Finally sat down to give a review and I can see why they get 5 stars. Very friendly and straightforward. Had a bad wheel bearing on my Toyota Highlander and not only were they much lower than the dealership but it ended up being less than what I was quoted. Good job Andrew and his crew. Trusted is the key word here, not just B.S.

I read all the reviews and theyre legit. I stopped by and spoke to Andrew about my 2016 Toyota Camry feeling like its going to stall and that my MAS probably needing cleaning. He didnt charge me a Diagnostic Fee and looked at it and repaired the car without adding the repairs and Diagnostic Fees too like most places do. Honest guys here and that is few and far between today.

My father first discovered Trusted Imports when he had a belt break while in town from San Diego. Since they generally do not visit a dealership while home, they found the closest to the spot, and had the truck brought to Andrew at Trusted Imports. He was quick, efficient, great price, and got them back on the road to home quickly. I now bring my Lexus and Toyota there for normal maintenance, and they treat everyone with great respect and care. They will not work on something just for fun. And every repair is explained and double checked. I will be coming here as long as they will see me (first experience was 2021).

Andrew. is hands down the best. mechanic I have EVER had the pleasure of employing. I had an extremely time sensitive repair that needed to get done. Not only did Andrew order parts and pull strings to get it done same day, when things went wrong in trying to get the parts, he took extra time out of his day by staying 4 hours late to fix my AC, and personally went and got the correct part when things went wrong. I dont think Ill ever go to a different mechanic. He is the best around and you cant ask for a better mechanic or a more upstanding, hardworking, dedicated individual. I would rat 11/5 if I could

Have a 2006 4runner that was making some noise while driving. Made an appointment and the car was inspected the same day that I took it in. It was a quick diagnosis and unfortunately the 4runner needed some repairs that could have exceeded the value of the car. Andrew was kind enough to not charge me for the inspection. Ill be buying another toyota/lexus so that way if i have any problems i can take it to him because i know i can trust him.

I was on a month long trip and needed brakes on my Toyota Tundra. After looking at the lackluster reviews of Toyota dealer service shops around I found Trusted Imports. Went in early the next morning and was immediately impressed. Andrew took the time to to show me what was going on with the brakes and diagnosed a secondary problem I hadn’t been able to pinpoint (wheel bearing), again taking the time to show me the issue and explain the specifics. He quoted me total prices upfront-which were roughly half of what I would have paid at a Toyota dealer for the same parts and work and done the same day! I normally won’t have my Toyota’s serviced anywhere but at a Toyota dealer, but after my experience I’d rather come here! I never have done any business with Trusted Imports but after reading some reviews I called Andrew after my car vibrated severely and had steering wheel wobble ,and pulled to the right , and was very unstable , fully expecting a major front end repair , before he would make an appointment he asked me to describe the problem in detail over the phone . After spending his time evaluating the symptoms he suggested a tire belt had become separated and advised me to take it to a tire shop first . It turns out all tires had separated belts inside that could not be seen . I replaced the tires and the car drives like new . This guy is amazing . I’m taking my car to him from now on for everything ! Thank You Andrew !

When I left the shop after having had my obnoxiously loud muffler replaced I got happy tears in my eyes. My car now runs smooth and quiet, it feels like new! Andrew is amazing! Brought my Honda odyssey in because the a/c went out. He was very prompt on getting my vehicle in and had the problem diagnosed very quick. It is now blowing ice cold and working perfect!

I was in town visiting from northern Cal when It was determined that I needed a new fan belt and belt tensioner. I found these guys on the internet. Called them in the morning told them my Dilemma. They told me they would help me out and they did more than that. They got the parts installed and got me back on the road before they closed that same day! I cant recommend him strongly enough.Original review: I was told I needed some repairs from my dealership so I took it to Andrew at Trusted Imports to get it checked out. He gave my car a thorough inspection and valuable second opinion. I felt zero pressure and very informed throughout the whole experience. I was skeptical, as the ratings for this business are almost -too- perfect, but he has earned every single star he has. One of the two repairs the dealership suggested was not necessary at this time, but the other was. He did my struts and shocks very quickly and for a very fair price. My xB drives noticeably better and Ill definitely be returning for all future repairs.

5 star experience with Trusted Imports the other day. I was impressed with how fast they got the rotors replaced and put new brake pads in. I also needed a oil change and the mechanic did a fantastic job with both in a little under an hour. Pretty cool since I have a lot going on during the day especially since they were so quick. If you want an auto repair shop that specializes in Toyota and Lexus repairs - this is your spot!

This place is AWESOME!! I cant speak enough about this companys integrity and business ethics. I heard a strange noise coming from the rear of my car, but only when going in reverse. I explained that I had just purchased new tires, but didn’t trust the retailer to fix this if they had broken it in the first place. I also explained that I was from out of town and concerned with the noise as it might impair my trip back to Denver. He quickly put my car on a lift and fixed the problem. There was a plastic piece that was jarred out of place when the tires were replaced. He fixed fix the problem and the noise along with my fear were gone. He couldve charged me whatever, but he insisted on a handshake. Everyone always says that finding a good mechanic is always tough to find....I have since recommended them to my family that still live in Vegas, and now to you as well – Its wonderful to know there are still good, non-corporate, mechanics out there!!

I took my Scion XD here after reading such great reviews. Its difficult to find a trust worthy shop nowadays so I decided to take a chance. I was on my way to the shop and my battery happened to die in the parking lot behind Andrews shop. We were able to call him and he came out to find us and jump start the car into the garage. They told us that when the transmission was previously replaced by the dealership, the mounting bolts had been stripped. This info was given to us free of charge. My experience with Andrew was actually 10 stars. He is a better person than a mechanic and his honesty and desire to see what was wrong with my car and FIX it blew me away. My Lexus Gx470 shut down on the road the night before while driving in with my family from Los Angeles and I was worried that any mechanic that I took my car to would take advantage of my situation because of my need to drive home. Andrew was the exact opposite he trouble shooted my car for almost an hour and walked me through every thing that he did and explained what he was doing and after doing a couple things he figured it out I had no coolant in the car due to the radiator cap popping the inner seal. He replaced my cap provided me with coolant and some extra for the road and sent me on my way. What blew me away is that he asked me text him when I got home to make sure that my family and I got home safely. He was an excellent mechanic....but a better person. You will not go wrong if you take your car to him....guaranteed

WOW ! This place is excellent ! Took my 2007 Toyota Solara Convertable in for the timing belt/water pump change at 93,000mi, which is necessary on the 3.3L Lexus engine that is in the car. Being a retired engineer, I like to ask questions....and Andrew was the man to answer them all ! This place is now my Trusted Toyota repair shop from now on.... Andrew tells it like it is and will save you from needless dealer money maker costs ....

As far as mechanics and auto repair shops go this is a 5 star place. The owner/manager is really experienced with Toyota and Lexus repairs and has been in las vegas for over 15 years.

Where to start with Trusted Imports A Independent Toyota Lexus Scion Service Center? They have helped with my auto electric in my old scion tc and now they just repaired the timing belt and alternator my my new Toyota corolla. I drove down to Vegas from Reno in my lexus 300 2003 which I absolutely love! Unfortunately the old girl started miss firing from beatty to vegas, so I googled lexus repair in vegas and found several businesses that said they could see me in a day or two but Trusted Imports was able to see me that day, and its a good thing they could since I COULD NOT miss my appointment the next day.The service guys were great and made sure they took care of all my concerns before I left. The old girl was back to new and I was all smiles - only $240 later, not too shabby Trusted Imports!If Im ever in Vegas and need my lexus serviced or have general maintenance I will be using this company, you should too!
