Staff was so friendly and caring. This is not the office I normally visit, but I needed to be seen before my regularly scheduled appointment and I was so pleased to go out of my way because they made me feel so welcomed. The doctor was also so calm and explained everything I needed to know.

This location is outstanding! Everybody there has outstanding customer service! They really do whatever they can to take care of their customers.

The people are very nice. The reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I am still trying to adjust my glasses. They still seem off by a little but it’s hard for me to decide how.

I have had 2 different scheduled appts with this location. One in May 2021 and one today.Each of my cheduled appts was cancelled by this office the day before because of an emergency.I realize emergencies happen, but what are the odds of my only 2 spots with them 3 months apart be cancelled???I actually have a major issue with my right eye.HAS ANYONE ONE ELSE HAD THIS ISSUE WITH ROSEN

This was my first visit to rosin eyecare as a new patient and my experience was really awesome the people were really nice from the moment I walked in, and the way they do safety procedures related to covid, and they really helped me to decide what glasses to pick and the options that were available to me. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends/family. I hope this place does not change and they keep helping people like this.

I have been a client for over 10 years now, but the last couple of years the quality of the service has been going down. The staff is very condescending and rude. The last 2 times I ordered glasses they had to be redone and now my contacts had the old prescription. Will not be coming back to this place.

I have been using this Rosin location for almost 20 years. My insurance has changed about 4 or 5 times since then, and I keep looking them up every time that happens. I fully trust Dr Owen with my eyes and feel extremely confident with him and his work.

I wanted to reschedule one appointment and they cancelled it. I realized it only after waiting 10 minutes outside the Rosin Eyecare; they informed that there is no trace of the booking. I am 100% sure I heard confirmation about the appointment rescheduling (Original Schedule was Nov 19, 2020 at 12:15pm, rescheduled to Nov 23rd at 4:30pm)

This is my first time going to Rosin and my experience was lovely. Angela was a great adviser of styles based on my face shape and my aesthetic . She was very knowledgeable of all the different “extras” and helped me figure out that worked for me and my budget. In the past three months I’ve gotten numerous compliments on my new glasses — they really are perfect. I’ll definitely come back here.

Excellent customer service! The Manager is so helpful and nice, she is the reason I continue to come to this location! The Dr is extremely courteous and professional as well. Nice selection of stylish frames and work is completed as promised and on time. Highly recommend this location.

What a great experience. I had put off getting new glasses so long I could barely see and it was effecting my daily life. I was getting ready for several weeks of travel and had to get something quick. My insurance had them as a featured provider and they were around the corner so I figured I would give it a shot. I was treated like I was a long time customer and were able to get me into the office that same day. OK I hung up the phone and I drove right over since they had an opening.Everything was great and I was able to fast track a pair of glasses using my old frames which were perfect and was able to see clearly again. They have a great staff who are willing to answer all my questions without feeling rushed. And they delivered on everything they promised. I will be going back again for sure.

My experience was good. The staff is nice. The selection of frames is decent. One of my lenses on the new glasses was not right. They got me in for a recheck with another one of their docs. The lenses were remade without any question.

I was told by another Eye Doctor/Company that I could only have my vision corrected by hard contact lenses. I wore them in misery for 3 years. I saw Dr. Owen at Rosin. Within 15 minutes he had me in soft lenses, seeing better than ever! Rosin also redid all of my glasses prescriptions. They are now correct.I am very great full to the staff at Rusin. In January 2016, my wife and I went to Rosin Eyecare in Naperville for our yearly eye exam. We were greeted by friendly staff who promptly helped us get registered in their system for our appointments. I waited maybe 5 minutes after completing the paperwork before the doctor brought me back in the exam room where he asked basic questions regarding my vision and then proceeded to the exam. He explained the results which indicated I needed glasses. Once the exam was completed the staff helped me look through the dozens of frames to help me pick the pair that looked best. I was impressed with their attention and helpfulness because this would be my first pair of glasses. THANK YOU! I know I can absolutely count on Rosin for our eye care needs.

Very friendly staff! I was having a hard time adjusting to a prescription that I received elsewhere and they were so helpful in scheduling a new exam and making sure I received the multi-focal lenses that I needed. They take their time and are very thorough.

Employee is really knowledgeable about picking up glasses that fits my face shape. I took me just 30 minutes to finish choosing a glass frame that normally I need 2 hours to decide in other stores.Wh I picked up, I found one of the leg cover was loose. Employee ordered another same frame immediately.I was very happy with their services. I introduced my family members to come here as well.

I have seen Dr. Owen for years now. I am very satisfied being under his care and drive the distance to have him check my eyes! The staff is also really kind and is always advocating for you to get the best deals as well as whatever else you need.

Waited 1 hour and gave up. The only employee we talked to quickly informed us that she could not help but we would be assisted by someone else shortly. Apparently shortly is now defined as 45 minutes or more.

I always receive excellent care at Rosin Eyecare (Naperville South location). Dr. Kris Owens is punctual, professional, and personable. These guys are great, the woman who helped me pick out glasses was awesome, and fun. The doc was careful and had my best interest in mind. I am surprised by the negative reviews, was not my experience at all. The only issue is, it took a bit longer to get my glasses than expected, and my sunglasses showed up way early, so really no issues there. Overall they were great!

I chose Rosin Eyecare in Naperville because they took my VSP insurance plan. I was very impressed with the fact they dont push you to buy contacts and glasses through them. They gave me my RX and let me get it filled where ever I would like. Their prices where awesome and I ended up coming back and getting my contacts through them after all. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

My experience at this place has been mixed. Every time that I have gone, the doctors have been excellent. They were very helpful and I felt like I gained a lot from the visit. On the other hand though, I feel that the support staff don’t respect your time. I walked in and the lady who took my paperwork and some initial readings was not courteous to the point where I had to almost ask her not to do some testing. On top of that, the lady who was supposed to help me with my prescription was not accommodating in any way.We, as a family, spend a lot of money on glasses here and if there isn’t a change in attitude, we may have to find another place.

Went back to Rosin after a few years of going to a big box eye care provider. Dr. Owen was fantastic and was able to fix my prescription so that I could see clearly again. Fees may be a little more than you pay at other places, but your vision is well worth it! Nothing but positive things to say about the entire staff.

Great customer service! I spoke with Olivia over the phone and she was great to work with. I had ordered some script lenses for my sunglasses and she worked with the lab to have them expedited back before i left on vacation. Great follow thru and exceptional service. She went above and beyond.

A great place to care for your eyes!

I love the two pairs of glasses I got from them. They helped me navigate my insurance and pick out the right frames for me.

The staff is great however the office suite itself is a little dingy and could use some updating and the selection of designer frames was very limited. Overall it was a good experience but I will have to look elsewhere for the frames I like in the future.

Ive never had a bad experience here. I go to this office, and my two kids (10 & 8) have started getting their regular eye checkups here also. Dr. Owens is very friendly and professional. The staff up front is mostly young college age girls, and Ive read that folks have had some less than professional experiences from them. I can see that, but havent had it happen to me. They always give me a print out of my glasses and contacts prescriptions, and Ive never been pressured to order any products through them. I always do my ordering from online vendors. My wife goes to a Rosin clinic on Odgen in Napeville, and as a whole we are very pleased with Rosin.
