Great place to go for maintenance or repair. Drive in, someone is usually right there to help out. Waiting room is open. Courtesy shuttle is great or Enterprise is right up the road. Quick and easy.

This is how a service department should be run! After multiple bad experiences with another dealer’s service department, I decided to check out Nash Service. I am so glad I did because they made it such a great experience. Adnan was my service advisor and he will be my go-to guy moving forward due to his great customer service! They took great care of my vehicle and completed the work in a timely manner. I will strictly be going to Nash moving forward for all routine maintenance!

BE AWARE!!! FIRST AND LAST TIME requiring service from this place, on Feb 23rd I had my Avalanche 2005 serviced here, the original problem was the Brake light on along with the TC warning and Service stability message on the board, therefore I took it to the dealer because this requires a big scanner to get the code and I assumed the Dealer will fix the issue, they called me back saying that the problem was the SL-N sensor and connector and that the labor was going to be $540.00 and parts $288.60 for a total of $828.60 it is pricey but hey if they fix the problem it is ok. I asked are you sure this will fix the problem and the lady on the phone said yes, so they started the work, hours later the lady called me and said hey we swap the sensor and did a global reset on the system but the lights still there and we believe is the ABS control module and you need to buy the part (over $400 price) and pay $350 for additional labor, of course I tripped and started to look for the part an the original was not even available through the dealer so I said please finish the job I will pick up the truck and please give me the old sensor and the bracket replaced back, when I arrived I paid the $828 and the did not have the old parts, well long story short I took my avalanche to a mechanic he replaced the module for a third of what the dealer was asking and did not work so he changed all the spark plugs with the cables and that was the original problem the lights went away and I was so relieved that you would not think of something so simple will be the problem and you can really end up spending soooo much money with the Dealership and they do not even know what they are doing, and this is exactly how I feel. Please do you research when this messages comes on, there is multiple owners complaining about it.

Our assigned service advisor Allison ( as well as any others I have noticed ) super friendly and professional. This is the only side of the business I deal with but would definitely give the rest an opportunity based on this experience.

My experience at Nash was positive, start to finish. I began in the service department and had a pleasant encounter with all of the employees I met. When I mentioned an interest in looking at a new vehicle I was walked to the showroom and introduced to Mr. Brown who was quite helpful even though I said I was most likely not going to purchase a vehicle at that time. The next day I returned and worked with Mr. Martin, because Mr. Brown had the day off. I was favorably impressed with the spirit of teamwork that seemed to be the rule at Nash. Mr. Martin was also very helpful and easy to deal with. He ended up staying late to close out my purchase. I should also comment that the finance people who were involved were friendly, to the point and not pushy in the way that too many car dealers are.I enthusiastically recommend Nash and its employees.

I love coming to this location to get my car serviced. Appointments are easy to get online as well as telephone. The waiting area has wifi and they provide coffee, water, drinks, and snacks. Very comfortable seating and Im usually in/out within an hour so I go during my lunch break. Very nice staff, very pleasant experiences.

The service center is always excellent in reviewing and making recommendations to keep my 2007 Trailblazer serviced and ready for the road. Since I travel a lot for the military to the post here in the southeast, my truck must be ready to go. A light came on the truck and immediately shedrick and team were able to determine the root cause and get me back up and running within 2 hours. Friday August 26 @ approx. 1:55pm I arrived at Nash Chevrolet with the hopes of being able to get an oil changed and brake diagnostic. I pulled into the service lane and a young man came over to the car and the first words out of his mouth were we wont be able to help you Let me first say that I am a young Black American woman and he his Caucasian, the only reason that I want to state that is because if you go to a place of business for service and the first words out of the employees mouth is we wont be able to help you with no other explanation and/or clarity leaves you as the customer to draw your own conclusion that this person is being prejudice because of your skin color. My reply was, you havent even greeted me or asked me what type of services I require. He said well I already know we wont be able to help you for whatever it is. I asked why are you close for business? I didnt understand and while I was asking the young man those probing questions a woman walked over to the car and began opening my door while at the same time asking me what I needed. I told her the services that my car was in need of which were the brakes diagnostic and the oil change; in addition I wanted to check to see how many more free oil changes I had left on the car. She Ashleigh Green said we wont be able to help you because were busy and as I attempted to ask another question she very rudely cut me off and said again WE WONT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU TODAY, HAVE A GREAT DAY! and since she had-had her hand on my door handle the whole time from when she first walked over, she slammed the door on my arm and very rudely walked away from me. As she was rudely storming off away from me I asked her if I could have one of her cards, and she made the young man from earlier bring it to me. I dont know if this is how they treat all of their customers, or just the ones that arent white. Not only will I never visit this location again, but I plan to spread the word to friends, family members, coworkers, social media and anyone I come in contact with to not patronize the busines NASH Chevrolet in Snellville, GA

For several years we have taken our company fleet to this dealership and personal vehicles. For the first time having a issue that the General Manager and Service Manager admit to their fault and offer free service parts and labor included. The next day after wasting two hours off work they switch the hole thing seeking us to pay part of the labor.We will never use, and trust this dealership again. Please read your paper work before agreeing to services and be clear about what they are going to do. They will pull the old bait & switch on you!

