Byron was so great working with my 90 year old parents. He went above and beyond to make sure they could use their computer with their limited abilities. He made the extra effort to pick up their computer at their home and make sure it looked exactly as it had before and brought it back to their house got it up and running. His price was very reasonable and his knowledge was superb. I would recommend him to anyone!

I was having problems with my computer a year ago and they were able to diagnose and fix it. I waited, since sometimes you get a quick fix, my computer still works extremely well even a year later. They offer to to come to your home if needed which is a great service.

Computer screen replacement took 6 weeks longer than initially estimated. I was never compensated and only given an option to get my money back or leave it with them for the extra time. I decided I still wanted a working computer and to wait the extra time. When I was contacted that my computer was fixed I was told that my charger may be lost. Luckily, it was found, but the screen that I had repaired 2 weeks ago just fell out and onto the keyboard. I will be going back again hoping to finally get a quality repair, but I do not have high hopes. I would not recommend, when there are plenty of other computer repair shops in the valley.

Byron is amazing! Was having a 911 at work with my printer. He said he would be out in 30-45 minutes. True to his word he was there as promised. He had our issue resolved in under an hour and didnt charge nearly enough for his services. Highly, HIGHLY recommend for any computer issues. Fast, friendly, affordable...the whole package. My hard drive had crashed and could not get any work done. Byron and his team had me up and running again, with an upgrade at a great price, in just a few hours! I continued to have an issue with my computer, to no fault of theirs, they repaired the problem free of charge and like before in just a few hours. By far the fastest and friendliest service I have ever had in a computer repair shop. I will definitely be going back to them the next time I need a computer or service.

I have had a very positive experience with xsys computers. The sales group was very friendly, and fast. I did have a small problem when I got my computer home, and I was not sure if they would be able to help me at that point, but they did, actually came to me home (as my setup is very difficult to disassemble), and resolved the issues. I would recommend them to anyone who either has a problem with their existing computer, or needs new equipment.

They tried to sell me unnecessary things, were overpriced and slow. Byron helped me feel that my concerns were valid and that he is a very trustworthy person and business.

My little brother took his computer in to get the screen fixed. $200.00 later the screen was in worse condition. We went to discuss it, and they basically told us to pound sand. Well $50 bucks later and a 5 min YouTube tutorial, we got the screen working. These guys were unprofessional, and apparently incompetent.

I am an 82 year old senior, consequently not very computer savvy. I was duped into believing that AVG techs had to remove a software program from my computer that was incompatible and causing many customers problems. When I got suspicious and began to refuse what they required, it was too late and they had encrypted my laptop with a serious virus and shut it down. I found the X-SYS company on my phone and saw their ratings so I called and Byron assured me that they could solve the problem. I delivered the laptop to him and within two days I was able to pick it up, completely cleaned, a new hard drive installed and working like new, better than ever. He was able to save my pictures and documents. I appreciated his friendliness and his cost was very reasonable for the work that had to be done. I am now wiser and very grateful.
