I had a wonderful experience getting my oil changed. A lot of places try and take advantage of women and upsell things they don’t need. I never have that problem here. They’re incredibly helpful and give me information to make the best decisions for my car. Very kind staff, I won’t go anywhere else to get my oil changed.

The customer service and kindness Aaron showed me amazing! I stopped by to ask them to help me check my oil levels due to a leak I may have and my oil light coming on. They helped me right away, filled up my oil and were able to give me possible reasons my car is leaking. I will definitely go back for future oil changes, etc.

I went to this location to have my transmission serviced and got exactly what I needed. I was immediately greeted by Aaron, who was very knowledgeable and professional. My car was then handed over to Nate who serviced my transmission and even fixed my air filter for free, overall a very positive experience!

Aaron at this shop is AWESOME! He’s great at what he does and very professional. I use to go to the dealership often for my mechanic work but now I come to this shop because I know my car is in good hands. I recommend this shop to any and everybody to get their car serviced.

This place is my go to place for my oil changes. It’s reliable and the guys here are super knowledgeable and quick. Nate is especially professional and a super nice technician.

They waited on me to arrive after I called to see what time they were closing. It was 10 minutes until they were due to close and the man that answered the phone insured me that if I arrived before closing that they would make sure my oil change would be done. They did just that and fast. They were efficient, yet swift.

I went to Havoline for the basic maintenance that was due on my vehicle. The staff at this location were very informative. They explained to me why and when certain services were due or will be due soon on my vehicle so that I will be prepared when the time comes. Yet I did not feel pressured into buying anything. The customer service was great, very friendly and professional. They took their time and did not make me feel rushed, even though they were very busy. They were honest, trustworthy, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I live about 30 mins from there and will not be going anywhere else from now on. Only had emissions done on two vehicles. Very friendly, laid back staff. I was so happy they were doing emissions on Memorial Day May 31, 2021. That was the only day I could get my emissions and last day of the month. Them being open saved me from paying late fees. Thank you!

I had an emission inspection done on my Jeep. I also inquired about if they had air to put in tires. When my vehicle was done with its inspection and I had already paid and was returning to my Jeep, I noticed one of the techs kneeling by my suv. He pointed out a nail in my tire and let me know that all four tires including this one now had the proper amount of air in them. I was impressed as I hadnt yet told anyone which tire needed air and here they had already filled the tire up and found the nail. This is important as I had already had my tire to a major tire location and twice they had not been able to locate the nail. Great service, reasonable price! I will for sure go there again.

Usually I get wonderful service here however today I went in 5 minutes before closing which I understand everybody is tired and wants to go home. My issue was that everyone just stared at me, I asked them if they were closed and nobody responded to me they just kept staring at me. We understand you are tired however just because you are about to close does not mean you should loose your customer service. A simple sorry mam we are about to close would have made it. Customer service and kindness is what will keep you in business if you have none your business will not survive. Again I am not complaining because they were about to close, I am complaining for their lack of customer service. At the end of the day business is the heart, remember that. Do better next time

Havoline was very courteous and professional. While they were doing my oil change, the manager noticed that my serpentine belt was not on correctly and he fixed it for with no charge. They care about if your car fixed and treating you fairly and not trying to get over on you. I recommend them to anyone with 5 stars.

Ive used this business on multiple occasions for both of my vehicles. I noticed after I left on 6/3/2021 that they had not performed everything on the checkoff list that I was given. When I returned and asked them to perform the services, the manager said that even though those services were included on the list, they were not part of the service that I paid for. If they cant be trusted to do what they have said they have done, Ill have to find another place to get my oil changed.

This is not just a quick oil change place. The mechanics there actually know what theyre doing. They have really helped me several times when I was having a strange noise in my car or something was leaking. Theyre professional theyre quick theyre honest. They also do emissions. I have been coming here for years.

I came in for an oil change on my lunch break which is only 1hr long. They made sure I was out on time and even noticed my wipers were beyond in need of help. They recommended other parts that needed replacing due to overworking my vehicle. All in all great prices, great service and most importantly great customer service! Did my car emmission and the tech was very nice and professional. He was very quick and did a great job. I asked him to wear a mask and he had no issues. This was my third place trying to get my emmission done and the others flat out refused and said they will not put a mask on. Thank you Havoline!

Shane and the guys were great.. this place was pretty busy when I arrived and I almost went to turn around in the back parking lot but they got my attention and flagged me down. Spoke with a nice young guy who reassured me that it would only take 25-30mins to get me out of there.. Well guess what, I was out of there in less than 20 with those 2 cars that were originally in front of me. I was kinda surprised honestly. Well definitely be back again for my next oil change. Emissions test. Professional, Courteousand quick. Cost was higher than other places I saw but they had long lines. The best part was there wasno wait, so it was worth it to me.

I Had an amazing experience with Aaron and The young lady they were extremely helpful and kind, they also were patient with me as I didnt immediately know what I had came in for but they showed great care and professionalism to help me. I was told of price change and even got a discount . I will be here as my new favorite Havoline store because of them.

My wife brought her car in yesterday and brought me home papers about our car and the services she had done. I am a retired mechanic so I was suspicious. After I saw what the lady explained to her and what they had repaired I was pleased to see that they were legitimate repairs. Often women are taken advantage of at places but not here. Its nice to know I can send my wife somewhere that her best interest is mind and not just money.

Ok exp. Shame they didnt honor the $19.99 star basic oil change that every other havoline express location offers. Only lost a few bucks. They were quick tho (15 mins) and used my oil n filter like I asked. Nothing shady thankfully other than no longer offering the $20 change at this location. Pretty sure its standard for havoline, as its on the website. I would chk other locations first next time. But they did a descent job. They did try to upsell me on other stuff I could get done, but to be fair they did tell me the mileage previous things were done at last, which is always good to know for the future if I decide to do them later.

Finally I have a Great Oil Express place right near my new home.. after going through a couple nightmare experiences at Jiffy Lube and Tires Plus by my old home, I’m extremely relieved to have a quality and timely oil change done by employees that clearly know what they’re doing and talking about.. They had the chance the pull one over on me and wife and they STILL were 100% completely honest and forward. I feel like the people running this shop are more than trustworthy compared to my other Express Lube experiences.

I would highly recommend this location for many reasons. I came in yesterday for an oil change and by the end of it I was laughing and had my car ship shape. Melissa went over several things about my car after my oil changed. I have limited car knowledge and she explained it to me in a way I could understand. I didnt feel pressured. After that she referred me to Shane who helped me prioritize the services I needed and the ones that could wait for the future. When its time for those repairs thats where Im going to get them. The other gentlemen opened the door for me and the lobby smelled wonderful. Wonderful atmosphere.

I wont go again. So I normally change my own oil, but last summer I was busy. I got their premium synthetic service, like I do when I do it. When I went to change my oil last week I found a grossly undersize oil filter on my Lincoln Navigator. From the pictures you can see the oem filter size that is meant for a v8, vs. what they put on looks like its suited for a small 4 cylinder. Makes me wonder if they use lawnmower filters on smaller cars.
