The service durning the sell was good but once that was over it seemed to end there! I unfortunately am out of work due to the pandemic at the moment an I called to ses if there were any options for me maybe if they would allow me to bring in my W-2s and turn over my return and that would pay me ahead far enough my unemployment would be coming thru and id be back on track. However I was told there is nothing that can be done. Of course had ive known this was gonna happen to me id never have went thru with it at the moment. But I had no type of forewarning. I just feel lile working with me with the tax return is a win win for both parties. So now if i am called back to work I work have a vehicle to get there and will probably lose my job as well. I can only hope they realize the severity of this pandemic effecting peoples worl and maybe change things so that atleast someone down the road wont get in the same situation. I would like to add I am only one week behind its not like I have hid and got weeks behind also that I called the minute i realized I was going to be out of worm.God bless and i hope nobody has to experience this hardship Im having do deal with!! SUV felt like it was on its last legs. Had it towed to JDByrider. Expected it to need a new engine and be gone for 2 weeks. Called me back the next day and told me it was fixed. Explained everything to me and now it runs great!! Thanks ladies you did a great job!

Might be a good place to get a car but the service department is rude as hell. I called about my ex-father in law about the service they done. I went to inspect it had no emergency brake which they claim fixed em and did all rotors and brakes but passenger side front breaks are grinding like crazy I know its probably a caliber but still Ive done this before and u can tell when a caliper is going bad...I honestly think its either caliper sticking or rotor itself is bent...overall if u older and dont know anything about cars I say stay away from the service department. I was gonna fix it but he had all that done 2 weeks ago, they can fix their own work.

Beware of the positive posts. Most people rate right after they buy and are relieved they have a vehicle. Im 3 years into paying on my 2008 Toyota Scion. I have paid $400 a month (payments are every two weeks so if there are five weeks in the month, sometimes I pay $600). My car went out of warranty last year. I have another year of payments to make.Yesterday my car broke down and it went to JD Byriders service shop. Its the engine and it will cost me $3,000 to replace it. By the time its paid off, I will have paid $20,400+ for it. It was worth $11,000 when I bought it. All bc I had no credit. So, they want me to trade it in pending I can pass the application process again and I cant. Thankfully, I explained all of this to my new hubby and hes kind and generous and hes going to help me with this situation. But if you can go another place, do it! Trust me.

Me and my wife went into this place yesterday February 5th 2018 and spoke to Leann. They were able to tell us how much are down payment was,but not able to tell us are car payments!! which is very unusual for a car dealership. Even after us willing to bring in our down payment they still would not tell us what are monthly car payments were going to be. This is the second time me and my wife have had a bad experience with JD Byrider .

We went to JD Byrider looking for a second car that was reliable and good on gas. Everyone there was great to work with. Jonah was a great help in finding the car we wanted. Financial department put our payments where we wanted them and we left with a 2007 PT Cruiser. A couple weeks after purchasing it, we wanted to know if the timing belt has ever been replaced. They got us in asap and took care of it and it was covered under warranty. If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely go back.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Our car we had with them had a major service problem and needed to be traded. They were very great and worked with us to get into another car. It wound up being a great deal and even lowered our payment. I give this dealership an A1 rating in all areas. The service department is also A1. I can not say enough good things about the dealership in Parkersburg.

Paid $300 and my car still has issue. It like they cant diagnose for themselves even after driving it. So you can come in and pay another $25 to have it checked for the same thing you brought it in for in the first place.
