They have really great customer service. I was driving and something was scraping the ground so I stopped here, the staff was knowledgeable. The guys in the office are straight forward. If they didn’t know the answer, they weren’t afraid to be honest with me and found the answer promptly. Also Mvr auto is very reasonable with the prices they offer along with the amazing quality work. Good job! Great experience. I would definitely return back for my next service!

Mercedes smog failed because of battery reset.I came in 30mins before the shop was about to close & was still received with excellent customer service. After failing my smog I was advised with ample details on my options moving forward. Definitely very pleased with my first time experience with this shop and Ardi was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this shop

Tire blew no further than a mile from my house. I came here and spoke to the manager Ardi, he priced me out for a new one but also was very honest that they didn’t stock them so his prices were a bit higher than a tire shops. I appreciate him even mentioning where I can get them cheaper. A lot of shops in Las Vegas would have just taken my money. Thank you

Honest!I was driving back to California and My truck started heating up. No water in my radiator, stopped at MVR to have them check the reason.I explained that I needed to drive back home and agreed to pay for them to diagnose the problem, once they checked the radiator the only problem was a seal in the radiator cap.The owner did not charge me and told me all I had to do is buy one at the auto part store.They could have charged me for the agreed price or even tell me I needed something more. I would have had to pay for the services.If you need an honest auto repair shop please check them out.

Very shady place. They did diagnostic and toldMe several things like my belts were on the verge of cracking urgently needing replaced. (Second opinion said that was a lie) said I needed oil (another lie) and thousands of dollars in other false repairs. Y’all be safe

I brought in a 2006 Nissan Sentra that needed an oil change and brake work. The guys at MVR gave me a thorough report of the car highlighting work that needed to be taken care of. With over 240,000 miles, my car was due for a tune up and other maintenance. Everyone at MVR was a big help and worked professionally and quickly every step of the way. My car brakes are very responsive and the car runs great.As my car is up there in age and mileage, there’s still some work to be done and I would definitely come back to MVR to get the job done. I would recommend this shop to friends and family.

Car feels good under me. I can tell a difference. The brand new Mazda 3 I rented was not as responsive as my car, and I can tell an improvement in the suspension. Previously had alternator replaced there and several other things.

If you wanna get ripped off go to MVRHad another shop look at my toyota tacoma and another place for a new engine wants to charge me $3000. MVR wants 87,888 for a rebuilt engine. What happen to shops. Wow. I looked up a new engine and a certified toyota tacoma 2.4 liter cost $1200 new.Guess ill be playing mechanic next weekend.

Great experience. Had to have the family van towed over night due to a bad battery failure. They got it done by the next afternoon. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will be coming back, but hopefully not soon.

