Great service and prices! Very friendly helpful staff, really got me taken care of! Didnt try to upsell me on stuff I didnt need. Brett was very nice!! They accidentally called me to tell me my vehicle was ready but when i got there, it wasnt yet, but since I had to drive kind of far, they got it finished for me right away and even gave me a discount for my time!!

One of the best quick and fast service I had. My tech was joe and he was very nice and explanatory. I had to come in for an oil change and I didn’t wait long. Got to run all my errands. Would highly recommend all my friends and family to come and get there service done here. Thank you so much.

I stopped by to have air put put into a chronically low tire. They offered to take the tire off and check it for free. The guys resealed the tire for me on the spot and repaired the damage (small nail.) Fast work and very friendly/helpful!! Gregg provided super customer service!

Brought my car to get front shocks replaced. They replaced the shocks fine but my wheel was clearly off center when I got the car back. Called and told them the new issue they said I could bring the car back and they’d align it. I took the car back the next morning and they called once it was “aligned” it but it was still clearly off center.I told them and they said I’d have to pay for an alignment. My car didn’t need an alignment when I brought it to them, but it needed one after they were done with it? Makes no sense and instead of completely fixing their error they said I needed to pay for an alignment that they caused.I’m never bringing my vehicles here again.

The store was clean, and the staff members were efficient and very pleasant. They took care of me quickly and had me on my way. I would definitely come back to this location for tires and service.

I went in last week and James the store manager was super sweet and very attentive to my needs! Not only did he work with me but he was very good at explaining to me why I needed what I needed! He was not trying to be a sales man but he was just looking out for me and my best interest!! I will definitely be back again!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went in on 4.14.2021 because I had a nail in my tire, which I new was too close to the sidewall to be repaired. The employee confirmed that and said he would have to get the tire from the warehouse and that it wouldnt be in until the next day (4.15.2021). So I left my car there and was assured it would be ready by lunch time. I got busy at work and never heard from them, so I called at 2:06pm and was told my car was ready. I arrived at about 4:30 only to find my car in the same exact spot where I left it with the nail still in the tire. I went inside and the same employee from the day the before asked who told me it was ready. I didnt know his name but described his voice. He knew who I was talking about. He was surprised that it hadnt been fixed. He said to give them 10-15 minutes and they would have the tire replaced. I could tell they were having problems finding my keys, which was confirmed about 10 minutes later when I heard found them. I saw my car get pulled back. The employee (same guy) came out and asked who told me it could be repaired because it was too close to the sidewall. I informed him that HE was the one who told me the tire needed to be replaced. He said he remembered now and THOUGHT he ordered the tire but couldnt locate it and to give him a couple minutes. He did say that if it wasnt there he would run to the warehouse and pick it up. He came back out a couple minutes later and said that the tire was there and to give them 10-15 minutes and it would be replaced. About 15 minutes later they pulled the car around with the new tire. I checked to make sure it was the right tire and it was. He apologized but didnt offer to compensate me in any way. I paid the $235 bill and he gave me a card for $15 off my next visit. I I went on my way. As I am pulling out, I looked down and noticed that the tire pressure light was one. I figured it just needed a minute to reset. Nope. They didnt inflate the tire to the proper pressure. Youd think for $235 the least they could do would be to inflate the tire and check the pressure to make sure it was correct. I will not be returning and will not be needing the $15 off. Never again.

Customer Service was very nice. Didn’t take long to do service on my car. No hidings fee charge. Will be back and recommend friends and family there.

Promised 30 mins for a tire rotation. Its been 1 hour now & Im still waiting! Ive waited 1.5 hrs and finally had enough. Took the car back without them working on it. Good luck to you if you go there. The Mgr said hes short on mechanics.

Great experience at this location. The staff was very helpful and professional. The shop was clean and the employees seem to care about my car. James was very helpful with the pricing and to make sure I understood what they were to do on the work. When I paid my bill James made sure that I understood the charges and that I was satisfied.

Purchased 4 new tires. Alignment, balancing warranty. Very ethical and reliable shop. It has been a great experience. I could not be happier! Ask for Andrew, store manager, who will do what it takes to make sure you are well taken care of, (even stay late on Christmas Eve). Their employees are very professional and informative. They went above and beyond to make sure my questions are answered. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs their auto repaired at a reasonable rate.

James was the most helpful person Ive ever encountered at a tire shop. His ability to handle phone calls and customers in the store was excellent. Not only did he have my car checked out, he had the service guys find the problem and get it squared away as quickly as possible. As far as pricing, its not bad at all and they are more than willing to try and help lower a cost where they can. Overall, because of his attitude at closing time and his customer service skills, Ill be returning to this business from now on. If you have a problem, ask for him and hell make it right.

I shopped around online and mavis was tied with the lowest prices. They were about half of what the dealer wanted for the same tires. Mavis was almost the same as Costco, but costco tires near me is a hassle to get into.Do be sure to look for specials. Mavis has deals pretty often like when our baseball team hits 4 home runs get $100 off.

