A tiny fire started in our car from a light bulb burning plastic inside of our passenger side door panel. We came here in an emergency, and even though they were about to close, they helped us take off the door panel and remove the bulb, so we were safe. Thank you guys so much! Lovely vibes all around!!

I have been using Hugo since I was introduced to him in 2003. He will tell you the flat truth you need to hear and charge a fair price.I had a car that vibrated when I turned the steering wheel. Turned out to be a $35 steering column lube job. Not a whole front end replacement. I had a local guy recently try to replace my water pump when that wasnt the problem. I dont trust anyone but Hugo.

Hard to find honest mechanics that does great work and Hugo is one of the few. He could go big but prefers to stay small and do great work locally! I respect that and highly recommend B&G!!!

I have been using B&G Auto for almost five years now. Hugo and his team are really great and honest with you. I think its so cool how he shows diagrams of your car parts to explain whats wrong with your car. Hell even take you into his shop and physically show you what he explained. I learned a lot about cars just by having him as a mechanic. I have newer cars now but if I have a problem I know exactly where to go and thats B&G Auto.

This establishment was recommended by a co-worker, when my vehicle suddenly over-heated. I called the owner, Hugo and he quickly worked me in and diagnosed the problem. I left my car with him before work and it was ready when I returned. That was over 2 years ago and my vehicle has had no problem since. I recently stopped by to have running boards added to my new vehicle. Again, Hugo worked me in on the same day. Both times, the service was completed satisfactorily, with reasonable charges.

Recently had some engine work done to my 1993 Toyota pickup. Hugo was extremely helpful, honest, and got the work done in good time and at a very fair price. He even stayed late when I brought my truck in after it broke down on nearby 316. At every step he communicated what needed to be done and how much it would cost, taking the time to discuss options. I highly recommend this shop.

Went in because I had a coolant leek and a bad water pump. HUGO and his team are great. He is very honest and straight up when discussing what is wrong and how he can fix it. Reasonable prices. I finally have a auto shop I can trust.

My family and I have been going to B and G Auto since 2002 and have been nothing but pleased. The owner is a very good guy and you leave knowing that the problem will be fixed. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and his prices are always reasonable. When a dealership tried to cheat me out of my money but telling me that I needed services that I didnt need, I took my car back here for a second opinion and he found the real problem. I should have let them look at it in the first place but since I was in for an oil change (they had a special. I usually get my oil changes done at B & G also) I had them check out the issue I was having. Not only did they tell me I needed almost $2000 worth of work done but it would not have fixed my problem. I will never deal with another dealership again. Anyways to wrap this up...You will not go wrong with B&G. I promise!!!!
