I am going to be totally honest, I was okay with the price and service but there are some rude guys that work there starting with the guy at the front desk. I am all about supporting a business and I want t support you but I do not accept someone who is rude and totally ignore me when I am talking to them about my car that I am having service. I am telling you how to run you business but this needs to be addressed because I definitely will not recommend nobody if this continues. I will paid more to go somewhere else rather than deal with bad customer service and rudeness. Tell the short guy at the counter to work on his attitude and customer service when dealing with customers.I just read your response and trust me, I will never do business with you again, and I will not recommend you. PERIOD!!! I see I am not the only customer that has had an issue with your rudeness. DONE!

The price for an oil change is not expensive. I come here often for an oil change, but they need to work on their customer service skills. A simple good morning/afternoon on the phone or in person never hurt nobody.

Our experience has been pretty good thus far. We were hesitant to try a near auto shop. (We have only gone to and been loyal to one specific place to service our vehicles in the many years we have been in Georgia!) We tried Always Good Auto Repair because of its location to our home.The first visit was for a used tire and the second was for front brakes. They serviced our vehicle right away both times and it wasnt a long wait either time. Prices are comparable to other shops. Its located directly across the street from the fire station.

Sold a terribly patched tire to us. Didnt ask for refund. Only asked for replacement because the tire had a huge patch in the wall of the tire. They showed us tires to check tread but never showed us the awful patch it has in it. They failed to show this tire or put on another tire then we originally picked. We bought it and the next day sitting in our driveway it was flat. The put no refunds all over their establishment but two men working that day did not know how to work the system and would not print a receipt for us. Called this morning and Thomas answered the phone. He was rude and hung up on his customer because he didnt have time to argue he stated. I didnt argue, I didnt ask for a refund....I asked for a replacement. He just hung up extremely rude. I will never go to this place again due to be hung up on and a patched tire that badly should not be sold. Its against the law as an establishment to sell such faulty tires used or not. They should run a better business then that and stand by the quality of their tires no matter what and not sell hugely patched tires. Even though selling used tires is not illegal, the law is very critical on your responsibility to ensure that the tire is in safe condition when sold. Businesses are still liable even if they were not aware of any defect at the time of the sale. And people should never be hung up on ever especially when I was asking for it to be fixed. The tire wont even hold air in it to drive it back to the place. Will never go back here again because of this treatment. Once had good service here but not anymore.

Bought 4 tires 1 was bad an went flat 2 hours later an of course they closed on a Sunday so I had to go somewhere else to get another new tire on a Sunday 🤦🏾‍♂️

Keywon was the young man that provided me with excellent service. Nice smile and was not afraid to say he was not sure b4 going and getting the correct information. I had a tire put on a rim for my Toyota Sequoia for 25.00. I feel it was a fair price and they convenient to my home.

Went in there for a used 70 dollar tire that I told was in good shape. They put the tire on the rim it’s also leaking so they tried to plug it without me seeing and I caught them I said for that I could have paid 15 for them to plug my leaking tire. Dude was like get out I don’t like people like you. Right you mad you got caught trying to hustle somebody I’m the wrong one dude!

I would never recommend going to purchase a automobile here nor get a car serviced from here. they are scammers and liars and take shortcuts so they can come out better financially by scamming innocent people. i know people who have purchased a car here and they have rolled the mileage back and did odometer fraud and i have proof of it! i don’t recommend any business with these people at all save yourself!!!!

Read this! I recently had some issues with my truck beyond what I could troubleshoot or fix myself. Looking for a mechanic close to me I found these guys online and read the reviews others had taken the time to write. Even though there wasnt a lot, they were very positive. I decided to try my luck with them and I can tell you from my experience the positive reviews are accurate. These guys are professional and very knowledgeable. Even more impressive was the customer service experience: I felt I could trust them to be fair and accurate with the quote and the work. They fixed the issue quickly and even gave me a ride home when I left the truck to be fixed. Now thats pretty amazing!! I found the entire staff to be friendly and I feel like I found a repair shop I can trust and rely on. I think you should give them a shot, even if its just to get a second quote. Youll probably have a similar positive experience.

For one I hardly ever leave reviews but you need to bring your car here. Im a transplant to the area and have been shopping around for a good place. You know its hard to find one. This a newer business with some great and experienced people that care about your car. These guys handle any car issues quickly, and more importantly RIGHT. Theyre friendly people that go above and beyond- the owner is a man of faith and wants to do the right thing. I needed two new tires that had been discontinued. They searched around and were not only able to find them, they got them in the same day! They even compared some prices to make sure I got the better deal. Ill be back for things I need done with all of my cars. This place will definitely be really busy in a year or two, once the word gets out!

