I had a great service experience with Carlos. He was diligent about finding the problem with my BMW service message and only charging me for necessary repairs, no oversell which was really great.

I have two BMWs, so finding a honest and knowledge service provide is important to me. I had some not so pleasant experiences with this dealership before, but after I met with Joe Monaco, he is only service representative I will go to. He is honest and reliable. He returns call on time and give you updates as needed. He doesnt try to upsell you the extra services that are not required. Unfortunately, not everyone is as good as Joe Monaco at this dealership. I rather wait for him than going to someone else. He is the best!

Recently moved to the area and dropped my baby off for service as I had a couple of issues. Carlos Castro was my Service Advisor and from the beginning to the end the experience was fantastic! Carlos makes sure everything is explained to you and your options. He really does work for you, the customer to make sure you are happy and all your questions and concerns are addressed. Not only was everything addressed, they did it quickly and Carlos kept me updated along the way. They definitely won my business!I have been to many BMW dealers through out the country and can hands down say that the service I received at Las Vegas BMW was the best and most efficient I have experienced. As we are all imperfect humans, sometimes things happen. While my car was in for AC service, it was dinged in the rear quarter while being moved. My outstanding Service Advisor, Joe Carcione, immediately called to apologize and explain how they will handle it with their certified BMW repair shop. Joe was the role model definition of professional, compassionate, customer-driven, and high-integrity. I wont get into the details of all that was done for me to make up for this unfortunate accident, but they went above and beyond, and reinforced in me a deep sense of trust and respect for their work and service. Joe should get some credit for my next BMW, as knowing I have him and the team for service is a definite factor in choosing the next car. Excellent management of the situation, Joe!

I went to pick up some parts that I ordered and paid for online, there was no clear parts counter so I spoke to the cashier and told her why I was there. Someone came and asked my name a little under 10 minutes later and then grabbed the parts and I was on my way. Took a little longer than I was anticipating, but everyone was nice and the dealership is very clean and bright.

The biggest joke in customer service! I had a road hazard issue with my tire that was under a year old from another BMW dealership, and they stated that they cannot honor it because if wasnt in their franchise, after having to go back and fourth and finally getting BMW Corporate involved they then decide to fix the tire. With that being said it took over 10 days to resolve and Taylor the service advisor refuses to respond to an email about confirming the service that he was so quick to decline. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership or a Autonation BMW ever!

No service received. To release my vehicle I have to pay insane Inspection charge is $359+My request to new Simple battery change leads to 2 hour inspection and each hour they charge $147+Inspection found - $6879+ replacement of water pump and associated linked parts etc etc.Surprisingly my 8+years old battery looks super fine.All business and money minded.Ever never visit if you do not have warranty or major repairs.My warranty ended. BMW Service center charges double ($500+) to change the battery compare to outside.I thought it will be best if I replace my old battery with BMW factory 3-year warranty battery.

My experience with BMW las Vegas great, its like owning your own service. Shout out to Marcus your the best. You made us comfortable.

Awesome service !!!! The Service Associate Leon was indeed a knowledgeable individual and took great care to have all of the repairs we needed done to my wifes E46 all in a few hours. And got it back to us the same day. Leon even had the car washed before we drove off. We even got the electro static bacteria cleaning for the interior. BMW of Sahara is a class act!

I enjoy this place. Deondre was our case manager and understood the dillema with our car and made every effort to ensure the best customer service. We will definitely be coming back and asking for him.

They consistently fall short between what they say compared to what they do.

I bhoth a truck from them. And 2 weeks late. I found that the breaks where going.. I hear a noise on the motor. And it has the motor mounts broke . I tuck back to them and they said sorry we can fix it. Im paying $100 extra for extended warranty and they said they can cover...very bad experience...see you and channel 13 soon..

Overpriced Egregious labor service costs.Not competitive with market. Please do your research with other service shops.

It seems that they themselves write good reviews. The service is very bad, they have not repaired my car, they are cheating and only take money. I have never seen such a nightmare. I am so upset that in Vegas there is no good BMW Certer.

I came from Cali and had a problem with my speedometer. Tracy was my advisor, she and her team took care of the problem and heard everything I have to say. Within a day they fixed the problem effectively and also gave me a loaner without checking $200 credit like some other dealers.I had a previous experience with them before and this is my second one, and I would definitely recommend them and definitely come back here if I need to.