If I could give this place a zero I would run when you see this place. My son came in and brought in a 2010 Camaro which is in need of air-conditioning services. They got us for the air conditioning and did other things for us as well under the hood but come to find out leaving the car there for 2 to 3 days that they had put something on the roof and on the top of our paint. This has caused major scratches and damages when we picked up from the owner he had good opened so we couldnt see the damage. At the time we got to the shop they had the trunk open so we werent able to see it as soon as possible once the hood was shut and we were home which is right across the street there was massive dents and scratches all over the top of the hood and the top of the car. The gentleman knew there was something wrong when we brought the car back immediately and frustrated and concerned. How could you take your car in and trust them and then want you to keep your car again? You cant its an undescribable sick feeling in your stomach Im posting pictures and will be replying on Google as well. This situation will need to be get taken care of immediately with a new paint job or something as this paint color is very rare. I have taken pictures and filed a report. Not only did they get the money for the air-conditioning they up sold us a ton of money which was paid up front Im very concerned and heartbroken that my son has to sit here now with his beautiful car demolished for people who were supposed to keep this car pristine. Water pump, timing cover, hoses were done with no issues a month and a half later. Now I just had the shocks , brakes done and one of my mounts welded back! These guys handle business.Nuff said. The 2 people I spoke to were nice and personable people. They did a good job with my car. Im giving a 3 star because of 2 reasons: 1. they are pricey for example I already had my 2 front tires purchased and scheduled somewhere else before going there and they put in that I needed 2 front tires, I pre-paid $223 for my tires and the alignment service, the quote they gave me was $497, thats a little more than double what I paid. The tires I got also come with a rebate so once its done its going to cost even less, tires I purchased are high performance, all weather so the quality is really good.The other thing was at the bottom of the $5000 list of times that they suggested I fixed it said Vehicle multiple leaks, may be too expensive to repair when I asked about that I was told they put that on every inspection sheet. I dont like that it makes it seem like your car is possibly totalled I dont see the need to put fear into people about their automobile and create suffering with that fear, it just seems completely unnecessary.I took my car in for a $98 oil change and came out with a quote worth $5400 in repairs. I actually know quite a bit about cars, my old jetta was only worked on by me with the exception of the timing belt replacement. There were quite a few prices on the list that seemed high, before just guessing a that I called my dad who has worked on cars his whole life and another mechanic that I have worked with about some of it, they both agreed. In fact the other mechanic gave me a quote for the arm bushings that was $388 less than the one provided by them.Bottomline, the work done is good, the customer service is good but the prices are a little high and creating fear within their quote process isnt cool.

**NEW OWNERSHIP** I was pleasantly fully serviced by new manager and owner Ardi and his wife and can confidently can say that MVR Auto Service is the best place in Las Vegas for ALL your car needs. My car needed new AC installation, an oil change, and brake pad replacements and it was all done within about 3 hours while they were fairly steady. Prices are great, timing is amazing and customer service is the best and most professional that I have ever experienced in an auto shop in my whole life. Ardi is an absolute genius and if you ask he will show you and explain to with reasoning the problems and needs for your car. His wife is also a delight, go here for all your car needs! As long as I live in LV I will be exclusively going here.

Ardi, Dio, and the rest of the team did an amazing job with my vehicle. What wouldve cost me an arm and a leg at a dealership or chain mechanic, was fairly priced. I purchased a used Ford Fiesta ST with only about 12k miles from the Ford Performance school for a very low price, however, it was poorly maintained as the poor vehicle was driven for autocross and had many different drivers that probably abused the brakes/clutch. From shocks, to brakes, control arm bushings, and even an entirely new clutch, MVR Auto Repair took care of me and was willing to work on a big project like my vehicle. I serviced the vehicle twice last year, first to fix the electrical wiring of the infotainment system, and later to fix a short that damaged my OBD2 port. I thought that was everything, but one day while driving, I noticed my clutch would not spring back up properly after releasing the pedal. It took about 3 weeks for my vehicle to be ready, but it was not the shops fault, as parts had to be ordered from the OEM for my vehicle and the shipping times were extremely delayed which led to the longer time I spent without my vehicle, it was no issue however as I had my other regular commuter in the meantime. Ardi called me often to touch base with me about what I needed done on the vehicle and even made me aware of safety issues that I needed done on the vehicle which I allowed, such as a rear main seal leak. There are also financing options available that will allow you peace of mind in that you wont have to make such a big payment right that moment. I will be returning to this shop for basic routine service and have already recommended this shop to a few friends and my mother and grandmother for their vehicles. Thank you MVR.

This company likes to charge people extra for things they dont need and I dont think they know how to diagnose vehicles correctly I had gotten a second opinion on my vehicle from these guys and they tried to charge me 3 times extra than it would really cost

Great service! We took our Mustang GT here and despite the clutch issues we had, they extended the warranty on it for a year. They did that last November 2019, so when our Scion needed brake replacement, we took it here. During COVID it seems theyre keeping things clean. They took us right away, did the free inspection only on what we asked, and they gave us a great deal on the rear brakes and fluid. They also text to update when they have availability. What usually takes 2 hours took less than that and I was very pleased.

