I am 59 yes old and have wore glasses since I was a small child. I also have health issues including diabetes. This was, I feel like my first visit to a real doctor. A place of care, a place that gave you answers before questions. I learned what Ive never been told from last visit elsewhere. Love this place and will never leave. Highly highly recommend

My family and i discovered Couture Vision about 5 years ago, somewhat reluctantly. Since that time we are convinced that Dr. Black and his team features one of the very best eye care organizations in the western suburbs- after trying numerous big box eye glass operations. I emphasize the CARE portion as the thorough examinations and recommendations help minimize eye worries and offer confidence for the future. Their personalized appointments help me understand any year to year changes in vision i may be experiencing with personal care & direction. When new eye wear is required, again that one on one touch emerges to assure satisfaction. My family and I heartily endorse this business and it’s entire professional team!

Went in looking for new frames. They were very helpful in ordering my frames, providing a lot of information on the lenses, and kept me up to date on my order since the frames I wanted were out of stock. Highly recommend!

I just love this practice! They are so fantastic! Not only did Dr. Klover perform a thorough eye exam, she really nailed my prescription. The staff also set me up with really great, contemporary frames. The staff was totally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Five stars all the way!!! This is kind of practice that will keep me for life. It was a terrific experience, and I would highly recommend Couture Vision.

Saw Dr. Klover last weekend, and had the most comprehensive eye exam of my life. She was extremely thorough and kind and gave me a variety of options for the types of lenses I might want. In addition to this, my frames were ready within three days. I will say, frames are more expensive here than other places, all frames are designer, but as they say, you get what you pay for. As someone who has previously gone to Costco Vision Center, I cannot express enough the difference in time, quality, and customer service that Couture Vision provides. Also, it is nice to be able to support an exceptional local business.

Wonderful doctors, great selection and prices but please dont use the Clear Care product they recommend for contact lenses. I ended up screaming for days in pain due to the caustic burns it caused on my eyes.

The absolute best of the best around the Chicagoland area. I have been coming to Couture Vision for approximately five years now.I have seen both doctors Black and Klover. My most recent examinations have been with Dr. Klover. She is absolutely meticulous in detail.With a history of two eye surgeries, I imagine some of my needs are more complex than that of other patients. I have been fitted with both glasses and contact lenses at this location. The doctor’s determination to find the absolute best solution is unparalleled.Most importantly, of all the optometrists and ophthalmologists that I’ve seen over the years, Dr. Klover takes the time to really explain what is going on and why patients are experiencing some of the symptoms that they are going through. She is truly caring towards her patients and passionate about her profession.I’m fortunate to have such an amazing team of doctors so close to home!

Dr. Black and his staff were friendly and super helpful. The selection of frames, lenses and sunglasses was amazing! I love new my frames, contacts and sunglasses! The free parking garage off Jefferson was super convenient and close. The appointment was on time and the office was aesthetically pleasing. It was a great experience.

Dr. Black is wonderful - professional, friendly, funny, and makes visits a very pleasant experience. His staff is lovely as well. Highly recommended!Edited to add: I came in with my 5-year old daughter last week for her first eye exam. She was really nervous and said, lets get out of here! several times. Danielle, who works up front, came out from behind the counter and knelt down and talked to my daughter in the sweetest way and reassured her, and even promised to get her a cookie (having asked my permission, of course) when she was done with her exam.The tech who performed the preliminary tests (Im sorry I didnt get her name!) was wonderful too, and even had my daughter sit next to her and help her with the equipment and see the pictures they took of my eyes. That way she saw that it was no big deal and made it easy for her to sit to have the screenings as well.Dr. Klover did our exams, and was so patient and wonderful with my daughter and me. It really was a great and positive experience that day, and my daughter said, now Im not afraid of the eye doctor anymore!Im very happy to hear that their business is expanding, and it isnt hard to see why - they do wonderful work here. Dr. Black has done a fabulous job building his business and I wish them all the success in the world!PS - Yes, my daughter got her cookie! :)

Both my husband and I saw Dr. Klover a few months apart. We both had an excellent experience and will definitely be going back to her for our eye care. Highly recommend her! She is great!

