I placed my order this past Saturday for Father’s Day which was the following day. They did a great job fulfilling the order and everything was delicious and nicely presented. Hope to order from them again in the near future for special occasions.The price may be a little high but you are receiving quality packaging and fruit!

Very disappointed in them. Today is my wifes birthday so I ordered her something for her birthday since I had to work. Got the ordered delivered email but nothing was delivered. Ill never order anything from this location again.

The customer service is awesome. I called & asked if they could have my order ready an hour ahead of time. They easily agreed. I came to the store, very clean & also had options to make individual purchases. They wore masks the entire time too. I look forward to going back. :)

I just tried to have a nice surprise for my parents on Valentine’s Day. Well, I order a WEEK in advance. It doesn’t get there on Valentine’s Day, I’m upcharged $20 for delivery and it doesn’t get there. Not only have they ruined my Valentine’s Day but they stole my money. I also got an email saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. They will be getting a quite harsh call tomorrow morning. Not happy. I called twice and they assured me that it would be delivered and it wasn’t. I’m furious. Absolutely furious.

My 20 year old son spent his hard earned money on an arrangement for my birthday recently because he knows I love fruit. Problem is that he doesnt know that I dont like unripe fruit (esp. cantaloupe and honeydew melons which was honestly 70% of my arrangement). I understand that they cant necessarily predict how much fruit that they will need on a given day for orders but it seems like this business should have a source of ripe fruit that they can use. I would have preferred an arrangement full of berries versus melon pieces that never would get ripe once they were cut up and put in the arrangement.

I put in a order last month for the “Mom knows best” special bundle for the 9th of may. Only to have it delivered on the 10th instead and wasnt not notified through email or phone. Also I wasn’t notified through phone or email that the cookies in the bundle where unavailable. On top of that they delivers my order to the wrong houes, and when called they said they’d put another order in. Though when the order arrived the balloons said “Thinking of you” and “I love you” balloons in stead of the happy Mother’s Day balloons. This service is to distasteful to me today , never again.

Delivered on time and to appropriate destination. Mom called me in tears, wonderful surprise. Called one of the workers to ask about my order she said i got you dont worry and she most definitely did. Thanks

Fast and friendly, have only gone twice but both times have been easy and tasty, after receiving the food that is, the prices are a little high for my taste but overall its worth it

Very Satisfied! Ordered Online; Easy Enough! Called the Store to confirm My Order; Associate that Assisted me that morning already knew who I was! (That was a Plus) Promised she would Make it Beautiful; Fruit, Balloons & All! I wanted it delivered Prior to Noon; She couldnt guarantee it would happen, as the Driver wouldnt arrive til 1130 and it was 20 minutes til 11 & I had just placed the Order.. To My Surprise the Arrangement made it there by 1120! It was Absolutly Beautiful; Fruit was Fresh and Sweet! Chocolate Covered Strawberries were Delicious! Very Happy Customer!

This place has horrible service! Completely rude receptionist that obviously doesnt care about her job. Completely over priced of terrible service and product. They ruined my Valentines day order! I will never again use the place for anything. I paid $120 for $10 in fruit in Hopes to be delivered on time to my wifes work, that I ordered the day before to insure time for delivery. They did not show up with my order. I highly highly recommend never using this business for any special occasion or anything for that matter. I will be demanding a full return of money!

I really can’t give a review on their service as they never answer the phone!! I’ve been trying to place an order with this location since yesterday morning and always get the same recording saying they are busy but you can’t leave a message. So here’s my message for you. Never delivered my order today for Valentine’s Day what a joke didn’t even call. I have used edible arrangements before for large client orders but never this specific store due to disappointment will probably never use this company again since you can’t rely on them

The fruit basket I ordered for my sister on 7-17-2016 was beautiful, and it was ready for pick up when I got there. The employee that assisted me was very kind and helpful. I was very pleased how the basket turned out.

So my Office got an arrangement from this store on Friday 9/2/16. To be honest the fruit felt dried and old. It was a large arrangement and it looked nice but the fruit was tasteless. The Melon felt too dry and the grapes were too squishy. It look like they had the arrangement made days in advanced.I was/am very disappointed with the quality of fruit and upset that someone spend so much money on this.I didnt call the store... I feel that if you work in an industry such as food every product that you produce should be to its maximum standard.

They were supposed to deliver an edible to my daughter on Easter. The left a door hanger. I called the number and left a message. No one called back for 30 days. I called and asked them why they had not returned the call and they said, Our owner knows the Vmail doesnt work and they dont care.Sent in a bad review and they said the store would contact me. Store didnt. I guess they don care about bad reviews or voicemails.

Ordered edible arragments for Valentines Day and my girl friend never got the order. They delivered to next door and the chocolate strawberries were all mushy and dripping. Manager gave me an attitude and said nothing is guaranteed when ordering with them.

Very disappointed with this location went out of my way from Oswego to the north side of Naperville to bring my nieces and nephew here Saturday even called ahead to make sure the sale was until 5 to get there and they decided to close early not only were the kids hearts crushed but I called and spoke to Manager Megan and she did absolutely nothing to make it right I spent more time and effort than the sale we were going to get! Terrible guest service! No compassion to make things right 💔 Ended up taking kids else where to try to make them happy but they had there heart set here! Smh

Very upset my order was not delivered today and I was not told it would not be delivered until 4pm even when I order it well in advance. And now it is 430 on Valentine’s Day and I have nothing for my husband