Amazing customer service! I was passing through Las Vegas and had a pretty serious overheating problem and was on a tight timeline to get to Denver. The MVR staff accommodated my timeline, explained the issues and when others were discovered during the initial repair they showed me the problem, and had the part in hand in 30 min! Not the cheapest service but we all know we get what we pay for, and this shop is for sure worth every cent!

I was greeted by the owners Ardi and Ty and from the moment I dropped off my car I was sure I wouldnt get taken advantage of. It is hard for women to get respect when it comes to car repairs but not the case with this company. No one else is allowed to touch my vehicle.

Great work!! I have a camery 1998 which its radiator was leaking and the bypass hose was broken. The mechanics were really kind and pro.... i really liked the place. They fixed my car in the time that they promised me with a really good price.In comparison to other places i have been so far, I think this one has had the fairest price.

Reading other reviews it seems like there was a staff change that now results in horrible service for some people.I took my car in for a fix and came out of it with other problems which couldnt be fixed and resulted in my car being out of commission for two and a half weeks.They told me the new problems preventing my car from even starting were completely unrelated to the work they did. Refused to fix or really give me any explanation as to whats wrong.Ive had my car for 9 years with ZERO mechanical issues and two days after coming here my car refuses to start and they refuse to fix it.Had a AAA mechanic that came here to tow my car tell me the service worker here was full of it with his diagnosis. I will be staying far away from this place as I got nothing but headaches for the week and a half I had to deal with them, not to mention my original service was overpriced.It looks like a lot of the positive reviews are outdated and this place isnt providing good service anymore.

Today I met Mikey at MVR. I wanted my fluids checked and AC. Well....long story short he went beyond the call of duty ! Fluids and AC were fine, however there were several things that needed immediate attention. He went over my paperwork, (just bought car) called on parts, etc..etc..Very trustworthy and customer service was impeccable. Thank you Mike !!

Was headed home (out of state) when my 10yr old SUV developed a misfire condition (engine stumble, loss of power, check engine light, etc.). Looked online for a repair shop that was not too far away, & decided to call MVR to see if they could do something for me. They told me I could come in right away & they diagnosed the problem (ignition coil) in about 20 minutes while I waited. Even though it was almost noon when I showed up, they were able to get the parts & do the repair for me same day, & price was reasonable (much lower than dealer rates). Drove more than 800 miles since then, with no issues, no check engine light - running great. Hopefully Ill never need to stop for car repairs traveling through Las Vegas again, but if I do Ill call these guys first. If you live in the area & are having car trouble, Id recommend giving them a call.

I’m so grateful to MVR auto. I was told by Infiniti that I needed a fix that would cost me over 3k. It was a part they just worked on and was leaking so I had to take it back in. Couldn’t believe Infiniti wanted to charge me 3k to replace the part they just charged me$1700 to fix. Long story short I was recommended to take it in to MVR so I called and spoke with Cody explained my issues and he said bring it in. He got me in on the same day and said if I can diagnose it with his flash light there won’t be any charge. He said my car just had to much fluid in it. He saved me 3k and didn’t charge me to diagnose the problem and offered to drain the fluid for no charge !!! MVR will be the only place I take my car into for now on. Everyone there was so nice and even the mechanics were smiling. I highly recommend you take your car here for any issues and definitely for a second opinion if your feeling like your getting ripped off you probably are.This will not happen at MVR.