I recommend Dr. Black to all my friends. He is thorough, attentive and nice to deal with. He caught a change in my RX that my previous doc had not noticed (I had a couple exams close together due to a change in insurance..). And the selection of glasses and the assistance provided in making that selection - superb.

I loved the help I got in picking out the right frame for me. Also they were glad to help with figuring out my insurance benefits. Everything was explained including why the had to get measurement and they double check the prescription before calling you to make sure it is correct. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable the prices were very competitive. I would recommend them to family and friends. I also love that I can see!

Dr. Black is a wonderful Optometrist. He was was able to take care of my special eye care needs and carefully considered my family history. I received the exam I needed. I purchased the best fitting frames ever. He has a fantastic assortment of designer frames.

I have been going here for years and I cannot express enough how incredible this business is from quality of care by the doctors and the customer service of the rest of the staff. Dr. Black is the epitome of professionalism and yet still makes the chore of going to the eye doctor fun. Ive had issues in the past because of how my eyes are finding a doctor to get my prescription right and Dr. Black can do it without drops which blows my mind. Carson helped me find the perfect frames and took as much time as I needed, which was a lot lol! Kaycee handled my insurance info when we hit a hiccup quickly and easily. I now live in Florida and still come here for my glasses because Ive been to many other places and nothing compares to Couture Vision. You guys are the best, thank you!!

Dr. Black and is staff really made me feel at home when my wife and I went in for our exams. He helped me pick out a great set of glasses and also gave me several options as to what kind of lenses I wanted to have. I am going to go back in the near future for sure to purchase some sunglasses, Dr. Black and his staff are so accommodating as far as scheduling. I received a routine exam from Dr. Black and was very impressed with the level of service and technology in his office. The entire store was beautiful and the selection of products was unparalleled to any other eye care facility I have been to. I would highly recommend this business to everyone for there eye care needs.

I did the eye exam and purchased lenses (to put in my old frame) here. The doctor is wonderful. He checked my eyes very carefully and professionally. The reason that I have to subtract 1 star is the fact that I waited a whole month to finally get my new glasses. Because I didnt purchase a frame there, they just measured my frame dimension without requiring my current glass. However, it turns out that was a big mistake, because the new lenses didnt fit well my frame after two weeks waiting. They had to send the lenses together my frames back to their lab. After another two weeks, I called to check whether my frames arrived and they told me that there was a scratch when they received it and they sent it back. This way, I wait another week to finally get my glasses. They dont even gift you a case with cloth.

One of the best eye doctors I have been to. Very professional and Personable with clients. Even my 1.5 year old is welcome. Tracy is super sweet and helped my wife and I select the perfect pair of glasses.

My 10 year old son needed sports glasses and new lenses in his existing frames. I was impressed when Dr. Black himself assisted with choosing frames that fit well and met my sons criteria. It took a while and they were patient and kind as my son tried on numerous pair until the perfect pair was found.I had an appointment for an exam and was very impressed with the level of care I was given. Dr. Black spent a lot of time reviewing my family history and listening to my concerns before even beginning the exam. After the exam he walked outside with me to show me how much better my vision would be with the lens recommendations he was making. I was very impressed. I knew I was having some difficulty with night driving but when he actually put the lenses in front of my eyes I was amazed at the difference. The extra time it took to do this was of no concern to him. There were other customers but I felt like a priority.I was then left with Katie to help me pick frames. Remember when I said it took my son a while? He comes by it honestly. Anyway, Katie was very helpful and professional as she brought me frame after frame to try. It was after closing (although I didnt know it at the time) when I finally decided on a pair. There were just so many choices!! She never rushed or pressured me. In fact, both she and Dr.Black repeatedly said to take my time and make sure I was comfortable with my choice.I would absolutely recommend this office for you and/or your family eyecare. You wont regret it! It is a level of service you wont find elsewhere.
