Had a flat tire and had my car towed to this Goodyear, I was in a bit of a time crunch and the associates were able to assess the issue and provide options for a new tire to fit in my budget. The customer service was wonderful and the general manager Eldin was very kind and made my experience quick and efficient. They also filled my other tires with air because they were also low. Truly recommend going here for any tire issues!

Had excellent customer service and quick turnaround. The GM, Eldin Nukic greeted me, and took such care of our van. Then, once the van was done, my Pathfinder wouldn’t start and they immediately came out to try and help and changed the battery for me right away. I will definitely be back!!!

I came in because I ran over a nail and had a flat tire and eldwin, the service manager was amazing. Even though they didn’t have the tire in stock I needed until next week he called other locations and was able to help me get a new tire. He also filled my tire up with air and made sure I got there safely. He went above and beyond my expectations and didn’t even have to help the way he did. Excellent service by Elidon and the team, I needed to have my front tire checked out after a few days earlier getting it check out by Jim Ellis Hyundai and they didn’t find anything, when I took into Elidon he was more than happy to look at it at no cost and I will definitely be going back to get my tires there and I would recommend all my friends to go to that store to get tires looked at or even get a tire thanks guys what a great job

I live in New Orleans and Georgia and happened to be in New Orleans and my tire went flat. My family always goes to Goodyear #1 its the closest car repair to my house and #2 my Dad always trusted yall. I went to have my tire repaired but was told I needed a new one, ok thats fine so I bought a new one. To make a LONG story short they installed the WRONG tire. When I returned to Georgia I called the closest Goodyear to my house which was on Russell Road and talked to the manager Frank de Leon. I told him what happened and his response was come in with your receipt and I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!! Frank was very apologetic that this happened to me even though it wasnt his shops fault but felt it was still Goodyear. Frank, his crew Eldin and Collin represented your company VERY WELL!! In fact I have 2 other cars that needs tires and guess what Im getting them from Frank!!!!! Frank and his crew deserve a phone call and lunch from you for a job well done!!!

Found myself stranded with a flat tire. A tire I’ve had a nail in for many months because every shop has turned me away telling me it can’t be plugged it would need to be replaced. Today the tire had given up in the middle of me driving. These kind men stopped what they were doing to not only fill it back up but plug my tire in a time I can’t afford new tires. Truly a blessing. The best experiences so far in my life! As a woman, I sometimes feel taken advantage of by car care places. Fearful of being charged more or lied to about my vehicle. Not here. The staff is amazing, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my car here for two different reasons, both times I promised to return for whatever my car needs and I mean it.

Brought my work vehicle here to get tires. While usually a “brutal process” of getting work approved through my employer, Eldin the Store Manager, worked seamlessly through the process. As I sit here in the waiting room, Eldin just turned a customer away. NOT BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT THE BUSINESS, BUT... because he was honest with the customer that it wasn’t time yet for his oil change. Honesty means everything to me. Customer had another 1000 miles before he was due. He could have done the oil change and took the customers money. Honesty and Integrity all the way here. And he and Frank both know customers by name when they walk in the door. Must be return customers. That says something to me.

The Russell Rd. Goodyear is the best! I purchased tires from them a year ago and the service was AMAZING...the care and service I received from Eldin and his team was second to none. I knew I was in good hands. They are honest and friendly and you can actually FEEL that they care about you. I just went in yesterday and nothing was different; Eldin and Colin made going to get my tires serviced feel like I was in my brothers garage. Ive been to another Goodyear in Gwinnett and Im amazed how Eldins service is lightyears from the other location and its the same brand!! I cant imagine going anywhere else. I take both of my cars to Russell Road Goodyear for two years now. These guys are super friendly, honest, do quality work, fast and very reasonably priced. If you want JUST an oil change thats what theyll give you without trying to upsell you on blinker oil and $90 wiper blades. In fact their synthetic oil is the cheapest in town. You wont go wrong at Goodyear on Russel road.

True and no fast talk. I met the managers, and was greeted. I first stopped by to get an in person quote vs. phone quote. I called later on to verify, it all matched. Great service! We needed tires on short notice due to our car being shipped out to Germany and the staff here helped us with this. Called on a Saturday and they went and picked up the tires for us. Their prices actually beat 4 different places we had called.