Went in there to get brakes done and have a check engine light looked into. Brakes were done quickly and work great. Check engine light came back as emissions problems just before the thing was to be registered. Mike and the team went to work for days surrounding the Thanksgiving holiday to check every valve and line and help me out. Gave me a great deal on the parts and labor and got me back on the road no problem. These guys will give you the answer straight and do all the little things to help you out. Made a customer for life

This place is gimmick, please do not take your car here to MVR, I took my there for starter fix left its for three days when I got the car back the next day I noticed that some oils were leaks so I brought it back to the mechanic first time he told me that hose werent tight , second time told me that drain plug gasket were missing, third times saying it was all fix and no more oils leaks the next morning it leaks again so is the fourth times I when back , the manager name Eddy denial any wrong doing to my car so he said if wants to get that repair it will causing $500, but car was never leaks oils before. it leaks after it left his shop . He even dared me to take him to courts and said that I wont win , accusing me of trying to to get FREE services. I want to get this message out so people can aware of these scam,this kind of business shouldnt deserved any businesses

Back in 2015 I had to switch auto repair shops because I felt like I was getting robbed by my old shop all of a sudden. So my first thought was to try something thats convenient as far as distance. I stumbled upon MVR Auto have been treated right ever since. My main man, Dio left me at ease on two occasions for repair that the shop has conducted for me. First, repair got it back a day early for next to nothing. Second repair, I got quoted by the dealership and brought the quote to them and saved $900 and fixed the same high quality parts...and still got it back a DAY early. MVR Auto, Ill vouch.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! I brought my moms car in that had been sitting for a few years and thought it needed a bunch of things fixed. The owners called and said No, nothing needed fixed, just need to run all the old gas out and put a fuel injector cleaner in with high test to clean it a bit better. I *totally* appreciated that. They could have said it needed 2k of fixing but were HONEST, STRAIGHTFORWARD and I *SO* appreciate that!!! I went to them based on their EXCELLENT reviews (drove over 30 minutes to get there) and am referring all my friends there. Thanks again for the excellent customer service!

Went to get my brakes fixed end up having to get six other things done and the six things I had done afterwords drove home they didn’t put my screws back in my brakes almost had an accident also had more leaks than I had When I came came back for them to check the work they done and they charge me to get the leaks fixed again $4300 What a rip off

I personally dont like entrusting my car to other mechanics, so I try to do most of the work on my own. I have been here twice. 1st for a smog test and 2nd for a repair I needed in a pinch. I found the mechanics honest, kind, and professional. They were able to perform the job in good time and they even offered me a ride home during the repair. They did overlook one item on my list, but it was an honest communication mistake between mechanics during a shift change. They quickly fixed that. In short, I would recommend this shop for your repairs, but as with any service provider, double check the results.

This place is wonderful, oil change was really fast! Really nice customer service, after talking with the owner and the management they are relatively new only 1 year old, so its a new company! So reviews from before March of last year is a different company!

Took my car on my way to work for an oil change and a smog check.They talked me into getting all my fluids flushed... (I keep track of the work done on my car since I never done it, I spent $300, a deal they said) The service was rather quick but as I peeked through the window I thought I saw them just top off my fluids. I did not ask questions since the guy sitting at the counter was just a rude bruteI found out on my next oil check that the fluids were still not good. My first impression was right: All Purrfect Auto did was top it off, my car fluids were still nasty. I actually had the work done again and as I check the fluids it is looking good. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Got some serious work done, power steering pump and rack and pinion, didnt know til pick up time there would be an alignment needed and i had to go somewhere else to get it! Took my daughters 2014 Ford Focus there for new front brakes & rotors. The service was friendly , work was performed well and price was more then fair. My family will use AGAIN for sure.

I have always changed my own oil. Except this one time. Ill never do that again. They advertised a $10 oil change. I wondered how theyd do that? First off, the owner was rude as hell. Then they tried to sell me $400 in routine scheduled maintenance, which Id already had done. When I got the car home it was leaking oil. Only 50k miles on it, and it has NEVER leaked oil. I got under it and checked the plug and filter, not leaking. The rear main was. I took it back there and they said, Well your rear main is leaking, thatll be about $500 to fix. I used to work in a garage, there are ways to break the rear main seal. Its only done by underhanded mechanics to get you to come back so they can profit. No way to prove it was them because they said it was fine when it left there. It just happened to start leaking that 15 minute trip home??? Riiiiight. Stay away.
