With a new to me Honda needing attention, called this morning. Mike made me feel better, they would be able to take care of the issue. Thinking balance and rotation, he counseled me; two tires good Yokohama Geolanders, two bad needing replacement. I have driven Michelin going back to the dark ages, just saying. Mike offered up two Yokohamas to match up and have a set nicely affordable. I brought Michelin Defender tires, we discussed my experiences with the brand, he offered me a competitive inclusive price, and an alignment. One hour to have them delivered. Very fast, a humourous waiting room, precise service, professional, treating everyone kindly. I didnt get the alignment, no need, the alignment pro made sure I wasnt charged for something I didnt need. I chose to use their business based on their ratings, the rating is spot on. No place is perfect, they met my needs beyond expectations. I will be another returning customer. Thank you.

I came here 2 years agoand as soon as I walked into their shop, I believed I was in the wrong place! They remodeled the place into something that resembles a hotel spa or a high-end luxury place. (You can see why I was confused.) Nevertheless, I approached the counter and they asked what service they can provide. I needed 4 tires mounted on my car ($15 per tire -- $60 for 4; they also balance the wheels as well). To make sure your communication with them goes well, you need to know at least the size of the tire you have or want. You can take a picture of your tire and show them if you dont know. Also, if your car has wheel locks, you should let them know. Theyre friendly people. The place is still remodeling so youll smell the new material and wood everywhere (just a heads up if youre sensitive to strong smells).Wait times for my tires to be mounted is an hour. Theyre accurate with their estimated times to complete the requested service. No wifi (so, bring a book or something to keep you occupied or just drop your car off).The service they provided met my expectations. No more, and no less. They become very busy in the afternoon so PLAN AHEAD.

Best customer service I have ever received, especially from an automotive business. Anthony was superb, very attentive to the customer needs. Anthony ensured that he treated each and ever customer with equal respect and patience. I was quoted a time of 1 hour to have all 4 of my tires mounted and balanced but it only took them less than 20 minutes. This was all done with a full shop, I love how they take care of their customers. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere, I definitely recommend this location.

I have a 15 year old car that have I drive all these years. It started to have some engine issues and vibrate. Took it in. Within 24 hours got the estimate and 24 hours later it ran like new. Was recommended to the shop by a friend and will be back.

Nick and Victor are great. The prices are very fair. The techs know what they are doing. They took care of alignment I needed and some maintenance items but also pointed out my new tires purchased at a different shop were out of round , the tech did his best to balance them but unfortunately it didnt work. Victor even said when I was leaving if the balance didnt work he would refund it. Not necessary. Work was done and it was better. Unfortunately I have to go through the other shop for replacement tires now but Global Tires is nothing short of a great trustworthy place. I love my car and I feel safe bringing any vehicle here. No up sale, no haggle, just great service and place to go. Will be back for all future car and tire needs!

Really Clean interior filled with knowledgeable mechanics who can fix anything. Take it from I had a busted Mercury Cougar that they revitalized and now its purring like a kitten. RECOMMENDED

My wife took her car there to get a mount and balance only. They did an alignment Without her consent and charged her for it. They kept her and my daughters waiting for 2 hours even though the car was finished and said nothing. This place takes advantage of people who they believe know nothing about vehicles

This is the most terrible place, here people can make appointments with you but cant serve you by appointment! I made a appoitment, and came by appointment to change the oil, they said that they would finish the work within an hour, and I decided not to sit in the office but wait outside with a little toddler and infant, and in an hour they would not even take my car, well, then I thought maybe now they will accept and quickly change the oil, it was a mistake, after an hour and a half I came up and took the car key and asked to remove me from the waiting list, and then I realized that they had not even thought of accepting my car soon. I just lost half a day with crying little children here! If you are a single mother with babies, then RUN AWAY from here, they do not know how to serve on time!