Do not recommend this shop at all. Left my car for a week, then when I got it, the same issue was happening. Returned it again and yet again the same issue. Do not go here. They are not experienced in fixing cars and will give you the same problem you came in to fix. AVOID LOSING YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. (Wouldn’t be surprised if they say I’m “lying” so they can keep lying to their new customers.

My husband and I stopped by because I needed a replacement tire for one that was going bad but it didnt have quite enough money to get a brand new tire. These guys jump to write on the problem for me and got into the solution! They were happy to let me know they had not only the one tire but they had to that would be perfect for my car and they were offering me a fantastic deal for the two! I couldnt pass it up! We both tires and they were very fast and efficient and thorough when they installed and balanced got me rolling again! These people are very shady and very dishonest. I took my car for a oil change and they discount my wire, my check engine light came on 1 hour later after I took possession of my car. Called them to ask what the issue is and the owner screamed and used profanity. I took my car to another mechanic and they found out that the they disconnect my wire. Stay away. Save your money and take your car some where else that they are honest.

Great customer service and honest mechanics. I came to this shop because my oil service light was on. Come to find out the last place that serviced my vehicle didnt place the oil cap on correctly! I was in and out within 20 minutes.

I called them to get a quote on getting for tires taken off of four rims and gave them the size of the tire drove all the way there unloaded three out of four tires before one of their guy said they didnt feel like taking the tire off the rim and then also trying to charge me double what they quoted over the phone. I will never go back to this place management is terrible and extremely rude

Got brake shoes installed about a month and half ago, whole Assembly came apart within the rotor. Mechanic told me its my brand new rotors and brake pads making the noise. These people really dont know what they are doing.

Just stopped in there a couple a times for a used tire. Everyone was very friendly. The waiting room is clean. The repair shop seemed comprehensive in all phases of car repair. Although I didnt get a major repair, I could tell they are very capable mechanics there.

I am selling my truck and am struggling financially at the moment so I have been getting one tire at a time every pay period trying to get my truck sell worthy. My father in law spent an afternoon trying to find a place that sold the size tire I needed. This place had 2 of them. Go all the way up there and he refused to put just 1 tire on. Told me it was either both or none at all. Wasted both mine and my father in laws time. Ended up going to Tire Station with zero hassle and zero problems. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I took a chance and had my car (2010 BMW) repaired at Always Good. I have never been so pleased!! The technician changed my brakes, using official BMW parts and the cost was lower than ANYWHERE I had been before!! They also had the BMW machine to reset my car. The service was completed in a very timely manner and the staff is so accommodating!! I think everyone should have a local mechanic that they trust and I just found mine!!! Very grateful and highly recommend!!

Worst customer service in Georgia. Kept car for almost a week and forgot to order gasket, waited another couple days and finally picked car up. Nothing was fixed. Car was still having the same issue. STAY AWAY! Find a better shop.

Used tires were perfect for my SUV. There was no wait and mechanic properly informed me of what was needed prior to removing tire. This is a go too place without a doubt.

This place is ridiculous. Had a cylinder 2 misfire code. Ive recently replaced all the wires and coils. The put in 1 new plug and charged $100. Apparently it calls for 1.2 hrs labor for 1 plug. Stay away from this place. The mechanics were telling me for $$ they could fake my emmisions.

I showed up today at the shop at 9:30 am. The open sign was on but no one was there and the door was locked. I waited there for 30 mins hoping that maybe the guy just ran out to get a part but after no one showed up I just left and I couldnt get my car worked on.

I brought a car I was interested in buying here to be inspected. They saw me same day and found a bunch of things wrong. For an $85 inspection fee, they saved me thousands. Plus, they were very friendly.

I took my car for an oil change and they stripped my oil plug and charged me to replace it and then told me it was stripped by someone prior (when i been taking it to only one person ever). Then later told me i had to replace the oil pan. All i asked was for an oil change which they flipped it into $300. All for an emergency oil change. Should’ve just waited to go to my regular mechanic.

I came in for an alignment. Waheed was very friendly and addressed my concerns. Unfortunately had to come back twice to get the alignment right. Waheed found other problems that was causing the alignment issues. But he didnt seem angry or frustrated with having to do it multiple times. Thank you.

Asked what the total price would be for what i was originally getting plus what they said I needed and time to pay they charge 87 more. Customer service was not great. Had to ask for a print out for reciept and when they printed they printed something completely different and said oh the computer did it..

The worse tire experience ever. Sold me a bad tire with multiple leaks. They fixed one leak, then told me I would have to pay for the additional leaks. Amir was rude and dismissive, telling me that my car didnt have sensors and refused to even look at my warning lights about the lack of tire pressure and skid warning. I refused to pay them another dime and will never shop there again. Lesson learned.
