Had a new strut and ball joint installed this morning. Called them early, and Rodney got me an apt. right then. This shop is like going back in time 50 years, when customer service was number one, exactly what A1 offers. Professional, second to none. Fair and honest pricing, in and out with no nonsense. I will be going there for the next car repair.

They did a quick and efficient job repairing my tire when it went flat; however, when there ended up being a small problem after the repair, I really got to see how professional they are. Jeff, the manager, is a super nice guy and clearly takes a lot of pride in the business and his customers. They quickly had me back in to solve the problem.Its definitely the type of business that is unfortunately becoming harder and harder to find, but their emphasis on the individual person really impressed me. I can almost guarantee I would not have gotten the same treatment at a dealer shop. Theyve earned my business in the future, I highly recommend them as someone you can be very confident doing business with.

I called a lot of other tire shops, and none of them knew what wire rims with knock-hubs were. These guys know their stuff! They quoted me a fair price and let me drop off two at a time, since the car couldnt be moved. Will be going to them for my future tire needs.

If a could give 10 stars I would! 😩 They truly saved the day. I had an old tire that needed mounting and balancing and they were the only ones whod do it without the tire being spanking brand new. Saved me an awful lot of money. They were also very quick and extremely nice and patient. I was literally in and out in like 20 minutes.

2020 was my year to have tire issues. I stopped by A1 the day I had a nail and a bolt in two of my tires. They were able to patch one tire and referred me to someone else down the road for the other tire as they didnt have my size used tire in stock. I like businesses who support other businesses and the place they sent me, those folks were nice too. A few months later and I start having air pressure issues with one of my tires (gas station air stations are the worst), I eventually got the tire valve stem replaced and got two new tires. Each visit with A1 has been a good one. They are fair and honest and have always been fast to complete my issues.

My family has been loyal to this shop for almost 2 decades. But, I personally had never been until today. I’m a female and don’t like making an appearance in auto shops because I simply don’t trust a majority of them. My father, friends, or brother-in-law would take my vehicles for me. Most recently, my husband took our family car for a set of tires. But after 21 days, I woke up to find one of my tires was down to 15 PSI. My husband was not able to take it in, so reluctantly I took it. I was greeted, I explained my predicament, the gentlemen was quick to service my vehicle and offer a solution. He did not try to sell me anything and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. My tire is now patched (Thank you, A-1!) from a small nail I picked up (not A-1’s fault, therefore, not their obligation to correct it, but they helped me anyway!) on a very long road trip, and the patch should last me long enough. And when I need to replace the tire, I will go right back to A-1 for a replacement. (This review is not bought like another reviewing tried to claim.)

I have been using A1 Tires for over 7 years for my car repairs. They keep certified mechanics that perform A1 quality work. Needless to say I trust them with all my mechanical work.

This place has no idea what there Doing. I went in there today to get a front in alignment and they looked at my car and told me that my suspension was too bad to have an alignment that my wheels about to fall off and that my ball joints were bad. Then they proceeded to try to charge me $80 for a Diagnostic and I said no. I took it to another tire store down the road and told them to look at it because I knew what A1 tires and Moore said was not true.When I took it to Eagle’s tire they told me that everything that a1 tires told me was wrong and the only that it needed control arms and an alignment for a much better price than A1.I would not recommend A1 tires.

Be careful of going here. I understand there are risks when you buy a used tire, but I bought 2 used tires from them on Monday. Tuesday morning a I wake up and they are both flat. I take the tires back and they said both had nails in them and that they could be plugged. After the plugging I realize both nails were in the side wall areas which is a very dangerous area for a tire to be plugged. After calling them about it they are now saying I probably ran over both nails in both of the tires that I bought from them a day ago. They didn’t offer any other tires nor discounts. Just buy more tires.

I went to have new tires put on my car, and when it was completed the tire pressure light came on. I took it back weeks after the work was done to see why that light was on. Turns out the censor on the front right tire got damaged. The didnt fight me when I told them it had to have happened when they were changing my tires. The owner took ownership and said it must have been them that did it. He then changed my censor free of cost. I liked the fact that they acknowledged where they went wrong, took ownership and did something to fix the problem. They get 5 stars from me!

Went in for an alignment and tire balance. Got a quote for $99. Guy came back out and said I didnt need an alignment. Any other place would have taken my money without a 2nd thought. Honest fast and reliable. Plus they saved me some money. Definitely reccomend this place for all your automotive needs.

I got Rodneys name from a friend who got tires and brakes done there. Walked in it was a bit busy but everyone was nice. I needed back brakes done on my SUV. I went to several places near the area. A couple were lower priced but less service. A couple were way to expensive all around.. What makes Rodney the best is what comes standard for brake service. To my knowledge not many around the area can match the quality products and service. A1 isnt one of those cheap slap the brakes on and go and didnt try to upsell on anything. I ended up with a deal just a few dollars more than the cheap guys (and a lot of standard service free) and at least $50 less than the expensive guys. Very satisfied. I will be back Rodney Thanks.

Awesome experience. Had new tires installed, great ride and great price. Also had a wheel hub bearing assembly installed, the part was bad (not their fault), I took it back, they put another new part on, rides great now. Owner and son are very professional and fair with pricing. I also get my oil changed here now as they only charge 49.99 for a synthetic oil change, which is a very good and fair price. Highly recommend them.

