I had the most pleasant experience today at the vision center all thanks to Joanne and her guidance and helping me choose the perfect pair of glasses while also helping me get discount due to the deal with getting contacts and for understanding my problem with insurance and helping me find a way to afford my dream glasses and she also was wonderful to my service dog

I dont know the doctor in above location nor the quality of customer service (for me was a little slow buy not terrible), but the technician who install the lenses into the frame was very good. I had issues in other optical services, in different places but this one is perfect.

They have a lot of things here from groceries, school and office supplies, craft and gardening, movies, video games and electronics, clothing, tools and hardware, toys, sports and camping and personal care items. I wish they had a better selection of produce, but all the basics are here. Competitive prices too. The Deli is limited on offerings compared to a euro deli, and their prices are high at the deli to. The rotisserie chicken is tasty and not a bad price. I do 90% of my shopping here, mostly because of convenience. They also have curb side pick up with on-line ordering. I have never used it but a friend says sometimes it takes a while for them to bring out your stuff, but he still recommends it. They do a good job of getting your items together. Over all this is my go to place to shop.

Vision center has horrible customer service. Eye doctor isn’t professional and speaks in an arrogant manner. The only good thing is their safety protocol measure that all customers have to follow. Would not recommend.

The Marlene in the optical vision center was horrible. She was combative for no reason. I was very appreciative that Walmart is one of the only places offering vision services during our countries crisis. She snatched things out my hand and I never once reacted because I didn’t want to risk not being able to drive home. Someone please talk to her.

The Dr got my prescription spot on! The doctor is really good. The help is another thing. 4 visits just to get contacts. They are very understaffed and they seem to always be on a learning curve and ability to process orders efficiently.

The customer service in the optical is awful. I went today Friday September 13 as a walk in, 4:20pm, asking for do a check to my mom, and first at all they dont accept prescription from another country, which I can understand, second when I asked for the check up to my moms vision, the doctor at that moment (didnt see his name) told me no because they close at 5pm.... then I told him was 4:25pm he told me: oh we cant accept more people is because we already have a lot of customers... I just said: OK. And, I went to Costco, and not only Costco optical accepted the prescription from another country for my mom, they treated us so good and we finally could have my moms glasses done. Walmart optical is a shame...

When the Dr. Is 20 minutes late to his 1st appointment after his assistant called me 4 times in 24 hours to insure id be on time, there is a problem. I am fed up with my time being disrespected by Drs who couldnt care less.

I am a physician and find the services at Wal-Mart to be great! Dr Ryan did an excellent job of improving my vision with the multi-focal contact lenses. I highly recommend him and Wal-Mart Vision Center.

This place is an awesome place to get your vision test and glasses, from the doctor to the manager and a couple of technicians who helped me were not only outstanding in what they do, but also in providing excellent customer service! my heartfelt thanks to the team, especially to Azra and Tanvir!
