Very satisfied with how my 4Runner looks! I had damage from a car wreck on the rear and one side. The other side of my vehicle was previously damaged from a trailer backing up into it. It all looks brand new now!

I have an Audi Q5 that had a straight wing and a door, very badly scratched and the paint jumped. Searching Google for a repair and painting service, I discovered this Kars Auto Paint & Body Shop. From everything I found, the only one I suspected would be okay was this Kars Auto Paint. We went to the address and here we met Mr. Byron, the owner of the service. He’s very friendly, communicative and very professional person. He saw what it was about and gave us a free estimate for this repair, showed us another car he had in the workshop, how to do the painting, and took us to a computer where he showed us the colors. . . which will be combined to get exactly the original color from Audi. The professionalism and attitude which he treated us was amazing. We decided to leave the car on Tuesday to be painted, and in four days Mr. Byron promised it would be ready. On the third day in the afternoon he called us that we could go and get the car. It was amazing when I saw the work. No sign of a blow, as if nothing had happened. The paint is perfect. The same color as the factory color and now the car looks like new. They worked very professionally. Although it is a small business, the end result is millions. I highly recommend this Kars Auto Paint & Body Shop, for the quality of services, professionalism, communication and price. So delighted with finding this GEM of an auto body paint and repair shop! I recently purchased a 2005 BMW that needed a new bumpers - the front bumper was barely hanging on and the rear looked like someone tried to spray paint it ….I went to 3 of the big name auto body and paint shops locally and they ALL were quoting me up into the several thousands to do the work.I found Byron Alonso at Kars Auto Body and Paint shop and he was AMAZING!!! Not ONLY did he tell me that I didn’t NEED to purchase a rear bumper, just to paint it… but the price he quoted me was nearly 2/3 LESS than all the other places. I was nervous at first bc the price was SO reasonable and it is a small place but BOY was I WRONG to worry! Byron let me ship my own parts (bought at discount) to his shop while I was out of the country and had the job finished in record time. He communicated with me every step of the process and the job is EXQUISITE! I can not believe how amazing the car looks with the new bumper and PERFECTLY matched paint. With the car being 2005 matching the paint could have been tricky due to fading, but Byron got it exactly right! While working on the car he also replaced a front grill and secured a front fog light.This man is a true professional and reminded me why supporting SMALL business is so important! The other businesses acted like my job was more of a “nuisance job” and I felt like just a number. The owner of this business is very professional and quick to respond. I went on a Monday at the end of the day to ask for an estimate. Bayron gave me all the info and let me know that he took cars Mondays and Tuesdays and while chatting he mentioned it was already a very busy week. Next day I called him to asked him if I could just drop off my car and he said ok. The owner told me he may not have the car ready by Friday since basically he had to repair my rear bumper. To my surprise he called me Friday morning to let me know I could pick up my car. I totally recommend this business!!!

I had brought in aftermarket parts that werent perfect, and even though those parts werent perfect, they improved the fitment to make it even more secure. Came here to get my 2010 Camry hood, roof and trunk painted. It had started to fade badly and was turning white. Came here and was given an estimate for the job. It was slightly higher than the other 3 places I got estimates from but I decided to go with them because:1. The shop was clean and clutter free2. The owner was very friendly3. But what sold me was the owner took the time and actually got the paint codes from the car door jamb and went inside to see if he could match it. No other shop did that. They just looked at the car and gave me a estimate.My car was delivered as promised and looked amazing! I would highly recommend them.

I had a mild damage to the front bumper of my 2015 Lexus ES 350. This car has specialty paint a motion censors so taking this care the dealership is pricey. We wanted to support a local business so we did. After receiving a fair quote we decide to move forward with the repairs.A job that we thought would take a week only took 24 hrs. My Lex looks amazing even better than before my minor bumper damage.Happy customer!

This place is great! I called up before I came in asking for a quote on a spoiler I needed done as a birthday gift. I had minimal information about the car that the spoiler is for. All I had was a picture from the sticker in the door jam and they ran with it. They found out the paint color from a few books they had. They were still hesitant on painting it but I told them that its fine and they should go with it. I came back in that following Saturday and they absolutely nailed the color! I used to work for an architectural sign company and I worked in the warehouse where all the signs got painted so I know what a quality paint job is and these guys have quality. These guys are by far the best. I needed a side mirror for my vehicle. Every place I called before gave me the run around, and wanted too much money for a side mirror for my vehicle. I called Kars, and they ordered the part, and told me to bring my car the following day. They fixed my vehicle in about 2-3 hours. I have been coming to this body shop for 6 years and I will never go to another. Gustavo and Byron have been the best people ever, they tell me exactly what is wrong with my car and never tell me what my car does not need like other body shops where they try to take more out of your pocket then necessary. I did the mistake to take my car to another shop for just an oil change and it was the worst decision of my life. Needless to say I always recommend this shop to all my friends and family. They are very affordable as well.

Today I called about a metal sound coming from one of my tires, Gus took the call, he didn’t promised to fix any issues today but would take a look at it, upon arrival he lifted my car and immediately said, rear brakes need repair, he did the replacement and in about 1 1/2 hours I was going home. After I got in an accident I decided to use them for the repair they kept me informed during the entire process and did great work, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Talked to Byron on phone. Very friendly and informed me on quote I was asking. Took my bumper cover to him. He looked at it, I told him I had called with the quote. He told me the paint color I had was a red pearl. Now if you google that. Youll know red is the most expensive paint. And it being pearl is more. But he stuck to his quote and told me it would be ready in 2 days. He called me promptly the morning of second day! It was ready! Went to pick up. Perfect job! Greeted immediately by handshake. He even gave me the extra paint for touch ups and explained how to store it. Anybody can write a bad review if theyre not happy. But you meet Byron face to face, you will see he is very nice, clean, friendly and honest. I highly recommend Byron and Kars. Thanks Byron. Job well done and on time.

Mr alonzo was extremely helpful in providing an estimate and guided me step by step of what I needed to do to in working with the company and their insurance to come to a resolution for repairing my car. Had my truck towed here on recommendation of Gilmer towing. Alternator and battery were both dead and needed replaced, and they tried to charge me $490, or about 250 for labor. Went to Sanfords auto which only charges $60 for labor. Dont go here.

I was completely satisfied with the entire process . will go there if I have to again .
