I just came back from this place, and I wanted to compliment the staff I had today. The cashier knew it was my first time in, and she went over everything. I will definitely go here again. The cinnamon roll was absolutely phenomenal!

It was alright. It was interesting that it was slow, we were the only people there when we showed up but still had to wait a while for 3 cinnamon rolls and a cookie dough. Cinnamon rolls were airtight, but you could tell that they were vegan or just older because we were there later in the afternoon. Not saying they were bad, but just not crazy out of this world good. Edit: These rolls were clearly not fresh, but warmed up. You can see that there are several in the back warmer on the counter. They were hard on the outside. There were also no body entering the store while we were waiting.

I had an assumption that vegan stuff are healthy but dont taste good. I am so glad that Cinnaholic proved wrong. Their cinnamon buns are baked really well, fluffy and beautiful flavors.

So disappointed! We were really excited about trying this place and thought it would be worth the price. We live 15 minutes away from this location and when we got home this is what our cinnamon rolls looked like! Definitely not worth the money $$

Incredible. This was the berry cheesecake cinnamon roll. It was super tasty. It’s like Cinnabon but doesn’t feel raw (nohate to Cinnabon, still a good time). This flavor combo was probably the best one yet. Super excited to come back and try more!

Custom topped cinnamon rolls? Why am I just finding out about this? The place smells amazing, the staff is really nice & the buns are delicious! You will never be able to try the total combinations of icings & add ons but, it would be fun (& fattening) to try!

These are some of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had!! The original is great, as are several of the more unique varieties. The staff was also super friendly and they were very quick with the orders.The one thing that would let me come here more often is if they opened earlier on the weekends. Why wait until 10am to open? That’s after many people eat breakfast.

I need to follow up on my review to say that these buns are a great take on the genre. Not too sweet with really interesting combinations. Really tasty fresh from the shop and also held up to reheating the ones we took home. The whole family really liked it. Would treat ourselves again.

This place is amazing. My daughter and friend took me down there. When you walk in you get the little Bakery feel. Then the aroma hits you and youre looking at cinnamon rolls in front of you and you could just start drooling. Very nice help fast and efficient. The cinnamon rolls are so delicious various types to choose from would recommend for everyone to try it.

This place is may seem very nice but the buns are not very good. They were on the tough side and in reality, the presentation wasnt very impressive. Also they say they have gluten free but its just slices of banana, frosting, and another topping. Hardly worth $5. I dont usually give low ratings but this one really stood out because once you taste the buns, there wasnt anything that made it different than anything else that is cheaper.

I personally didnt get anything for me it was for my guy.. Well he enjoyed his cinnacake.... I personally didnt like it. Since Im brutal with my reviews. Im being nice, but here goes.. The cream cheese frosting smelled so bad (my opinion) the taste was just ok. Id even go to say Ive definitely had have better cream cheese frosting theirs smelled like Swiss cheese. Yeah thats a huge NO for me. The berries on the cinnacake were ok yes they were fresh. The sprinkles added a nice touch, until the next day the cake looked like a Halloween themed cake. Again not for me. But it may be for you. The place did smell good though. I wouldnt return if I wanted too. Sorry not sorry.

Waste of money. I got the not a roll which is their gluten free option. A half-banana split with whatever frosting and toppings you want. No cinnamon at all! I got cream cheese and choc chips. It was cold, tasteless and gross. My hubby got a regular roll and it was tough and he took a few bites and tossed it. Im glad that there is a vegan option for my vegan friends, but not worth the lacking texture and taste if you dont eat vegan. Dont even bother if youre gluten free.

Tried this for the first time. Lots of selections, but very expensive and way too sweet for my taste. The berry roll was really sweet, it was hard to eat it and it wasn’t as fresh as it should be. Overall it was okay, but I don’t think it’s worth the price.

I come here all the time with my friend who is vegan! Its so nice to have something semi-local to us that is completely vegan and tastes SO GOOD! They take COVID precautions seriously and the staff are always helpful and cheerful! I also love the loyalty program, in fact Im going back today just to get $5 off from my reward!

For a single Cinnamon roll, though its bigger than the one i make at home, its a bit pricey(over $5), plus topping adds up quickly. The pictures looks delicious and i was excited to try it but it was way too sweet for me. However, if price isnt an issue and If you like really sweet stuff, this is the place for you.If i remember right, the picture shows berries with cream cheese frosting and crumbles(left img), Oreo cookies with cranberry frosting(middle img), and the last one is cookie dough with regular frosting(right img).