I went to Nash service department to get an oil change. The lady was rude! I asked for an oil change and she asked if I had an appointment and I said no, is it by appointment only? She says yes as if I should have known. I just said Ok thinking she would ask to schedule an appointment or try to fit me in. She did not do either. I will not be returning to get my car serviced or purchase a new car. Ive been here on 3 different occasions and everyone seems to hate their jobs. Horrible customer service.

I had quite a few issues with my 4WD Tahoe (with over 200K miles) that I had put off till they could not be ignored. The front suspension was making noises so loud people were jumping and staring when I passed by in parking lots (seriously). I also needed new tires. Shedrick and the rest of the crew there took great care of me, I was treated courteously and professionally by everyone at Nash. The tires were priced competitively... same price as a well known discounted tire store, but now I get my tires rotated and balanced in any Chevy certified service center. My Tahoe suspension was repaired perfectly with a new Pitman arm and some other front end components. They also made a slight adjustment to the front torsion spring height per my request before the alignment. That was a couple of weeks ago and it honestly drives better now than I can ever remember. I have already recommended Nash to some friends and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. -Mark Hill

Nash Chevrolet will not stand up for what they said!!!Two days a go I call service department and ask for price on complete transmission flush on my 2012 Chevrolet Express, filter, gasket and 11.2 quart of fluid. Price was $179.00 for all above. Than I ask girl that I was speaking with, is all 11.2 quart will be flush she said yes.Than yesterday morning I call again to set up appointment. Spoke with same girl ( which I didnt get her name) and set up appointment for 2pm, than I ask again about amount of fluid, filter and gasket which she confirms same as above.At time of service I add tires rotation.But at end of service when I was paying I notice that only 7 quarts of fluid was replaced by dropping transmissions pan down.When I confronted rep about this , he told me that GM didnt recommends complete flush bla bla bla. If customer ask for and paying for something it should be honored. Than he give me phone number of Doug Meliesh who is service director or something like that. So I call him and told him my situation, which he told me that he can not do anything about that, and again GM recommends this and that all run around story just no reimburse no discount no redo job nothing..I will never go back again to Nash Chevrolet for anything..... Please be aware...!!

Michelle the service advisor is totally unprofessional and her judgement and experience is below ZERO! Id taken my car in for service and she turned us away and altered the service records as if the Foreman checked my car out! Her excuse is that I dont have a code to enter in the system to close a RO out therefore I used the foremen code who is on salary! I didnt use the technicians because they are hourly! What if I hadnt caught the error on the document that she provided stating that they were unable to diagnosis a problem with with my key getting stuck in the ignition switch! WHO is they! You are a service provider and you were the only one that looked at my car! Shes nasty and if I could upload the voice recording that I have with her stating that GM isnt going to pay to put us in a loaner to evaluate the issue with my car, I would! First off my car had around 20,000 miles on it, therefore my car was still under warranty and I purchased an additional warranty! Take your car to an honest dealership for service! DONT stop at Nash! If you do you might end up in a crash! My engine shut down going down a hill and we hit a tree a mile away from NASH! THANK GOD we are alive! SHAME ON NASH!

I have been dealing with Nash Cherolet for about 3 years. I had a 2001 Malibu I would always take it to the service department where I received nothing but excellent service. Thanks Spence Roberts. On 9/ 26/17 No one would answer the phone to make an appointment in service. This make twice this has happened. Ive been loyal to Nash for years getting an oil change and service. I had to go to Nash to do so. I voiced my concern about not answering the phone. Shedrick Fashaw made my appointment for 9:30 Wednesday. I arrived at 9:15 and Shedrick signed me in. . It was 11 and I decided to go check on my car. My Corvette was just sitting in the lane with the keys inside. No one came and got me. My QUESTION, How long was my vett sitting there and been ready? The other service techswere not busy . They were just talking. They know me and what I drive. I guess complaining about the phone situation lead to this . No problem they just lost my families business.

This is my 2nd purchase from Nash Chevrolet. I am very pleased with the Service Dept. and the Service Writer Mr. Justin Snipes and wih my Salesman Mr.Larry McNeil who always takes the time to show me how everything on my vehicle works anytime I need him to with no complaints, the Manager Mr. Jeff Townsend and the Finance Manager Mr. Lance Goodson. Everyone at Nash is super and honest, even Mr. Nash comes out to greet me and talk with me when I have my vehicle in for Service. I would reccomend Nash Chevrolet to anyone!

I failed emission test and was given a code. I called nash service twice to find out what I needed to do, only to be put on hold without even a How are you. I hung up the first time after 3 minutes and hung up the second time after 4 and called another chevrolet dealer and was help immediatly, it was a bit more of a drive but worth it.
