They have an updated opto-mapper(?) that scans the inside of your eye for any issues. $40 extra but I think its worth it to find anything early.

Very kind, professional and speedy - got me lenses for my computer glasses in less than an hour. Place is spotless and well organized. I had a great experience.

I saw Dr. Cynthia Bjorseth this morning and had a wonderful experience. She was so personable, genuine and answered all my questions. The staff moved me right along and was very accommodating. They have a great selection of eyewear and I felt very comfortable.

Everyone was very pleasant, Dr. smith was awesome he answered all our questions. We didnt know much about Vision insurance they explained everything so we could benefit from our coverage. Very beautiful office, will be going back!

She expertly fixed the problem by customizing a screw for the hinge. The office has a very comfortable and welcoming vibe, and DJ is such a kind person. Thank you D.J. for the excellent customer service, and I guarantee the next time I need any frames or glasses, I will be coming back!

I have been in states since 2001 and have moved a lot during past 18 years. And have had my glasses since 1999. So I have had the chance of getting my eyes checked and glasses made from in India, Denver, Milwaukee, Connecticut, South Carolina and at another optometrist in Naperville, BUT this place has provided me with the best set of prescription glasses ever. The staff and doctor are very easy to work with and the prescriptions are correct down to the last minutest detail. There are no endless waits and you are in/out in no time.

Super friendly and knowledgeable doctor and staff, who helped me realize that my prescription had been over-correcting for years which explains the frequent headaches I get! Definitely cares about getting it right even with “boring” patients like me rather than just churning people through the door.

Dont Visit English Rows Eye Care, I had a worst experience with them. They pose as In-Network with your provider, they wont give you enough information if they are actually In-Network Instead they steel your money at the end of the appointment and say that they are not the direct to our Insurance provider. Please dont visit English Rows Eye Care, they are money minters.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were very pleasant and helpful to interact with. Any future eye issues I have I will definitely go there again.

I have been going to Dr.Allan Smith for a while, no complaints, he is a wonderful doctor and I would like to keep going to see him. His staff is really good too, at least most of them. However, I had the worst experience today. I went on my lunch break to pick up my contact lenses and give my frames for prescription lenses. The only person to tend to me was someone called Annette. She could not answer any of my questions, was rude, had such a bad, high handed attitude and the worst and shocking thing was how she made fun of my accent. Needless to say, I got nothing done and walked out of there feeling lousy. Wondering if this is the right place for me.

Dr Smith and his staff are amazing and my kids enjoy their time with him as he does their exams.