Perfect, fresh, and delicious cinnamon rolls each and every time we have gone! We have also gotten their cookie cakes and banana bread and they were absolutely delicious! Staff is always super cheerful and friendly. Will definitely be returning again and again!

I tried Cinnaholic’s Vegan Brownie for the 1st time today. The best & closest to a non-vegan brownie you are going to get. The chewy consistency & fudgie outburst of flavour just sang to my tastebuds lol. In other words will be back HIGHLY satisfied customer.

Went this afternoon for the first time. I got the apple one. Warm, amazing, delicious treat. Will definitely come back to try the other ones 😋. And the staff was really nice, which adds to this places charm!

The cinnamon bun is great. Just as good as the cinnaholic in Chicago. The presentation Was terrible. They had six or seven workers working and still cannot keep up with orders. In Chicago every time I go there for there’s only two workers and they work faster than his spot. The frosting was just thrown on top of the bun very sloppily.

A great special occasion treat. Their make me a 6 pack (or 12 pack) options is such a nice low-effort way to bring an unexpected treat to an event.

The staff is so warm and friendly here, and I had some chocolate chip banana bread that was honestly one of the most delicious things Ive ever eaten in my life - it was still warm and so moist, and had so much banana flavor coupled with melting chocolate (Im craving another one as I write this!). Stopped in here on a whim on a day off from work in Feb. 2021 because I hadnt eaten lunch and was just craving sweets. Had been to some other stores in downtown Naperville where the employees were cold and rude to me, so Id had it and just wanted to go home. Walked in and was immediately greeted so kindly and warmly; everyone stopped what they were doing to turn and say hello, ask how my day was, ask if I had any questions about the menu. Although they are known for their cinnamon rolls, the staffs kindness and the banana bread with chocolate chips was a bright spot in my day!

Love this place! The cookie monster was so good! Its great that everything is vegan, brownies, cookies, and cookie dough to take home. Its hard to find vegan bakery items when you have an egg allergy. I look forward to going back to try the smores one and frostings like creme brulee and coffee flavors. I highly recommended it.

I cant even begin to talk about how amazing this place is. The desserts are amazing, like epic and amazing. So delicious. And the staff are very professional and quick. I only have to wait a few minutes for my cinnamon roll but all the time is worth it for how good they are.

My girlfriend and i are vegan and she is obsessed with cinnamon rolls. we love going here. they also have bomb brownies and bomb cookies. i’m so happy this place exists.

TL;DR - The cinnamon buns are a mutation of said concept. These are dense sugar packed buns that dont taste anything like a genuine cinnamon bun. Also, if you complete a transaction and have your card linked to your email via Square - expect to have your email sold to nearby shops and newsletters. Nice storefront and frontline employees.

Was hesitant with the mixed reviews. Glad we went and tried it. The kids loved it and tons of options to choose from. The fact it’s all vegan is an added bonus.

I ordered on grubhub for delivery and omg it is so delicious. I didnt even know it was vegan until I was looking at the site after I had tried my roll and so that makes it even better. The rolls are huge and so good - if you order keep in mind they are frosted warm so it melts a bit but that is ok because it is still delicious. I will definitely be ordering again because it is delicious. I also ordered the cookie dough but havent tried that yet (but it looks and smells amazing) but if it is as good as the cinnamon roll omg it will be amazing.

First Google review ever and I HAD to figure it out just so I could leave a review for this place. We went out for our anniversary and happened to walk past Cinnaholic. The name alone was enough to get me in the doors. Some people put ketchup on their ketchup. I put cinnamon on my cinnamon. Yall....this place did NOT disappoint! Im very picky about my cinnamon rolls and Im happy to tell everyone that these are, hands down, without a doubt, the BEST cinnamon rolls Ive ever had. Better than the Grands cinnamon rolls. Better than Cinnabon. Just the best. If you havent tried Cinnaholic cinnamon rolls....get out there and get one....or six like I did. :-)

The rolls do not disappoint........I understand the covid 19 rules but it takes away from the fun of a place like this .......that being said the staff were next level friendly very knowledgeable and helpful this was our first trip here and we are already planning our next trip back

This place is amazing and addicting. Their cinnamon rolls are to die for. Employees are very friendly and quick. There are so many great flavors to choose from. I have had the strawberry delight and the apple pie cinnamon roll and omg they were fantastic. Also tried the banana cream pie cinnamon roll. Please go check them out. You wont regret it.