I was dissatisfied with a previous repair shop as it seemed that every time I went for a routine oil change, there were a multitude of issues I needed to address. When I went to A1 Tires, I explained all of that to Rodney and asked if he would do a similar checkup so that I could see what really needed to be done. A long story short....I saved about $400.00, repaired only what needed to be repaired and have been on the road since! The service was excellent,!timely and above all HONEST!! Thank you A1 Tires!!

I needed a tire on Christmas Eve and after trying several places who said it would take 3-5 days to get the tire size needed I went to A1 tires. They ordered the tire I needed and it was installed by 3:30 the same day. Great price and outstanding customer service. I will use them again.

My son had a bad tire. I sent him over to A1 because it was the closest shop to his location. The staff was super helpful. They didnt have the tire he needed, but called another shop down the road, found what he needed, and sent him over there. I met him over at the shop they recommended and he was back on the road in no time.

A1 does not stand on it’s word. No loyalty no matter how much you spend with them. Father and son that have no customer service. What keeps customers is customers service, maybe he can get his daughter and not son to work the front and let him get his hands dirty. The mechanics on the other hand are stand up guys. But you meet those two before you meet them.. maybe they can petition for new staff upfront and really get money in the door.

Originally went to nobodys down the street to get some air for our flat tire, and Was told it wasnt possible. They referred us here and this place was actually very helpful. they got air in our tire and was able to tell us the actual problem. And they got us back on the road in a short period of time. I called 10 mins out and had an emergency. Cammie answered the phone and said she could get me in with 2 mins. I arrived and was in and out with 2 new tires in less than 20 mins on my BMW M4. Will continue to do business with all my vehicles with A-1.

My experience with A-1 tires was a little stressful due to the extent of work that was required in order to get the car back in safe driving condition. The staff there were very friendly, confident and reassuring. As a former Mechanic I feel the staff were honest, knowledgeably and informative to their costumers. However the price was not the cheapest I found. But the quality of work and customer service. I feel no other competitor could compare. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for any automotive preventative maintenance done on their vehicle. Great job guys!!!

Went out of their way to take care of a stranger today. The warning lights and bells on my diesel truck started going off, and I looked to the right and saw A-1 -- pulled in behind the building to take a look at the problem and Rodney walked out to see if I needed help. He and Chuck and another young man (sorry, didnt get your name) found the parts I needed, stayed an hour past closing, and got me back on the road. Nice guys, good work, and a fair price. Couldnt have asked for more.

A1 exceeded my expectations in repairing my car affordably and expeditiously. A Range Rover can be difficult to service but each time they made it seem easy and fully explained my parts and labor. These guys are professional and even helped me out by holding my car when I couldnt get back in town to pick up my ride. I feel more comfortable dealing with them than the deskership! A1 is A1 to me.

On my second visit to get another tire plugged they discovered that the valves on my tires were worn and needed replacing so they quoted me for all four tires which I agreed to. A few minutes later the guy came back and notified me that the front two werent bad at all and didnt need replacing. He could have easily just done the work and I would have been none the wiser when paying for it. Grateful for their honesty.

The owner has great customer service however the quality of the work is subpar. Had my car taken here for a front-end repair now it no longer has a quiet ride. On top of the fact that I was told I need a rear brake job which I found out through a 2nd opinion that I still have plenty of life left on my pads. I wish I could find a repair shop that dont try to beat women out of their $ but actually has a passion to repair a car back to its fullest potential.

Stay away!!!! Buyer beware!!! I arrived at 6:30p which they close at 7p. 30 minutes before closing. They said my job will be done in 15 minutes. I thought I needed a tire fixed. After the young mechanic, filled it with air he found the hole and plugged it up. Just before he was going to put the tire on, he sprayed it and realized there was a slit on the side wall. He stated he did not put the tire in water so he didnt see the other slit. Can you believe they still charged me for the plug???!! $25 for a plug that I cant use!! Then he said they charge $5 for air!! They were so concerned about going home versus keeping a customer happy. The owner was standing there and he wanted that money. If they charged me $10 I would be fine but $25 for a plug and it was the mechanic fault for not doing a thorough job. Some tire place. Customers beware!!!!!!

Down to earth staff. Ive gotten oil changes and minor work here. They seem to have heavy visits each time I visit but always seems to manage well in high volume. Never have had an issue or seen anyone else with one.

I drive a BMW and know that when taking it to a dealership Im going to get a huge bill. I had gone to A1 Tires and More for, well, tires a couple of years ago. My car would not run and I need someone who could help fix it for a reasonable price. I talked to Andrew and then had my car towed to A1. Andrew and Charlie worked through the problems I had without rushing or misdiagnosing my vehicle. Every time an issue came up either Charlie or Andrew would call me to walk through it. I could not have found a better set of mechanics. A1 Tires and More, Andrew, and Charlie have my business. I would recommend that if anyone has any questions give them a call and they will work with you.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR DOMESTICS (American made vehicles) to this appalling shop I asked for a mountain and BALANCE my wheels were not balanced at all plus the customer service they have there is absolutely the worst if I can give them negative stars I would. There work is shotty at best and they say they KNOW quote on quote there domestics. Unless you drive a European car they dont know what theyre doing. Dont listen to the Five Star reviews they were payed for that review