I’ve been to the Buford Drive location once or twice before after it changed from Kauffman to Mavis, and the customer service was always decent. But this time, I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, who made the experience brand new from the moment I stepped in. He had great energy and was ready to provide quality service from the start. I came in with a car that needed quite a bit of service but he spent the time explaining the importance of what I needed and was patient enough to answer all my questions to ensure I fully understood what was needed. He wasn’t like most car service employees who just force all their recommendations on you and make you spend a lot of money for stuff you don’t really need. I told him my budget, and what I could do and he made sure I got what was absolutely needed to drive off the lot safely. Going forward, I plan to always return to Andrew at Mavis for all my service needs and already have my husband convinced to work on his vehicle as well. Quality customer service means a lot and Andrew definitely goes the extra mile!

The service was excellent by far. Rico was very courteous, professional, and very helpful. The wait wasn’t long at all. He worked with the cost of service which was very reasonable. I felt very welcome and the lobby was neat and clean. If you need service on your car and you live in the Lawrenceville area, Mavis on Buford Drive is the way to go. My car is up and running like new. Ask for Rico. He will beat the prices of other competitors.

I went to get air in my tire and although there was an air machine there the technician came out and help me put air in my tire so I wouldn’t get wet because it was raining. Best experience at this store always will recommend this store.

Dropped my car off for brakes. Asked to be called with the cost. They called and gave me the price on the phone. I agreed to the price and 10 minutes later was called back and was told they forgot to charge me for something and the cost was going to considerably higher. All because I was doing 2 things at once. was the answer I was given. I have to say I will not be using this establishment for anything else.Update.... Jamil (sp?) did correct the issue and was awesome with his customer service. I will be happy to deal with him again. If you go ask for him. I appreciate that he took the time to see how he could correct the problem. It shows there are still good people out there. I would go back just because of this.

One of the few chains you can pay them to change your oil with your own oil & filter. Was $21.60 & took ~45m they told me it would.

Avoid this place. Went here the middle of January to have all of my tires replaced. After their safety inspection I was told one of my rotors were bad and I needed to have it replaced, they didnt mention anything else. I spent around $1,000 that day, then I had to come back about a month later because my brakes were acting up again. They said one of my calipers were getting hung up and it needed to be replaced. After charging me $550 my girlfriend picked it up for me while I was at work and the brakes didnt work. They told her they put in a faulty part and it wouldnt let them bleed the system. That just tells me they knowingly sent it out, knowing full well the brakes were not properly bled. I called the office to voice my concerns at least 3 times and have been ignored so now Ill just leave this here and take my business somewhere else from now on.

Yes I have been coming to mavis for over a year and I just had gotten some tires a few months back and they had recently been giving me air pressure issues and the guys at this location got it all figured out and fixed for me which reminds me of why I keep coming back!

Went in to the mavis in lawrenceville at 875 Buford dr and had the best experience Ever you guys were all over my car had me in and out and in 40 minutes only needed two tires replaced and an alignment was greeted with the best professional customer service by Joe and Edgar a real good group of guys at that location best experience I had at Automotive service Center not too pushy

Straight forward with pricing. I only purchased a tire to mount myself, the staff offered assistance if I needed it and showed a genuine interest to help.

Andrew the store manager was very friendly and quick to help not just me but everyone. I was a walk in appointment. They were quick to check my car, quick with the quote. The parts took some time to get to the shop. Overall wait time was about 3 hours was quoted 1.30hrs but Andrew kept me informed the whole time and because of the wait time I was given discounts for my next visits. Thanks Andrew.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I specifically called to ask if they had time to do a simple balance and rotation on my tires. They said no problem they were not busy. We pulled up and 2 guys were out smoking cigarettes and on their phones.I came back an 1.5 HOURs later and the car was never moved nor even put into the system. There were 2 guys out smoking and on their phones when we pulled up this time. Unprofessional and lazy. Very poor Management.

Had a tire plugged in April 2021 and paid 20$(Still had receipt), went today 10/6 to get a tire on the same vehicle plugged and was charged 41$. I showed them my prior receipt and was just told “prices go up”… needless to say myself, family and friends won’t be going back to Mavis

Rico took excellent care of me and even though I wanted an alignment because I took the advantage of the Falcons discount and saved $100 on my tires, but the technician noticed that I didn’t need an alignment and Rico quickly removed that from the bill. Honest people! I like that. “I’ll be back” Arnold.

I came to the shop five minutes after they closed and two gentlemen were left there closing. Both of their names were Rico, and James,. I ended up having a nail in my tire and they stayed 25 minutes later just to help me. Greatest service I have ever experienced with a repair shop. I will definitely be coming back to them and I will recommend everybody I know to them. They saved my day as well as my weekend and God bless them!

The website quoted me one price which of course did not include taxes and road hazzard, but at the back end there was a $150 difference between the original online price and my final price! I did not like that at all! Yall should talk prices so there NO SURPRISES were in the middle of a pandemic $150 is alot of money
