Your Poor Customer Service Cost Me! Unpleasant experience, no credibilityThis is regarding the store For Eyes, 618 Illinois Rte 59 Suite 118, Naperville, IL.Our child frame had broken accidentally. Since we bought protection plan when we purchased the glass, so, I did talk to individual at this store, said they couldnt get the replacement frame. So, they dont provide glasses.I walked into this store many times for other options. Result is frustration.Awful service.I dont see any value of getting protection plan and waste of money. I do not recommend this store.

I got my eyes checked and got new glasses, felt no improvement. Went back and Optometrist told me that I need surgery. After the surgery, they will replace the lenses in the same frame for free. I had the surgery and now when I call them they tell me that they will get back to me but they never call back. After my third call today they told me that will not replace the lenses. Bad business - I highly suggest do not use Foreyes.

I will never EVER return here. If the doctor tells you that its ok to occasionally sleep in your contacts... Shes highly mistaken! Also, non existent help during Covid. They were closed, and no one was around on any customer service for me to be able to have access to my prescription. I, in turn ran out of contacts and had to go somewhere else. I felt rushed and as of I were inconveniencing the doctor with my blindness as she rushed through which was better, lense on or lense two. Lastly, my glasses were delayed and the prescription was wrong.Also, if you order from 1-800 contacts and your prescription changes.... You can send the box back.However, in this hell hole.. even if they give you the wrong prescription if you had them over 30 days (even unopened) they wont give you your money back or even partial return.Save yourself time, health, frustration and money by visiting Brenart Eye Clinic in Yorkville, IL.

6 stars!! My entire family has been coming here for 8 plus years and this has been by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE ever!!! We were greeted immediately, had frames picked out specifically for my face and for my prescription and Jennifer, one of the managers was very helpful explaining the precise measurements that she was taking and how that was going to benefit me. Its nice to have people that love what they do as a profession and it shows! well done!

I have been to a For Eyes in the past.This location is close to my home, Jennifer The manager of this location approached me while trying on glasses. Giving good suggestions on frames styles. The people in the store seem very genuine and well educated. I would recommend going to this location and ask for Jennifer.

Very expensive and whenI called to get a copy of my prescription and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I wont be buying glasses from there again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

For Eyes Naperville is my go to place for new eyeglasses and good customer eye care. When you go there you will find Jennifer, Alexa, Amiah and Millie who all provide excellent customer service. Whether you’re going for contacts or eyeglasses they are there to help you not only to help see you better but make you look good and make sure you are comfortable with your new glasses or contacts. The people were very helpful! Although I walked in without an appointment, I was greeted immediately! They started showing me reasonably priced frames while I waited for the optometrist. My exam was thorough. The optometrist talked with me about my options, and was very good about explaining everything. After that, they went through my lense options and I made my selections. About a week later I was back to get them fitted and picked up. I love my new glasses! Thank you For Eyes!

Staff is great... Andrew in particular is great to work with and have been patient with me. But their lab is not the best... Takes two weeks to receive glasses. Also, their lab have screwed my one of my prescriptions and they take another two weeks to get them to send the correct pair.

Great service from both the physicians as well as the staff. My entire family has being going to this office for at least 9 years. Whether getting an eye exam , new glasses, or walking in for emergency glasses repair, the staff has always expressed courtesy and respect. The staff has spent extra time to ensure that I understood the coverage of my insurance and then made suggestions to save me money. They go the extra mile!!

I recently moved to the area & was very pleased to find Amaya (not sure of spelling) at For Eyes in Naperville! She was so very sweet, friendly & knowledgeable. I ordered new lenses for 3 frames I had previously purchased from a different For Eyes location. She was able to answer all my questions & my order was completed quickly! Thank you, Amaya, for the great customer service!

I had a great experience with my exam and then a very disappointing experience on the sales floor. Three different quotes were provided to me for the same pair of glasses. One representative actually tried to tell me that I would save more using their promotion instead of my eye insurance. Clearly that made no sense at all. I was pretty annoyed and left. Thank goodness I did. I bought the exact same glasses they wanted to sell me for almost $400 for $79 online INCLUDING the lens upgrade.

Pleasant experience, staff was very helpful with picking glasses. Even though they were very busy they were very attentive to every customer. Good experience, and I will return

I have gone here for a few years. This last time the contacts I got were not comfortable. I gave it a few months to see if they started to feel better. They did not so I finally called to see if there was another brand of contact I could switch to. I spoke to the doctor I saw and she said it would be best to come in. I tried to make an appointment and they want to charge me $90.00 just to have a doctor look at my contacts and see what the problem is. I am not due for another eye exam until November but they want to make me pay just to see if they contacts are the issue and to possibly try another brand. I will not go back there and I will let others know that For Eyes does not stand behind their products. They are more concerned about making money than they are about their customers vision. How sad.

Really poor customer service. They ordered the wrong frames, then placed a corrected order on the computer while I was there, but I got a phone call three days later that they just placed the order. No explanation or apology. When I went to pick up the glasses they were very unfriendly. Not sure whats up with them because my initial experience last year was good. Now it seems like they dont care at all about their customers. Im really disappointed and will not be returning or recommend this location.

They try to stick you with anti-reflective coating that insurance does not cover. Very unprofessional. They should allow the good lenses without the coating. That is a scam. These type of business practices are why people stop going.

Without going into details, I have to say that I dont like the place or service. There are better places where they treat you well for giving your business.

I wanted my 2yr.old daughter to be seen for possible eye infection & Dr. Wu refused to see our child!! What a horrible feeling going to the professional for help & being turned away.

The phone lady Tanya was rude and did not want to help, after prying for help she finally decided that the inconvenience was not worth her time. And told me she would call me which they did not.

Wow. They charge $40 just to look up your file to see what your eye measurements are even if you’ve gotten your eyes checked with them. Greedy.