Great cinnamon rolls. Have ordered here twice, both times they were great.First time we visited the store the placed was pretty jammed. We waited until we got home to eat them, about 30 minutes from store to home. They were still warm and held up well. I could always do with more cinnamon but the flavors were very balanced and it tasted very good.The second time we ordered them was for a Superbowl Sunday party. These went right into the refrigerator for about 3 hours, then in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes to warm up. They were also excellent.Amazingly there were some left over from the Superbowl Party and I brought them to the office the next day. Pulled them out of the refrigerator for late AM snack and they were gone by lunch. 6 out of 7 people in our office loved them. I hadnt told any of them about the fact that they were vegan until after they were all gone, they were pleasantly surprised saying they could tell the difference.

We ordered apple pie cinnamon bun and it exceeded our expectations. Bun was warm and it tasted delicious with fresh apples and walnuts on top of icing. Must try.

Super delicious cinnamon rolls!

I am a LOVER of all things cinnamon! I was excited to stop in to Cinnaholic today. I didn’t know anything about them. But anything that implies an addiction to cinnamon, count me in. First, I have to say that they are expensive. $5 for a cinnamon roll with vanilla icing. The rolls are not that big OR that thick. The more gourmet rolls, cost even more. The cinnamon rolls were on the dry side & really couldn’t taste the cinnamon. Maybe put cinnamon in with your glazes to add some “cinnamon” flavor. Also, one register, the worker took my order, rung up my order, touched the money, then proceeded to add my glazes from a big tub into little cups. I don’t care if she had plastic gloves on or not - cross contamination! I’m SO sorry! I REALLY wanted to like the rolls.

I reealllyyy wanted to love this place but gave it 2 tries, spent $30+ each time on a variety of menu items. Both times we received STALE cinnamon buns. The frostings and toppings were fresh and delicious and the whole experience would have been different if not for the foundation of the dessert being difficult to saw through with a dinner knife. NOT the fluffy pull apart cinnamon rolls one would image.

I love cinnamon food so was really excited to try this out. I think the product they had was great I got the Irish Creme one and it was delicious and not too heavy like other places I have had foods like this at. They just opened this week and were packed but I really liked how they did not try to hurry me up and gave everyone great customer service even with the very long line. I also thought they handled the crowd well, talking to everyone and acknowledging us all.Only reason I gave it a 4 out 5 stars and not a 5 was because there was no where to sit and enjoy this thing freshly made. I took it home and nuked it and it was still good, just wish I could have eaten it right then and there.

Our first time stopping in, and they exceeded our expectations. We got several different rolls. Tried each one, and enjoyed them all. Its nice being able to order whatever we want because my wife and I are vegan. We had several other nonvegan family with us, and everyone was impressed and enjoyed there orders. Some even said they cant believe its vegan because of how good it tastes. Worth the trip. We will definitely go again.

My sister had an emergency and needed me to drop off her work keys at a nearby business. My only thought was... Dude Cinnaholic is nearby. I was disappointed to see they werent quite open yet at 9:30am on Sat, but I went ahead and ordered online via their website by 9:45am. Shockingly, they accepted the order immediately. I got my alert a few min after 10am that my order was ready to be picked up. The employees were very sweet and I got my food so I could run home to indulge.I ordered the decadent fluffernutter roll and my husband enjoyed the Apple pie roll with some hot black coffee to counter the sweetness! We were so excited to go here due to it being Vegan and so many options. They presentation was awesome but the taste was so so. Since theres no where to sit, we took our cinnamon rolls home. By the time we got home they were soggy and mushy. In addition, the roll was so rich and honestly too much. I couldnt even eat 1/3 of it and threw it out. Too much for me...too high in calories and a little pricey.

Low quality cinnamon bun. Raspberry topping came with 4 raspberries on top and thats it. Paying 5 dollars as a base for a sub par cinnamon roll is not acceptable. I would advise all to avoid supporting this business. Not even sure they gave me the right topping there is a lack of flavor.

The cinnamon rolls were good, but disappointed there was no room to sit inside. Also check your order before you leave. I ordered a creme brulee cinnamon roll and got all the way home to discover a raspberry almond one instead. Kind of disappointing, especially when you consider what you pay.

