This pearl vision location was amazing. Friendly and professional. I needed 2 pairs of glasses before a vacation and hat was in a week. Fatima from Pearl was able to get both pair for me in about 4 days. No problems at all. She answered all my questions and explained my insurance and even looked up lenses for sun glasses I bought somewhere else. For being the first time at Pearl Vision Center … Pearl won me over and I will be coming here from now on. Thank you Fatima for amazing customer service.

Very happy with this store, employees and Manager, Fatima! They did a great job on helping me pick out and purchase my new glasses and doing everything they could to get it to me before I went on my trip overseas so that I can enjoy the view! I had a FANTASTIC experience!! The Manager, Fatima(please forgive me if I have a spelling error) was amazing!!! I had bought some glasses online, I wanted a different look and Fatima took me in and had the lenses made for me! QUICK TURNAROUND SERVICE!!!!They did the fitting for me and made me feel like their favorite customer!!! Listen, if you want amazing service, come see these folks...they are the best!!!!Also they have a wide range of current glasses and sunglasses from the major brands as well as luxury brands. They can do eye exams and they have great hours.Thanks again Pearl!!Brian

Very unprofessional. They give you 15 mins advance notice to confirm the appointment, if you do not respond by then they right away cancel the appointment. Great customer service is really important for a repeat business and this one is far from it. I dont recommend this place for your vision needs.

She’s very thorough and prompt in processing my exams and eyewear orders. We d made an appointment and arrived on time.Apparently many more people were handled in the middle of our appointment and it dragged out to a very long time t There was only 1 clerk working. I have nt gotten my glasses yet! There was dsomme sort bbn of backorder situation, but it is very disappointing it is taking so long. Longer than I am used to waiting for glasses. Im seriously n.v thinking about changing to anoth er r company after this. Also of publicly complaining. Im very unhappy and would like some sort of compensation for the inconvenience caused. I would appreciate contact by your customer service dept. To assist in resolving my issue. Please!!

We dont live near this location but because of the exceptional customer service we receive by the entire staff, it is well worth the drive! The facility is very clean and organized and we are always given a warm welcoming. Entire staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to customers questions and concerns. Bad Customer service and prejudice too The fat Mexican lady that sits at the front desk told me I had to make a appointment just to pick up my contacts and call when I’m outside so she can bring them to the car (really) I went in then was ask to use hand sanitizer which wasn’t a problem but other people came in after me from different races and she never asked them which tell how trifling she is you supposed to ask everyone to use hand sanitizer not just a certain color. It’s so sad that some people can be so ignorant and this is a good example of ignorance at its best funky wet back dog.

I went to Pearl Vison for my annual eye check up . They have the best set of frames in Naperville & Aurora area. The doctor is very friendly & all my questions are answered perfectly . Doctor’s front office staff Fatima is a great lady . She is very polite , friendly , she explained all my questions related to glasses , frames , insurance in detail . I m extremely happy with the service received . Highly recommend .

Izzy is the absolute BEST! I have a pair of prescription sunglasses that I had brought in to get fitted about 7 different times to different Pearle Visions and nobody ever seemed to be able to size them properly. Izzy was able to understand why they didnt fit and get them sized right away. She went above and beyond making sure they fit perfect. Shes incredibly helpful and nice, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend the Naperville Pearle Vision just so you can see Izzy. She knows what shes doing!

In fact it was after hours and she went above & beyond . Also, on many occasions, similar to this, Pearle Vision has helped my wife & son.Excellent customer service !!!John

Bad experience with Fatima who works at the front desk. She is nasty, condescending, and just flat out rude. I have had multiple experiences with her and every interaction was a terrible one! I have also witness her demean her fellow coworkers. She should not be empoyeed in a customer service role. She’s not grateful for the opportunity to be employed. I will never recommend or spend my money at this location ever again. I would give zero stars if I could.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had bent the arm of a pair of frames that I had bought at another location. I walked in to see if I could have them repaired. I walked into the lobby and was not greeted by anyone, which is completely understandable as staff seemed preoccupied with clients. Its difficult to tell who works there and who doesnt, as no one wears any name tags. I waited for a minute or two and asked a woman who I wasnt sure who worked there, if she did work there, and she responded (rather crudely) that she was busy with a client and she will help me when she can. I told her no problem at all, Ill just look around. She excused herself from her client and asked me if I had an appointment, I told her no that I had just bent the arm of my frames and I had bought them at another Pearle Vision and wanted to see if they can be repaired. The woman responded that their location is by appointment only and they do not accept any walk ins. I guess in a COVID world I should have called a head to see if they could do a walk in repair (but I literally left this place and went to another Pearle Vision in Bolingbrook as a walk in and they were VERY helpful and attentive) so I told her that I understand and I can wait if there is an opening, the woman responded, by looking around the room, throwing her hands in the air, and mockingly tell me Well, I dont know where you think youre going to wait. I was a bit taken a back, I told her I could wait in my car which is parked outside and they can just call me when theres an opening. The woman seemed incredibly frusterated, so I told her that if an appointment was needed I could schedule something tomorrow if possible because I just needed the arm fixed. The woman said that a couple who was with a different CSR would be leaving soon and I could want in my car, and watch for when they leave, then come back inside because it would only take a few minutes to fix my glasses. I felt like this entire conversation was pointless, because a minute before then she made it sound like it would take an entire hour of a scheduled appointment to fix my glasses. I ended up telling them I would just go to another Pearle Vision and left. I have worked in retail customer service as management and as floor associate for fifteen years and this is NOT how you treat a client, let alone a person who just needed a two minute fix to bend the frames back in. I get frustrations over a long day and with the state of the world, but I didnt need to be talked down to like that. This location has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will advice everyone I meet to go to the Boilingbrook location instead. Its less than twenty minutes away and has MUCH better customer service.

