I have a Kia Sorrento. As I was driving, my car shut down without a warning. I had it towed to Pro Auto Repair without calling first, and they were able to diagnose it the same day and basically the engine needed to be replaced. They had excellent customer service, and they were more knowledgeable than the Kia dealership. The Kia dealership said it was the starter, and they were WRONG. It turned out, to be the engine, like Mariam said in the first place. Thank you, Mariam, for knowing your stuff and helping me out. I will definitely be making this shop my to go to shop for maintenance and repairs.

After 2 horrible experiences trying to find help for my Silverado’s Loud Lifters both from a dealership and a mechanic shop I went to ProAuto based on reviews. From start to finish a man named Amir took care of everything, what gave me peace of mind was after the repair not only did he asked for a follow up to make sure all was well with the repair he also included a year warranty. Was a happy man to have my truck returned sounding good as new and I also believe cleaner than I left it. if you have any questions highly recommend giving these technicians a call 10/10. I went to get my brake pads changed in July because it was time for new pads. When I left my brakes were squealing which I assumed was because they were new so I didn’t take the car back. However it’s been months now and the brakes still squeal. Basically my car is worse now than it was when I took it in. However they were super nice people. I just haven’t asked if they can fix them because it’s been so long at this point that they probably can’t do anything about it.

My car has always had issues with the transmission and my engine sounding like it was struggling. I have been going here for other maintenance repairs and when i noticed my cars transmission sounding bad, it took it here. They knew how expensive the repair was going to be, so instead of jumping the gun on wanting to change the transmission, they did numerous tests to make sure my transmission was actually the problem. They found out it was actually the mounts causing the problem and they saved me over $500 in repairs. Not only that, but the cost of replacing the transmission was so much better than any other place I have gotten a quote from. When they repaired the mounts my car drove like when I first bought it. I highly recommend this place. The mechanics are honest and Amir is down to earth and makes sure you dont worry about your car. You cant get any quality service that would match this place.

Took my old SUV in last week for what could have been a major repair. Turned out to be something that didnt cost an arm and a leg. Have been taking m vehicle here for just about a year and they consistently set the right expectation for the work that was needed. Theyve earned every bit of 5 stars.

Did my research on what needed to be done and had quite a few places try to rip me off big time. But NOT PRO AUTO! I called the day before for an estimate for my cars make and model. Brought it in the next day for a blower motor replacement. He was honest, fair, and transparent about what my car needed. Awesome service! 10/10 reccomend.Edit: Went back today (a couple months later) for a radiator change. Same story as last time. Superb service!

I rarely write reviews but these guys deserve it! After having my Vw Jetta broke down an a street a I had my car towed to a certified VW shop for a diagnostic. After they checked it out they told me that the A/C Compressor locked up and broke the drive Belt, they quoted me $2200 to fix it..$1200 for parts and $950 for labor + tax - there was no way I’ll pay that much for something that takes max 3 hours to replace...I found this shop and contacted them, Amir the owner answered and was really hop told me they would charge....I drove it there and the care was done in less then 3 hours...FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND AFFORDABLE..you just can’t beat that.

I had the best experience here. Excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated fair and given fair pricing. I needed another motor and my warranty company refused to cover it. I was so upset but I was given a great price on a motor. And the work was done fast. I found my new mechanics.

Had taken my car to an oil express service and they said that I would need a new oil pan because the screw to the oil pan was stripped but they were able to get it in that time but next time I would have to spend $500 -$600 to replace the oil pan. I have been scared to get my oil changed ever since because I did not want to spend the $600 for a new oil pan but called Amir at Pro Auto who said he could find a solution much cheaper. Dropped my car off and he called me an hour later and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Got my oil changed with synthetic oil and an air filter all for only $78. They are honest and fair. Will not take my car anywhere else from now on.

These people are great! If you are like me and you literally question every little expensive repair that a mechanic claims is super necessarily for basic function, then come here. I went for brakes repair and thought I would need to repair my back brakes as well, but Amir was very honest with me and told me that only the front ones need to be replaced.
