I was working on my home network in a Saturday and no one in cache valley had what I needed, which was a lot of networking cable and someone to consult and troubleshoot. I called and after working through the phone tree, which was easy, I was speaking with Morgan. After a few questions he knew what I needed and went the extra mile to get me what I needed and taught me how to use the right tools, troubleshoot my little network and ultimately get my network up and running. Can’t thank him enough!

My computer showed an error and would shut off as soon as I tried to boot it up. This was the only computer repair open on a Saturday and willing to look at my computer immediately. I was in and out with my computer up and running in 10 minutes and they didnt charge me anything. I was so impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help. I would recommend to anyone.

The keyboard on my laptop wasn’t working, so I brought it into United Computer to have it replaced. Unfortunately, in the process of them repairing it, some unexpected problems came up. However, the staff at United Computer did their best to right the situation, and in the end, fixed my keyboard at an incredibly discounted price. Now my laptop is working great! The staff at United Computer are very knowledgeable and this is a company that you can trust will do their best to help and will do it at an honest price.

Issue with my pc was automatically shutting down. Getting insane heat records off of my cpu. Took it in and they were able to sort a couple issues out and I brought it back home. Not even a day later the same dang issue started happening. Called them up and they took care of the issue. Also didnt charge me for bringing it back in saying, we warranty our work and since the issue wasnt solved the first time, we back up that guarantee to make sure we get it done right.These guys are awesome. Next unsolvable issue I have, its going straight to them.

Custom PC wouldnt start! Save yourself time and money!I WISH I would have to gone to United Computer Service from the beginning! To fix my PC, I spent countless hours on my own, bought a new part in vain, and even took my PC to TWO other PC repair shops in town. Nothing worked... until I called United Computer Service. If I wouldve gone to them from the beginning, I wouldve save a lot of time and money. Quick fix and great value!

Took in a laptop that wouldn’t charge, they worked with me from attempting a quick, cost-effective weld to eventually replacing the power jack and motherboard. They stand behind their work, and keep costs as low as possible.

Called to find out if they had a part from a pretty old computer. They looked through their inventory of older computers and were able to find one. Since the part was so old and small they ended up giving it to me for free. Nice people and great service!

Incredible people! I went in and asked for some upgrades for my mid-2012 Macbook Pro and Morgan was super helpful! Since I didnt want my hard drive info cloned on the new SSD, they were able to get it back to me the same day. Cant recommend these guys enough, seriously if you need computer help this is the place to go.

Over the years United Computer has helped me with problems big to small. (Viruses, data, hardware, etc). They have always provided excellent communication and customer service. They’ve always treated me with respect, although I am virtually computer illiterate. I would consider taking my tactility problems anywhere else in Cache Valley. Thanks United.

My computer suddenly stalled and wouldnt even load Windows. I had heard from friends how much they liked United Computer, so I took it there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very good to work with. They spent time answering my questions and helping me understand what was needed and why, and made sure my computer was working perfectly for me. The price was fair and reasonable and I will go back to them when I need their help again! And Im telling all my friends too!

These guys are awesome. They worked with me after hours to get my laptop up and running. They were able to get parts in much faster than anywhere else and I wasnt out my laptop for several weeks, like I would have been if I had gone elsewhere. There prices were also much better than anywhere else I found. Go see these guys if you need computer help!

If I hadnt brought the broken box by after 4:30 they would have fixed it same day. The guys are cool and know there stuff.

We brought in a computer and a printer that had some problems and they were able to fix them both. The service was great - we didnt have any problems. I believe they are under new management. We will go there in the future if need be - though hopefully we dont have any more computer problems.
