. I will probably go to Marietta from now on.

Would not recommend anyone to have anything serviced here. Set up an appointment to have evaporator core fixed. The only thing they did was tell me what I told them and charged me $500. Had to set up another appointment to get it fixed and got charged another $1800. Plus had 4 one hour trips back and forth. Never go to superior Toyota

My sales person was enthusiastic, respectful and seemed sincerely concerned about my satisfaction with the vehicle. She took care of every detail with patience and kindness. She made follow-up phone calls and texts to be certain I was truly happy with my purchase. It was apparent that she enjoyed working at Superior Toyota and never seemed desperate to make a sale. Superior told us that we needed over $4900 of work done on our Corolla after rats chewed up some wires. We chose to get a second opinion, which was another Toyota dealership and authorized Toyota service center. We were charged less than a quarter of what Superior wanted! Superior still charged us $291 for 3 hours of labor even though they didnt repair anything and diagnostics are usually a fixed fee. The other Toyota dealership even told us that it wouldnt take that long to diagnose the problem. Plus -- Superior called with their diagnosis less than two hours after we dropped it off. So where does the 3 hours come in?? We dont trust Superior Toyota in Parkersburg. Insurance executives, maybe you should double-check if any of your adjusters approve a claim here. Fellow citizens: go somewhere else.