Ok so Im not even a huge cinnamon roll person. But this place gives you a ladle of frosting and has a myriad of flavors and toppings you didnt even know you wanted or needed on a cinnamon roll.

Had high hopes, but it was not good. Got the Irish cream roll to split and it was way too sweet. The cinnamon roll itself was dry, and it was over-priced. I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you have a medical need to be vegan, otherwise, got to Cinnabon.

Very sweet, we could of shared a few instead of each getting our own. It was pricey with a bunch of toppings. I had a plain one and loved it.

The customer service here was horrible! Refused service because my child didnt have a mask on. Apparently, they arent aware of the order because the governor clearly stated if the child could tolerate the mask. There was no one in the bakery. Wont return because I am sure if I was white the treatment wouldve been different.

Awesome cinnamon rolls!

As a vegan its very hard to find bakery options sometimes this place is great tried it for the first time today everything was great got it with Carmel, and cookie dough. The price is a little on the higher end of what you would expect for bakery items but for the amount of food there is on it its worth the price, even just half of it is very filling and loved the Carmel frosting a lot will definitely be coming back.

Just finished my Naperthrill roll with coffee frosting, outstanding...lol. Warmed it up at home with a cup of coffee, I don’t think I’m eating anything else the rest of the day. Fast service, friendly people, indulge yourself.

I want to say I’m not vegan, heard great things about this place but I did not like it at all. They told me I would not even miss the dairy but I did. This is nothing like a cinnamon roll I’m used to. I gave it 3 stars because of presentation which was very beautiful but did not enjoy the taste.

Very clean, didnt see inside restroom closed to public at this time. Many options to choose from. This is just a fancy version of Cinnabon. $14 for 2 cookie monster rolls. Toppings very overpowering the cinnamon roll itself. Make sure you have milk with it to cut down sweetness. Didnt taste much cinnamon. Had to scrape toppings off to evaluate the roll. Even then could not find much cinnamon flavor. It wasnt as dry as some of the other reviews claim. But in their defense mine had just come out of the oven. I didnt eat it right away because of dinner. A suggetion would be try making a chocolate roll for the cookie monster. That or considerCutting back on toppings because chocolate easily overpowers the cinnamonLocation is right across from Giordanos pizza

Took my boyfriend isnt vegan here. I cant eat dairy so I was real happy theres a place like this where I can eat and that hs likes too. Long wait. Prices are a bit much but not too far for vegan. Very tasty. Warm and sweet. Would reccomend. That sh!t slaps.

Super excited to get a cinnamon roll but I literally felt I was waiting for a ride at disney world. This establishment needs better organization and a bigger building to actually sit down and eat a roll. If I was a claustrophobic person I would never step foot here again!

Staff is friendly! My only suggestion is that they come up with a way to abbreviate toppings when they place orders on the line. I ordered the Cookie Monster with caramel drizzle and brownie bites but it was missing the caramel. My friend ordered pecans but we later saw that it wasn’t even written on her container. The line was too long to go back in and toppings are only 50 cent so it was no big deal. It was also during their opening week so I wasn’t really thrown off by it. They still tasted really good!

This is a dream for vegans. My kids who are not vegan said that the cookie dough is better then regular dough. You have to try them.

We were excited to try this place but a little disappointed once we started eating it. The price would not have been a factor if it would been worth it. After tasting it, the feeling we had was, definitely over priced. We had it with creme brulee, hazelnut and almond, no topping. The rolling of the bread was a little thick that we had to actually scoop the frostings to give it some taste. I would rather have Cinnabon any time. 🥺

After I found out Cinnaholic was opening in Naperville I couldn’t wait to go and get some amazing cinnamon rolls! After watching the shark tank episode I had very high hopes. I went there today and although the line was slightly long, to be expected, the experience was fantastic! It smelled so good and I couldn’t wait to devour the delicious rolls. I ordered a custom roll and it was a bit pricey ($6.25) I ate it right away and the chewy, warm, deliciousness did not disappoint! I loved my roll! I can’t wait to go back and this is my new fav dessert!!

My husband and I tried the cinnamon roll with cream cheese topping. They were small, cold, over priced and barely tasted like cinnamon. The frosting was disgusting and smelled sour! We were very disappointed and will not be returning. Cinnabon will be our go to shop. Dont waste your time here. So many great places in downtown Naperville, this isnt one of them.