Great service, great experience. I stopped in just to ask for pricing about an issue I suspected and these guys offered to throw it on the lift and take a look for no charge. They showed me my suspicions were correct, showed me how they could tell for my own knowledge.Then when it came to showing me pricing they were extremely upfront about the costs.. but what impressed me the most was after explaining my issues, based on my car and the part required, they explained that the repair was potentially something I could do myself as Im slightly mechanically confident.I really appreciated the professionalism and honesty. These guys are great, especially Frank. They removed a broken spark plug and changed the rest in a couple of hours when another garage told me I would need to replace heads which would have been a lot more. My wife said the van run so much better. Highly recommend.

They definitely do not screw you over like some places! They couldve easily done the work on my car, but they told me it should still be under warranty and it was! Update: Its now three sets of tires, and I think Ill be taking my oil changes to them instead of to the dealership. Very pleased with the service at this location.Ive been impressed with these guys both times Ive brought in vehicles for tire replacement. Theyve had good attention to detail and unlike experiences with some other tire dealerships in the area, the tie and wheel balance was right the first time. Work has been done in timely fashion and costs are in line with other shops, though maybe skewed to the high end. Update: Just bought a third set of tires from them. Previous tire dealers claimed wheels were out of round because they couldnt get them to balance. No such issues with this shop; balanced the first time, took the tires up to 70 mph right after I left the shop and had no vibration or shimmying. Competence is a beautiful thing. :)

I came here b/c my tire pressure light kept coming on. The staff was so nice and seemed to know everyone who came in on a personal level. They showed me the problem with my tires and did not pressure me to do anything they recommended. There is actually a location closer to me but I came here b/c of the great reviews. I will definitely come back for any car problems in the future.

The gentlemen here are so incredibly polite and informative. On my last visit, I was provided customer service by Eldin, Allen, and Ryan. I dont know much about cars so Eldin took the time to explain everything to me and provided guidance. The services I ended up getting based on his recommendations were actually a lot cheaper than what I had anticipated. He was not pushy at all and showed great respect throughout the process. My husband is out of town so Allen even gave me a ride back to my house. Ryan is the one who initially made the appointment for my visit when I called; he was extremely patient and accommodating. Hes the initial reason I decided that get my car serviced here. This was one of the best customer service experience Ive had.

Have used this Goodyear location on a regular basis for oil changes, tires, brakes, batteries and other wear/tear items. Their pricing is fair and they frequently have coupons available. They offer appointments via website or phone and stick to their schedule. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room is clean and bright, offering TV and magazines, coffee maker. Bathroom is also clean. I would recommend.

My husband and I have been doing business with this service center for a several years. The manager always greets me by name even if I dont come in for 6 months.. Pretty amazing to me in this day and time. The service is excellent. What matters to me the most is I can trust them and sadly, there are some businesses that you cannot. I appreciate the great deal on my tires recently and a $120.00 rebate on top of 6 months interest free. Very pleased! If they ever do mess up on anything in the future, I have confidence in them to make it right!

Very impressed with this Goodyear. Its in Lawrenceville off of Russel road. The manager is awesome. He takes the time to listen and does not try to get you to so unnecessary work. We drive older cars and have been looking for a good mechanic. I would highly recommend this store, not sure if other ones are as good but its much better than Firestone. Firestone always pushed us to do work that turned out to be excessive in my opinion...

How to reservation they were very timely and prompt

I have been taking my 2015 Mercedes ML350 and 2013 Cadillac Escalade for all my services and tires for the last 3 years to this shop. They serviced my Cadillac back in October, a week later engine started making noise and loosing power using too much gas. I took it back to them, their supposed to be very high end mechanic!!! said it was a engine problem, it may cost 6to 9 K to fix it. They wanted to do diagnose on the engine and charge me $130 but mechanic master!! said that He was sure it was the engine issue. So, I could not afford to pay that kind of money for repair, 6 months later I met a mechanic who had great experience on this engines told me that it was definitely not a engine issue, either they serviced it wrong or coil pack needs to be replaced. I took the car to NTB they said $130 diagnose the engine but if I get it repaired there would waive the charge. They called me the next morning and said it was not the engine whoever serviced the car put wrong kind of oil , they changed the oil, cleaned the oil line and car is running very smooth. I went back to Good year store and requested compensation due to their negligence but store manager refused it, claimed that they had put correct oil in the engine. I now am going to file a law suit against them. *** YOU ALSO BE AWARE THIS MONEY MONGER MANAGEMENT***

