I absolutely Love Kilwins!Their services, the flavors, and the bright interior make me wanna visit their store time and again.Today, on a beautiful sunny day, I visited downtown and the trip to downtown is incomplete without a sweet treat at Kilwins.The chocolate waffle cone with a tall scoop of ice cream was just what I needed on this bright sunny day. Their staff was friendly and efficient!I love the fact that their entire store smells like fresh cocoa and is equipped with assorted truffles, fudge, ice cream cakes, candy apples, and more chocolates flavored treats!#Downtown

Went in with family (because we were all craving chocolate later at night, and they’re open a bit later!) and got raspberry sorbet and some milk chocolates. The raspberry sorbet isn’t too sweet, it has the tartness that makes raspberries so good. The chocolate is also great. Planning on trying the other ice cream flavors in the future!

We came here for the first time today and absolutely loved the sweets! The ice cream is so rich and the milk shake was delicious! Also, the caramel apple was phenomenal! The employees were friendly and answered my questions about their fabulous cakes! Will be returning for sure!

Less selection compared to their bigger locations but they still offer ice cream, chocolate and fudge. Their roasted coconut ice cream still my prefer choice.

Ive been to this location a few times now and it never disappoints. I love the variety of ice cream flavors and the customer service is excellent! Some of the chocolate treats are pricy but well worth it.

Great ice cream as expected from a Kilwins. The store is a bit smaller than other stores Ive been to but that didnt make a difference in getting our ice cream. The kids love the Superman!

The ice cream is tremendous. I had superman and traverse city cherry both were fabulous. My wife had the praline pecan. We got some super tasty fudge also. Highly recommend they have the best fudge and ice cream around. Very good smells for free.

Affordable prices and really great ice cream. Very friendly Girls behind the counter when we came in. You can sample the ice cream before you buy. Theres a cute little bench outside so you can sit and eat your ice cream and people watch. Highly recommend

THIS. PLACE. Ive never been to this place before because Ive never hear of it so after dinner we thought we should go. My friend has been before in another location and raved about how good it was. How can ice cream be THAT good, but was I wrong! This ice cream was amazing! Creamy, smooth, delicious. It is on the more expensive side, but it was worth every lick!

Tastes are amazing! Prices match it too. A bit too pricey for us to regularly come here. But if in the neighborhood again, we will probably indulge in an ice cream cone! Love the waffle cones the best. Or even better, the waffle bowl!

We have visited the FL location,so when we saw there was one within walking distance of BD Mongolian Grill we were so happy. We walked it and it smelled amazing. We were offered samples of the flavors we werent sure about and while we ate our ice cream we watched them make fresh waffle cones and bowls. So much fun!

Meh. Just your average ice cream, way too sweet and no divine spark whatsoever. We will definitely explore other options next time. Why there has to be so much sugar?

If you think I didnt walk down the street in 20° weather eating Kilwins ice cream, youre dead wrong. AND ID DO IT AGAIN, worth every freezing second.Also the staff was v nice and patient.

Amazing ice creams

I bought a slice of turtle fudge it was dry and hard as a rock. I called the store and found out that there products arent dated. Be sure you get a sample before you buy and find out the product is stale.

Great ice cream!! The had a seasonal chocolate sea salt Carmel that was amazing! Apparently my in-laws have been going to the lake Geneva location for years and love it!

The best place in the Area, from here to DeKalb thats for sure! They scoop the ice cream just like the only way it should be (right on top, this isnt soft serve people) and it is truly delectable. My first thought was okay, this place rocks my socks.
