Be careful, at least when buying a used vehicle. Agreed on a price over the phone, drove and hour and then given a higher price. Not happy but agreed on the higher price. Called the dealership yesterday to confirm the amount of money I needed for a certified check. Today (the day I’m supposed to buy the vehicle), I am told that the price isn’t actually what I am supposed to pay but it is now more. Called the sales manager and obviously he knew I was upset and would be calling. He was immediately degrading and basically told me I was uneducated about the car buying process. Basically, I asked for a price with taxes and fees included (so I could get a check for the correct amount), then I was told that taxes and fees were not included. So after two lies, a 2 hour drive, and a useless check, I highly recommend not buying a used vehicle from this dealership. If anyone wants to know the name of the unprofessional sales manager, it is Patrick.

Poor customer service and the service center claim to not honor corporate deals if theyre from another Kia dealer. If anyone ever faces this issue, contact Kia corporate, they do not hesitate to put them in their place.

The primary reason for my rating was the sales person James Poling. He was wonderful to work with! He took the time to try to explain every detail and answer any questions I had. If he wasn’t 100% sure of the answer he did not just give a generic response. James completed the necessary research and got with me in a timely manner.James worked with my very hectic schedule, was professional, honest with me, very thorough and empathetic when it came to my requests for what I wanted in a vehicle! The only problem was the rim on the front drivers side. Which James explained to me before I picked my car up and it will be fixed free of charge.If you want a great buying experience and a nice car. I highly recommend James Poling at Warner Kia. Already spread the word to my friends and family if they ever wanted to improve their ride.

I do NOT recommend buying a car at Kia new or used! I bought a used vehicle only a couple years old. They said it was a good car never no problems or anything. Since I got it Ive had NUMEROUS problems with it. I have called and complained so many times. From my seat belts, to the door not opening, my tires, and more. I have bought used cars before and never had any issues. Also they like to overcharge too!!! Never again!!!!!

My wife and I have bought every car from Warner Kia since 2009! We now live in Hendersonville, TN and just purchased another Kia Optima. Working with finance manager Pat Smith was so easy, and he went over and above to taking care of us. Don Warner was personally involved in the process and was willing to meet us 1/2 way to deliver the car. What an amazing dealership, and will not buy a car from any other dealer. They are truly family to us and we will be forever grateful for the dealership going over and above the call of duty.

Way over the recommended KBB price, and for a car that needed work on. We were severely condescended to by the manager of the place when we asked if a repair could be made, that two other people said that they would fix it, and he told us that of course they wouldnt fix it. The entire conversation was dominated by him without us being able to get a word in edgewise. Extremely rude, unbelievably condescending. I will never go back nor recommend to anyone that you go here to buy a car.

All I can say is they found us every possible rebate and deal under the sun. Not willing to negotiate, and also had car listed for more than worth. They wouldnt honor the $4,000 guarantee trade in after we pointed out the fact the car was over valued. Allen was an amazing rep just didnt have the power to help with what we needed.

The service front desk lady Claudia, is a terror to deal with. VERY unfriendly and treats you like she’s better than you. She WOULD NOT tell me what was covered under my warranty UNLESS I told her what was wrong, even then just gave me vague answers. Went in, in person, to schedule a appointment for 12-2-2019 and called about it and was told it was schedule for the week before when I SPECIFICALLY asked for the Monday BEFORE dec 5th. Definitely not a friendly environment. I don’t feel comfortable taking my car there WHICH, I bought new from them I’m 2016. They don’t care about you once you buy, that’s for sure.

They are kind snd honest. I bought my Soul there and take it in to get it serviced. Thus time I had a filter that could get changed now or wait a little while instead of just changing it he brought it out and ask me what I wanted to do. Warner has been where I go for years and will continue to be.