I purchased a pair of run-flat tires when one of my rear tires was un-repairable. I intended to have my son, who worked at another store, put them on. As he was helping me load the tires into my car, Eldin Nukic noticed that my tire was no longer on the rim as it should have been. Had he not noticed, I would have driven down the road and probably ruined my rim. While waiting for my tires to be installed, I noticed how he helped two different people that stopped by with minor car issues. I am very impressed with his customer service and highly recommend this service location due to him working there.

These guys did me a solid today. We all know how when it’s cold outside our tire inflation measurements can act goofy. Mine were no different today and I stopped by to check my tires because my TPMS warning light was on and the gauge was showing some interesting air pressures. Come to find out, another Goodyear store had not reset my TPMS when having my tIres rotated. They quickly checked the tires, added and release air as needed and then recalibrated the TPMS. Great service at zero cost.

I went in thinking something was wrong with my brakes because they squeaked something awful. After my car was looked after, I found out that my brakes were actually perfectly safe. The reason for the horrible squeaking was incompetent brake servicing from a prior visit at NTB. I was completely shocked because I went to NTB faithfully before deciding to visit Goodyear on a whim today.The people at Goodyear are good, honest people because instead of trying to get me to spend money when I didnt have to, they were honest with me about my options. They also gave the best customer service Ive ever had. They are now the only auto service place I trust to treat me and my car well. I will never go anywhere else, Goodyear has earned a customer for life!

I went there for a wheel alignment after replacing my front end steering and instead of an alignment they ended up bending some of the replaced stuff and lying about it saying that it came i came in like that the parts were brand new and I brought my vehicle straight to them when I finished the job and to this day they refuse to fix their screw up. Im an experienced mechanic and have worked on cars my whole life so I know what i put on was inn good shape before i let them touch it. never again will I go to them for anything they have lost my business and support and will do whatever I can to send friends and associates to anywhere but here

Came here after evacuating from hurricane Irma. Eldin and Tom where both very kind and were willing to help me out on replacing an eagle rsa tire. They were trying to see if they could get the tire warranty activated, but instead offered me a discount beyond the equivalent of a pro-rated cost. They were patient with me as we tried to piece together the story of a dealership not replacing all 4 tires, but actually 3. Long story, but they were not only willing to listen, but to speak with the dealership if necessary. Unfortunately, the power and lines where still down in Tampa Bay where we purchased the car. Because they were able to give such a great deal and were so genuine in their care and desire for our safety, we did replace the tire which was at the 6 year mark for replacement anyway. For those of you who are thinking, why replace it, just rotate it. 1. It was the only tire above 75% wear. The others where above 7/10. 2. The tread began to bulge at the center and caused vibration for about 6 months after replacing rotors and with a brand new steering rack (dealer paid for) to fix the mysterious vibration. With all the work that was done, the obvious was overlooked . . . It seemed to be the solo aged tire that I think the dealer intended or thought didnt need replaced. So, back to Goodyear. Instead of making me feel like I was inconveniencing them, they where careful to speak slowly and with patience in their demeanor and tone. This shows maturity and professionalism. I am rating them 5 stars because not only did they think ahead, but they took only an hour without an appointment because they wanted me to be safe. I was also impress by the diverse customer base that came in and out and noticed how they spoke with and responded to each customer with respect and decency. If this isnt a good enough review, then Id say call them (without bias) and see what they can do for you. Both managers seemed too laid back to pressure anyone into work they dont need or want. Will never go here. Had a bolt in my front tire that would take 30 mins to fix and waited for 2 hours for them to open only to be told i would have to wait 2 hours. There was not a soul there the guy at the front dest was a complete a$!hole

Bad business practice. I spent 80 dollars to get ac charged in Honda Odysee. GM said he did it homself, but I didnt fix the problem. Wanted me to bring it back for diagnostics for another 100 bucks. I took it to another garage and they actually put Freon in it and fixed it for 65 bucks. Office guys are very personable and shady at the same time. Be leary.......