Ordered new lenses which was not an issue. I received a call telling me there were ready to bring in the frames but to a different location. Wheaton was where o had to bring them on Saturday. I was told they would be ready Monday, then received a call the glasses were ready so I proceeded to state I would pick them up Tuesday at 6. I went to Wheaton and was rudely told” you didn’t show up so we went them to the Naperville location”. Had to drive another 30 mins to the original location. To pick them up for someone to tell me I don’t understand the confusion. Here is a novel concept, explain you your customer a where they should be picked up from. Be upfront and improve you communication with clients.I would not recommend going to any Pearle Vision ever again. You have lost my business.

So I have Esotropia, an astigmatism in both eyes as well as I am nearsighted. Every pair of glasses Ive had were helpful but never 100%. Dr. Dunning went above and beyond to make sure I had the right prescription, he even gave me a second exam to be sure. As soon as my glasses came in, I put them on and my whole world changed! I highly recommend this place!

After having bad experiences at Vision Works and Americas Best my husband and I decided this was the last place we were going to try. They exceeded our expectations! The Dr was wonderful and helpful as was the staff. Even though we were there past closing they did not rush us. Just picked up our glasses this week and they are perfect! We were so excited to wear them right out of the store! We will definitely go back!

Very impressed with the customer service. I came in on a Sunday in kind of last minute. I had never been to pearl vision before but I thought I would give it a try and also see if they had Oakleys. Well they did and I was more than happy. Karla, I think was her name was so great! She explained all of my options and what my cost was with my insurance. She was super nice the entire time and we finished up after they should have been closed. Not many places would stay late to help a customer. She did and pearl vision gained a customer. Thanks!

This was the worst customer service ever. The Manager Fatima is clueless. I booked an appointment over a year ago and I got a text confirming the appointment for today. When I got to the location they said no appointment you had to confirm it. Unfortunately I had deleted the text message so I couldn’t show them what it said. Nothing was done to accommodate my inconvenience. But I’m sure if I didn’t show up the would have charged a service fee. They just lost a client!!

They are also very helpful with advice on insurance claims & we love that free eyeglass adjustments can be made nationwide at any Pearlevision location.

Went to see Dr Fazal today she was amazing! Informed me of some things about my eyes no other Doctor has ever done. She was super efficient and I walked out of there with perfect vision in my contacts lens! I am so excited to have found my new eye doctor! Thank you again Dr. Fazal.

Currently writing this from the parking lot of the Aurora location. I am currently on the phone with the corporate office, again. February 7th I received an eye exam from Dr. Dunning. Who did not wash his hands upon physically examining my eyes resulting in giving me pink eye. I went to my primary care physician and received treatment. I spoke with corporate who suggested I speak with Dr. Fazal who will be able to address this issue. I meet with her today, to which she stated “what do you want me to do?”. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location, and I am DEEPLY disappointed with the hygiene and professionalism of this location. Please! Take your money to another location and if you can help it do NOT get examined by Dr. Dunning or Dr. Fazal!

Made a phone call here for a friend wanting to know if they accepted her insurance and got told go call the number on the back of your card. Calling ahead to ask if we accept your insurance is an odd request.Granted, this might be asking a bit much if someone cant even be bothered to shut down whatever is on their computer and you know, do your job by looking up whether it is accepted or not.Dont worry - Ill be telling my friend to go elsewhere. If thats how they talk to people on the phone Id hate to see what they do in person.

This place has rubbed me the wrong way several times. Getting glasses was a pain in the ass for my husband and I initially, then when my cousin broke her glasses, we were told that we would have to drive to the Woodridge location in order to get another pair, after I looked at the lady as if though she was nuts, that is when she offered to have them taken care of. Last, I missed an appointment due to being in an accident and Fatima called today confirming the appointment but stated that missing our appointment really hurt them and she wanted to make sure that we could be there because other people are knocking down the door. As a healthcare professional, I saw that as rude and addressed her and she then stated that she does not care if we were to go elsewhere. Okay, fine, I’m gone.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE! The Doc is extremely rude and demeaning and the products are cheap! My $400 glasses are scratched BECAUSE of the anti-scratch/anti-glare crap they charged me way too much money for and they broke right down the middle like Poindexter!(I submitted a pic with this review). But despite the cheap product... The Doctor (and I use the term loosely) Dr. Charles Dunning is a bully, please dont go and make the same mistake I did! Run, dont walk to the next eye doc!
