The delivery was on time and the ordered items were great. Only problem is they must have switched personalized notes with another order. It was sad for me that my wife received a note written for someone elses birthday and not the one I wrote for her in regards to Valentines day. That definitely takes a lot away from the gift. If the note isnt important for your order Id recommend them. Not sure if this has happened to others. Otherwise, they enjoyed the brownies!

Horrible customer service. I called and talked with someone about ordering cookies for my grandmothers funeral. They gave me an email to send my design to... went back and forth agreed to a price and I asked if there was anything more I needed to do. No one replied the day before I was supposed to pick up my order they said they didn’t have an order for me & I was just out of luck. Just completely rude and very well it’s not our fault. After telling me sorry- can’t help you they then said sure we will make the order but not what you wanted but we will still charge u the same amount. Just completely rude of a business when we emailed and agreed! I wouldn’t order cookies from here again.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I placed an order for same day and received a call about a half hour later asking if it was ok to go out next day. No, if that was ok I would have selected next day.They said their driver had already left for the day, this was at 10:28am—seems like you would want the additional business. When I pushed back stating my frustrations I was told I could come pick it up and deliver it myself if it was that important.

The cookies are so yummy! The bouquets are beautifully put together. The service is top notch. Im a repeat customer and have always been pleased. In addition to different Holiday celebrations, I also give young actors a bouquet of cookies, rather than flowers as congrats for a job well done. Boys absolutely love them and Cookies By Design helps me create cookies designed to represent the play/musical. Huge hit!!

The cookies are not only cute but they are delicious, too! My sister and her husband were thrilled to receive a cookie bouquet for their anniversary! We appreciated the prompt delivery. They even have some bouquets that are available for same-day delivery!

Just wanted to say that I ordered a cookie basket to say thank you to a group of people that helped me thru my cardiac rehab at the local hospital and it was amazing. They loved it and couldnt be more appreciative for the great basket. They all commented that the cookies were fresh and delicious, and a nice variety. It was delivered early enough for everyone to have some with leftovers for the next day. Glad I made the decision to order from you guys and definitely will order again when I need something out of the ordinary .Thanks again for helping me thank this special group of people.

Very nice customer service and was very easy to order and the lady made it exactly how I wanted. She even suggested better designs for my cake. The cake was very tasty and designed well. The only thing is they only use artificial colors.

The customer service was fantastic! When the dropped off the package, the recipient wasnt home. Not only did they call her to make sure she found the package but they called me to let me know the gift was delivered. Their concern went above and beyond and was greatly appreciated by both the giver and receiver. The receiver was extremely pleased with the product and enjoyed the cookies thoroughly!

I ordered a cookie basket to send my congratulations to my brother and his wife on their baby announcement. Everyone sends a card, but you cant eat a card right? I ordered online and the basket was hand delivered from their Naperville location. The basket looked just like it did on their website and the cookies are delicious (ok, maybe I got them cookies so that I could have one too) I was very pleased and it is nice to know exacty what you will be getting when you order from a picture. I will definitely use them again. It is the perfect gift, everyone wants a cookie!
